My $169.00 Keurig Supreme Plus stopped working two days after the 1 yr warranty. I had a cheaper & older one for 7 yrs with no problem & still working. Contacted Keurig about replacement. They will only give me 20% off $189 model. I cleaned the machine every 3 weeks, but the clean light would never go out. Must have been defective from the beginning, but Keurig will not help. So sorry I bought this Keurig or any Keurig model.
I have been trying to return an order for 7 days straight now. Have called/emailed/chatted everyday and still haven't gotten any help. Everyone I have spoke with tells me that I need a specialist and they will get back with me. Yet I haven't gotten anything back. However I get a survey immediately after every contact. You better believe I am leaving the more accurate/awful reviews possible. Definitely wont be purchasing from this company in the future.
After trying to get the chat person to help, they referred me to call customer service. After waiting for 20 minutes, a recorded voice came on and asked me my name. I answered. No response. Same auto voice, I answered, no response. Happened 5 times. Then I was told because there was no response it was hanging up. I HATE THIS COMPANY BEYOND WORDS! I WILL FINISH THE COFFEE I HAVE AND TRASH THE BREWER. THEN MOVE TO NESPRESSO OR ANYONE, ANY COMPANY, ANYTHING BUT KEURIG. Unbelievable incompetent -- and that's JUST the customer service complaint. I could go on...but you get the point. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT THE RISK OF YOUR SANITY.
My wife and I buy our Keurig coffee maker a little over year ago, we spent around $200 dollars on the K-Supreme Plus model. For no apparent reason it just stopped, I called it in to the Keurig warranty department on 04/03/2022 they told me they would send out a new one with in 7 business days i still have not received my new brewer as of yet, when i called to check the status they then said i need to show proof of purchase by sending in a picture of the model / serial number a long with a photo of the brewer itself. After doing exactly what they asked me to do 10 days later they are still giving me the run around, i have now sent in a total of 12 photos as my proof and still have not received my new coffee brewer. # still getting the run around,(I should have kept my Mr. Coffee maker it should be called Mr. Reliable)
My mini, single serve Keurig worked great the infrequent times I used it over a two-year purchase. Then it didn't. Expensive purchase for moderately low number of uses. Also kept it decalcified as specified with a Keurig product for that. Very disappointed. Going to look for an alternative product versus another Keurig. Maybe they should rename the product: Keurig Maybe-go
I only received half my order. I called to follow up on the items that I didn't receive and they told me they had been delivered, but only 2 of the 4 items were in the box. They said they would have someone follow up with me in 24-48 hours and it's been twice that long and still no follow up, so I called again to follow up and was told the same thing. Terrible customer service and follow through. I have filed a complaint with Paypal to get my money back to buy these products elsewhere. Unfortunately, it looks like there are many stories like mine... its too bad!
Morning coffees are better before leaving for work (and drinking coffee at night!) after my wife gave me one of your coffee makers for my birthday. I bought the coffee cup filter, so I can drink whatever coffee brand I want. It's much better, so I don't waste unnecesary coffee. Great option for a person, not a good idea for visitors coffee drinkers they have to wait for their turn, ha!
Whatever you do, do not order directly from Keurig.com. If something is wrong, the return process is an absolute nightmare. Had to call multiple times even though I was promised return calls. Have to pay for return shipping on your own, which with the size of a brewer box is crazy expensive, about a third of the price of the brewer in my case. It would be nice if they could just offer a label for a return fee since I'm sure they get shipping discounts with everything they send. Even after sending brewer back, was promised in return instruction email that I would receive funds back in 7-10 business days. Have waited that long and still have not seen anything in my account. Contacted them again this morning only for them to have to send it to someone else who is will supposedly call me back in 24 hours. Not holding my breath...
I bought a keurig coffee maker about 6 months ago for my office and the water pump has gone out. Keurig said the would replace it so i took pic and emailed them they just keep giving me the run around. Then the people you talk to cant even hardly speak English you have to keep having to spell out words for them. I will never buy another Keurig in my life. I will be taking the out of all the businesses that I own and my home back to a coffee pot.
Purchased the K-Supreme Plus and descaler one year ago ($199.99). It won't brew the desired amount of coffee; set it for 10 or 12 oz and you are lucky if you get 4 oz of coffee. Contacted customer service and their response, have you cleaned the unit? OF COURSE I have cleaned the unit! I've had 3 Keurig coffee makers (the original design) over the past 10-12 years and LOVED them. This design is not worth the money. Think twice before purchasing...
