My husband booked the flight from US to Hong Kong. He needed to change the date for the return flight. The agent said it's all set. So my husband went to the airport on the new date, the airline said his ticket is not valid. I had to call Justfly. I was on the phone for 4 hours. My husband missed the flight and have to change the flight to another date. I was charged extra fee for changing the flight date.
This is the worst company in the world they lie they cheat they steal your money they change the dates of your itinerary and act like you the one that made the mistake and then it'll cost you $230 to change your date
First time we used JustFly and we love it. The website is very easy to use, the prices are very reasonable, and everything went according to the booking. We would recommend JustFly to family and friends.
The costumer service dont even speak or understand english. I think they are call centers from people on China or India who did not even learn english to work as a representative. This company is a fraud and won't refund you or help you with any problems. Avoid it if you want to keep your money. I lost my flight because of them. They didn't told me my passport needed renovation and still charged me and when I went to the airport I couldn't get on the plane because of that. When I called them to cancel or get a refund they didn't understand what I was talking about because they don't speak english.
I was surprised to see how simple and easy was to book a flight thru Justfly, in just a few clicks i was able to book my flight at the best possible price. After a few seconds i got my confirmation and via Email and was able to start planning my trip.
I am happy for using this site. I have used Cheap Flight site for purchasing the flight ticket. JustFly site is included in Cheap Flight site. I have found that JustFly site gives more readable results and is more efficient for me to make a purchase decision.
I went to justfly.com and wanted to book a flight to helena Montana from Seattle it said my ticket would be $139 with all taxes and fees included but upon checking out and paying it was actually $280 with fees that is alot of money I needed but had to get to Montana

This is a scam, please don't buy tickets from them. I made a reservation for the Economy class tickets, they sold me the Basic Economy for this price. And that's it, you can't do anything. You can't control what you buy.

This was my first time flying with just fly and jet blue, I got to my flight early, boarded the plain just to be told there will be a slight delay, we sat at in the plane 3 hours just to be told it's illegal to fly there at this moment and the flight attendants are leaving... the Total time of delay was 12 hours.
Then before we got on the plane to make our next stop no one printed our second ticket, told us to go Find someone at the other airport. We lost a hole vacation day because of this. Then when we got to our next flight the same exact thing happen. But this time they lied and said that the plane is fueling up in Washington then 2 hours later they are cleaning it now 3 hours later we are still waiting... please do not book with this company if you would like to make your vacation and not loose 3 days of it at the airport!
P. s the planes are older as well.
JustFly.com is a SCAM. I booked a flight two months in advance through this website. Two weeks before my departure JustFly.com sent me an email asking if I wanted to add insurance to my upcoming flight. Fast forward to the day before my flight, I attempted to check in online, when I was unable to I called JustFly.com. The representative informed me that the airline cancelled this flight the day after I booked it (two months ago). I asked why I was not notified of this to which the representative claimed that they sent me an email about it. She also claimed that JustFly.com never sent me an email asking if I wanted to get insurance on my flight. I still needed a flight home the following day for my sister's baby shower, however the cost of the ticket was now $400. JustFly.com refused to compensate me at all for their mistake. This organization has horrendous customer service and have scammed other people.
The prices can't be beat! I'm just afraid of losing $1000 (total for all the tickets I bought for a family trip) if something happens and we can't make the trip. There was an insurance listed for $19.95pp that I would have added to add the flexibility to change date etc, and protect my purchases but when I got to the end to click submit, there was a warning that I would have zero rights to change the flight, the name of the traveller or the date. That was very weird, so I opted not to pay the extra money for something I couldn't have after all. Another GREAT thing is that I was given options to pay in payments. It was a handy one-stop shop and I easily applied. I've never used JustFly and am looking forward to a great travel experience which I will be sure to report on after my trip is complete.
It was absolutely amazing! The call center agent I talked to was able to address all of my concerns.
It all started when I originally booked a flight a month ago for a trip to Ontario on the first week of December with my friends. Anyway, one of them bailed out and I started getting orders for cupcakes, which I make for the holidays.
The bottom line is that we wouldn't be able to go ahead with our vacation next month, so it would just have to be moved after new year's day.
The agent, Tony, was very mild mannered and he explained to me what I need to do so that I won't have any trouble re-booking my flight. It was easy and very convenient.
I'm glad I booked with them, at least I won't worry where my money went even if I re-booked our trip a month later.

I am new to airline flight shopping on my own. I have previously only used google flights to do my flights shopping. I recently came across justfly and I must say I absolutely love it. I have spent hours comparing with diffeeent websites, and I have yet to find another website that gives me better rates than justfly does. I love the streamlined interface and it give you varying scenarios of the best rates. If you're flexible with dates, you're able to find other options, if you're looking for direct flights with specific flights you're also able to find those options. All in all you are able to have the streamlined outlook you want. I'm a big fan, and am sticking to this website for all my future travel needs.
JustFly is now taking charges for seat selection, the charge does not occur until after your card is processed.
I called customer service and only got "their" charge back of $14, the bill shows over $91 dollars in "Airline Optional Services - Seats"
I was given no warning that there would be an additional charge, and customer service said that I agreed to the charge somehow.
I have used JustFly for years and never been charged for this before.
I will no longer be using them and will file a claim with the BBB.

The second charge we are seeing for the amount of $91.26 is the airlines seat assignment fee. Because that fee comes directly from the airline, it is out of our control to process this refund.

The worst travel agency you will find in your life they will say something and do something else if you ask for a supervisor they will tell you we don't have a supervisor they will do the booking for you and the flight will cancel and they will never going to let you know and if you paid the money they would give you a hard time to get a second flight for you it is the worst they will steal your ticket money and they will never going to refund it to you it's the worst travel agency we need to stop giving them business until they go out of business.
I find it incredible that for the excellent price that justfly.com gave me, now my son and I will be able to travel. Thank you justfly.com for making our dream come true to see our family. I wouldn't change them.
I loved the experience of shopping online at justfly.com because the whole process was fast and the price was the best.
JustFly does not honor there terms and agreements set on there ticket form. They say they have 24 hour cancelation service but when contacting they refer you to the airline directly until you are past your 24 hour period. They charge you more to change your ticket date then the original price you pay for and then charge to cancel your previous flight that they mis-scheduled. They run a scummy system and certainly do not care about there service towards others. I am disappointed in there system and recommend to everyone to go somewhere else.
