I have been ordering K-cups for my office on auto ship since 2017. I order a regular order for home, as we just got a Keurig for home. Placed my order on 11/16/2021 and it said I would get it in 3-7 business days. It has been 6 business days, and only 1 of the 5 boxes I ordered has shipped. I am completely out of coffee now, and decided to just order from Amazon. I called 11/23/2021 at 8am PST to cancel my order, and after 30 minutes the rep couldn't help me because "that" department was busy, but they someone would call me back. On 11/24/2021 at 8am PST after not receiving a call, and my order STILL not shipping, I called again to ask for my order to be canceled. Once again, the customer service rep was unable to cancel my order, and their was no one available to help me, but I would get a call back. Six hours later, after still not receiving a call back, I called again, only to get the same response. My order still has not shipped, and I have not been able to cancel. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have canceled my auto-ship for my office and I will never buy from Keurig, and if my coffee makers break, I will never purchase another one.
I've gone thru 3. Stupidly! They all lasted less than two years. Love the concept. Hate the machine! Very poorly made! Trust me on this!

I received the Keurig K-Duo coffee pot as a gift in November of 2020. After the fist 6-8 months it started acting up. It wouldn't turn on properly. All of the lights kept flashing and it wouldn't let you pick an option. I would have to turn it off and back on again or unplug it completely and plug it back in. I descaled it several times, but the descale light would not go out. It was bought at Macy's, but they only take returns back up to 60 days and they told me they no longer even sell Keurig. I called Keurig and they verified it was purchased in November of 2020, but they proceeded to tell me that unfortunately the product was two years old, so they could not help me. I couldn't even believe it! WTH? Whether it sat at Keurig for a year before they shipped it to Macy's, or it sat on the shelf at Macy's they should still warranty an item that hasn't even been in use for one year! I have owned several Keurig's, but I will NEVER purchase another one of their coffee pots again. I have owned a Cuisinart Coffee Center (compatible to Keurig K-Duo) for about 4 years and I have never had the issues I have had with this piece of garbage. Keurig has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen and I would go back to making cowboy coffee over a wood fire before I would purchase another one of their products!

Wow - I have been asking some basic questions of keurig for months now... no really, months now (i have ALL the emails to prove it) - i have wasted hours of my time with their overseas contact number... poor line, at times difficult to understand rep... and i just have 4 basic questions that were NOT in their quick start guide with a new model that i had to take out a HELCO loan to purchase (the ONLY doc i got with my most recent/3rd keruig purchase BTW!), and no one in management can give me 5 minutes to answer my questions...
They have no local 2nd product support, really?
No, i guess not, as they say to call their support number, EVERY TIME! - after i have pleaded with them (yes, pleaded) to just answer my question

My Keurig is very noisy. It makes random noises all day and in the middle of the night. Not sure why this is.
Bought a Keurig last month, handle already feel off. Contacted Keurig and all I get is a run around.
Called "customer service" for a billing problem and man poor quality phone service and the woman had such an EXTREME accent I as an English speaking customer could not understand her! Between the poor connection and her NOT speaking up with volume and into the phone was an exercise in futility! Asked if they had someone that could speak clear English and put on hold with loud rackouse "music" and finally she came back but could not understand her, finally hung up and I do not have a resolution to problem. I even then sent an email and NO ANSWER! I learned a long time ago those "chats" are just as useless and time consuming. We have had a keurig2.0 for several years and it works OK is fast and convenent but it is getting waaaay to expensive to make coffee that way, and the descaling prompt will NOT go out even after descaling! Certainly do not advise anyone to use this company. Or products. Seems most people have had the same experience! WHY do these companies put people in "Customer Service" that cannot speak the Language of our country? POOR way to represent your product and your company!
I've been using Keurig brewers for years. I had my first one for 5-6 years, moved it across the country and everything, and it always worked. When it finally came to the end of its life, Keurig was my first choice for a replacement. However, less than a year after I got the new brewer, it stopped brewing coffee. I tried cleansing it with water, which usually works, but this time it was not successful. In fact, it seemed to make it worse. I was trying for over an hour so I called the Keurig number. The rep was helpful and polite until she found out I wasn't using Keurig-brand K-cups. I explained that I have used my preferred brand for years and never had an issue and she became very condescending and rude. I said I would like credit or a refund because I spent $80 on the mini. She practically blamed me for "breaking" it with non-Keurig brand pods and said she couldn't help me unless I only used Keurig brand accessories. She was condescending and rude and offered no room for customer accommodation, even when I said I would no longer be using Keurig brand anything if I couldn't have my problem understood and receive some sort of assistance (customer accommodation, credit, etc.) As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I know there's always something a rep can do to serve the customer, whether it's a replacement, gift cards, discounts on your next purchase, etc. I understand that there are rules for the warranty, but there are other ways to accommodate an upset customer. She had no empathy and was not listening to my frustrations. This will be my last time purchasing Keurig anything. Don't waste your time on customer service unless you're 100% loyal to only Keurig brand and do not purchase your coffee/accessories from small businesses.
Trying to return a replacement pot that was wrong one. A specialist has to call you back for authorization #. Never get call back. 3 weeks now!
Don't buy switching to another brand, customer service thinks the are the technicians and refuse to offer a replacement
Purchased a DUAL K and a smaller version just over a year ago. Both no longer work. Never should have purchased them.
These machines are low quality and fail all the time. For the price of the K-cups, they should give you the machine for free!

We've had to purchase 3 keurigs in the last 4 years. All of the failed after a minimal amount of time