My Keurig is still under the 1 yr warranty time. I've called Keurig and requested a replacement. They did email me requesting a copy of receipt and mailing address of which I sent to them. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing back. I have email 2 more times and have called 4 more times all with a promise someone from some dept will call me back. I am so frustrated. Horrible customer service.
On my third Keurig. Every one of them have faltered. So surprised the esteemed Keurig produces a substandard product.
Keurig replaced Mini #1 when proof of purchase was provided. The replacement, Mini #2 also failed. Keurig replaced it with Mini #3 which is now not working.
Noticing a trend of failing machines and deciding Keurig isn't for me, I've asked Keurig for a refund.
First objection was you can get money back on a free Keurig. What? I've spent $100 and you can't provide a product that works!
Second objection was they don't have my proof of purchase that was provided to replace Mini #1.
Give me a break. My suggestion to you is don't buy the Keurig Mini. I'm going back to good old Mr. Coffee.
I purchased 5 boxes of pods from, Keurig 5/3/21. They sent 2 boxes 2 days apart, and billed me $57 two times. Customer service first had to send an email to corporate for a return label. Four days later no label, so I spoke to them and they say; 1) no coffee returns (although site says 30 day returns), they can't transfer me to their corporate office (who they say I must speak to) as it is closed 4pm EST. They need to empower their out-sourced customer service to DO anything other than the run around. NO MORE Keurig purchases for me.
Read another review that was spot on to my experience. Brewer purchased 09/2023 lasted almost six months. Took care of brewer as the manual suggested. Received a replacement brewer, that immediately made loud noises, and produced coffee grounds in the cup. Then a second replacement lasted almost a whole month before making strange noises, smoke came billowing out by the K-cup holder, and then it would no longer power on. Keurig warranty means absolutely nothing. Unable to receive a brewer that actually brews a cup of coffee, as the product is intended. Customer Service/Corporate awful, phone breaks up, or disconnects call. Two out of three phone numbers provided in an email response do not work. A refund was supposedly initiated in May, to only hear "I'm sorry, you will have to return the brewer to where you originally purchased it." The original brewer contained a piece of paper that indicated to not return the brewer to a store, but to call for service/warranty. I was advised before first warranty replacement to dispose of the original brewer. I have the receipt, cannot return an item to the store that I no longer have.
I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing this product as after having 2 replacements ( total of 3) in less than 1year the last one only lasting 1 month it is not worth the cost. My Mr. Coffee is by far more reliable
Called for an 11+ month old Keurig mini that will only pump an oz or two at a time. Took 3 to 4 tries for them to get serial number, again for phone number and not sure she ever got the email right. Wanted to know if I only use Keurig brand cups. Then said it was out of warranty when I had a couple weeks before 1 year. Gave up after 25 minutes of this. Gonna try some online fixes. Because I will never buy another Keurig (first one lasted just over 2 years). Junk and pathetic customer service.
Replacing a defective Keurig machine bought on their website has been beyond frustrating. They will not accept a Credit Card transaction from date of purchase so 5 weeks later and way too much $$ I have a useless appliance. Buy the knock-Off!
I ordered the wrong sized Keurig off the keurig website and had already ordered the right size before returning that one. I was on the phone at least 20 times with them and nothing is still resolved. $70 down the drain as a college student. Also they try referring you to a "specialist" who does absolutely nothing. What's so freaking hard about sending a return label? Horrible never order from this site.
Purchased as Christmas gift 2020 and it has seen use all year. We brew 4-5 cups most days. Removed the K cup pod holder today for cleaning and found both springs rusted and falling apart. (We found a circular piece of metal in my cup and initially thought it was Stevia packet contamination.)
I called KEURIG and was told "not our problem".
They just lost a customer.
Purchased a Keurig K Supreme Plus coffee maker in March of 2021. After 18 months it won't turn on. Their customer service rep said the best fix they knew of was to try plugging it in to another outlet. When it still wouldn't turn on they basically said: You're out of warranty so please just go away or buy a new one. I then said: Do you know if it can be repaired: They would not answer the question. Complete waste of time and money.
