I have traveled severaly with tickets l booked through JustFly. One of such trips was my trip to Liberia originally booked for 5th December 2016. Although I and my wife finally traveled on the 6th, it was not. A pleasant experience. I missed my original flight due to traffic accident ahead on our way to the airport. I called the airline to alert them in course of the delay on the road. Fairly they took off before we reached the airport. But I was exploited and made to pay heavily to the tune of almost another ticket to qualify for the next day's flight instead of the asking me to pay only the penalty fee and confirmed for the next flight. That was unpleasant and painful.
I found what I was looking for and for the price I was looking for. I love how you can narrow down the time of your take off time. It also allows you to pick the airports you want to use for one or two stops.

I put a destination in the computer and you place alternate destinations up and it gets confusing when you put in lax and you give me las and it looks the same and you book it and its the wrong destination
We booked our family flights from LAX to Sydney, Australia using justfly. Even though the payment processing was somewhat frustrating the overall experience was good and the price of the tickets was amazing.
I booked a flight from LA to Hawaii in February. I called and talked to an agent. I was unable to understand her. I asked multiple times for someone to speak better English and was told their was no one available. I went ahead and booked the flight but when I received the tickets my traveling companions last name was misspelt. When I called to get it corrected I was told there would be a $95 charge. I was told that had a recording that would show the agent spelled the name back and I didn't correct her. How could I correct her if I couldn't understand her? I don't have a problem with the prices but you should have someone available to speak clear and understandable English when they are requested.
Total incompetent customer service, they lie and put you on hold for up to 45 minutes and then hangup on you!
Spoke to over 10 people trying to get an issue resolved, they don't care once they have your money!
I had checked flight prices on multiple sites in the weeks leading up to my final purchase. On the day I was finally ready to book, I checked Kayak, Expedia, American Airlines, British Airways, Delta and a few others. The flights I ultimately booked on JustFly didn't show up on many of the other sites - certainly not for the price I paid. I didn't rate them a 5, however, because the first time I tried to pay for my flights I couldn't because the country code for my telephone was blank and it wouldn't let me select anything or move forward without it. I ultimately had to abort that attempt and try going through the whole process again. The second time through it had the country code filled in already. I ended up with the same flights for the same price, and it didn't take me that long to redo the process, so ultimately it was fine. I haven't actually taken the flights yet, though. If any problems arise at that point, I will update this review.
We had flights booked to Europe for September 2020 in conjunction with a 3 week vacation in multiple countries. Recently, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the airline canceled all flights for the obvious reason. We expected a full refund. Eventually we got notice of a refund. All except a $70.00 "processing fee". This cancellation was not our idea or our fault and we didn't think this was reasonable.
My wife finally got through on the phone to JustFly today, where the representative was completely unhelpful, obtuse and refused to put her through to a supervisor. After 45 minutes phone time my wife gave up and is now on the phone with Amex to dispute the charges.
This is a sleazy way to do business and we will not be using them again.
Its very difficult to book flight with them, you cannot change after or before departure, to change you will pay more than the price of the ticket. Disaster customer service, you could wait 1 or 2 hours untill a rep answer you. Less than zerooooo, i will never use it again.
Wonderful joyful magnificent, the height of all human experiences, of all peoples. All the peoples of the worlds in the universe, must know the feeling of the power and majesty and to be engulfed in ecstasy.
Apparently with trying to use flight credits to change flights when you had to cancel and rebook doesn't mean that you will get anywhere near the best price again as it refers you towards the more expensive side. And don't even think about trying to use their customer support line to see if there are other options or to negotiate, you will be on the line at least 20 min plus. Or even to use the credits farther in the future as again, you will be refered towards the more expensive side of ticket prices.
It was easy to do and I was happy with the experience and especially the reduced price. I was notified by email of a price drop and hurried to get that price which I did. My suster-in-law purchased right after me and she had to pay $25 more per ticket. However, it was still a good deal. What's with paying extra for the seat assignments? Didn't like that and didn't pay.
Purchased the same airline ticket with same exact flights and dates for another party after purchasing from your site and prices was cheaper buying directly from Qatar

Don't book any flight with them they are a scammer. Doing illegal business. Asking people to pay 75 USD for canceling their flight even within 24hrs policy. They have two agent Edge and Amber, both don't even know how to provide customer service. Totally they are a fraud.
I will never book with Justfly ever again. After spending $2000 on a flight for my father to Somalia, he decided he wanted to stay longer and change his return date on his flight from November to January. I have literally been on the phone with them for the past week and not even a supervisor has been able to help me. I spent hours on hold and my fathers original return date is coming soon and I still haven't been able to change it. I don't understand how they have flights available on their website but you try to book with an agent, they tell you there NO FARES AVAILABLE. Supposedly they have been trying to get in contact with the Airlines but this is just a disaster. The worst experience ever!

The behavior of the lady who misled me while I tried to bring business to them is appalling! I got a price list from NZ airline website and wanted to price check! Their offer was only through phone and was cheaper! However, there was a catch! One leg of flight wasn't via NZ airline! She counter offered the same ticket price as airlines' but cheaper seat reservation! She even stated we have special offer for the seat reservation which wouldn't be offered via airline!
After I purchased the ticket, I realized that I have to pay 107 $ for seat reservation while airline was just asked for 50$! To be fair to Just fly, they gave me another option: pay 70 $ cancellation fee for same day purchase and cancel your flight!
I booked a round-trip ticket via JustFly and received a confirmation email for both flights. When I double checked with the airline (WOW-Air) it turned out that there was no existing reservation for the return flight. JustFly forced me to purchase a new ticket for the return flight which was at 223% of the original ticket price.
Bought a ticket - and the "insurance" online it says that it can be cancelled and a full refund will be given back for any reason. So I bought it. Regardless - I needed to cancel my flight - and I called thinking it was going to be simple they told me it was non refundable- and that I would need to pay an additional 80 dollars to cancel - and I asked what did I pay for insurance then? Regardless it's terrible customer service. Will be leaving a review on BBB. And the insurance they sell additional on the site is a joke next time I know not to buy it. Or from this travel agency. What a joke.
First time user and found the site difficult to maneuver especially since I had to go back and retry 3 times and once I got confirmation it was still wrong and ended up having to call in to complete and correct especially seating on plane
