I would never recommend this agent to anyone. My wife was flying to India with my 4 years old from LA to AMD via Abu Dhabi - delhi. Her flight del to amd got cancelled and jet airways added 10 hours in lay over. We contacted jet and etihad. Both were ready to give direct flight from Abu dabhi to amd. But my agent supposed to call and make that change. I contacted justfly and they kept telling me to wait few more hours for confirmation that they requested from etihad. My wife had flight in 7 hours and they told me to wait 6 more hours where I lost it. I talked to supervisor and he said he will personally look into it. As expected I never received a call. I called again after 6 hours and they said justfly do not offer iternary changes. Really? I called them almost 25 times and repeated same thing over n over again. Just mental harassment. I won't do any business in future with them. My confirmation number is 020-909-081 in case they want to contact me.
Went to book a flight for a small summer vacation. Was able to pick a good flight, with fairly good times for a relatively decent price. Also, I was able to pick my seats for the flights, which was a plus.
Beware. I booked a flight round trip through Canada. Later I learned that I needed a visa for my transit in canada. Called to cancel and justfly told me I should have read their policies. They took money for booking and money for canceling the flight.
The legal way is to right it next to the flight that a visa is needed unless they just want your money and don't even care about you. Now I loss more than 300 dollars and they don't care. Stay away from them
Although all of my flights were delayed they were all great flights the crew was very polite and professional and the entry on the plane and off the plane was smooth and fast. It was my sons first time flying so I'm glad it was with these flights because it made his experience a great first one.
I have used Justfly for the last 4 or 5 months. I have purchased 5 and will be purchasing flight # 6 through justfly in a few days. Will be traveling a lot the next year or so and Jusfly has made it very easy and simple so far. The rates have been very reasonable. No problems at all.

I was able to get the flight I wanted, unfortunately the next day they delayed my flight which meant I could not get my connecting flight. I called Justfly to help me and they told me to call the carrier. I was disappointed in the reply. I called American and they worked with me. When I got to the airport, they gave me a voucher for a hotel room.
I booked a flight in 2019 and of course the flight was cancelled due to COVID. I was issued a credit and was told that I had to use the credit before February of this year 2022.
I still do not feel safe traveling due to the current climate and have tried to contact this company to either push the date to 2023/2024 or issues me a credit but when calling I have not been able to speak with anyone for hours (2-3) each time (trying at different times of the day). I obviously want to get this resolved and time on my hands. I am on hold NOW (1 hour and 25mins) and still nothing.
This company it seems have made it difficult to speak with an actual person... shucks I would take an email address and vent my concerns there but I keep being directed back to the telephone number which has no one on the other end. Please don't waste your time with this company as you will never get anything resolved.

We booked a flight with JustFly last May, before the summer heat came in; I've never heard of JustFly before, it was just some travel agent that a friend recommended.
Overall, the flight booking was easy and I had no issues whatsoever, even with the payment options.
I'm glad we tried out JustFly, it truly made our vacation in Vancouver complete!
I wouldn't recommend this travel agency since it is a scam, once you paid for your ticket, it's really hard to contact them. They did not refund my money. It's a scam. Delta airline agent once told me, not to trust this agency.
I tried to cancel my flight right after i booked it and there was. $75 fee i called customer service and they informed me that after one hour of booking i could have canceled but on the website said a fee of $75.
I booked a flight to go home for my uncle wedding a day after everything was confermed they cancelled my flight no explanation! Then had the nerve to ask me to pay extra $200 for the exact same flight they just called... the staff was not helpful I asked to speak to the supervisor and they put me on a very long wait even tho I was promised for it to bring a 5 minute wait on the phone. Unfortunately nothing was solved! Over all the worst experience I've ever had from a flight company!

Purchased a booking on United Airlines to Europe for about $800. Sent me a booking on Air France.
Paid $170 for an upgrade that includes cancellation refund and one free baggage. Booked me with 0 baggage, had to pay extra $150 to Air France for one bag. Total $1143.
Medical conditions mandated cancellation. No refund. Short credit of $742 for future travel with $400 in service fees and penalty in addition to future price difference upon rebooking. Rebooking have to be for the same destination with the same airline company to get a final credit of $342. I know they will rub the $342 credit with the next booking. So I will swallow the loss of $1143. Never will use them again.
Shame I can't go lower than one star. Purchased non-refundable ticket through Justfly on Swiss Air round-trip through Rome for March 16-23. Swiss Air and Lufthansa eventually decided that my flights and others in much of March, regardless of the nature of the ticket conditions would be eligible for a refund or rescheduling due to coronavirus. I confirmed my eligibility with Swiss Air for a refund. JustFly has refused to acknowledge my refund eligibility despite my reviewing the language on the Swiss Air website with an JustFly agenda. Just Fly has acknowledged that they will abide by Swiss Air decisions in this matter but claim not to have received a code from Swiss air for the cancellation even though my refund eligibility is obvious. This is theft by bureaucratic rule. I would assume that every other product that JustFly touches such as insurance policies also have underlying criminal intent.
When I tried to book the flight through the site, it wouldn't load to a payment page. The prices went up as I was trying to process my order. I downloaded the app though, and that worked great. Wish I could've saved myself the 25 dollars difference, though!
The booking was just fine and easy. The problem was that JusfFly's posted info said we'd be able to choose our seats once we submitted our purchase. That was true for 3 of the 5 legs, EXCEPT that two of the legs required an additional payment to choose our seats, meaning, in order for my wife and I to assuredly sit together on a transatlantic flight, we had to pony up $70 additionally, both ways. I get that it's the airline and not JustFly, but I would have liked to know before committing. Additionally, on two legs of the trip, there was NO ability to choose seats. Again, it's the airline, I know. But don't tell me I can choose my seats after I purchase and only then tell me, "Oh wait, heh-heh, not really."
I made a reservation through Justfly and my reservation was canceled because my credit card doesn't have limit. They charged after that and my flight was canceled. I reached out Justfly and they told me to contact the flight company. I contact the flight company and they told me to contact Justfly. There's no number to talk and solve this situation.
I booked a Flight for Dec 25th but was changed to Nov 25th, a month early. I tried to call them to change it, but no one responded to my calls. I reached out to the airline and was told it was an error on their part. Till now, I can't reach anyone. Please be careful with them (justfly)
I bought a plan ticket from Los Angeles to Dhaka for July 16,2022. Unfortunately, something happen to my life and need to cancel my ticket. First, the customer service said no cancelation and no refund. Then, said no cancelation. I have to pay 200 dollars penalty right now. I have until April to rebook with same airline and have to pay another 300 dollars penalty when I rebook. I think customer's life can happen something and company should be reasonable adjustment for them.
