Bought a TV from Kogan - it arrived and immediately did not work. Emailed the only customer service line they seem to have which informed me of the lengthy returns process - including boxing it up, printing off documents and taking it to the post office for them to 14 days to 'review' it. Absolutely terrible product, company and service. Do not recommend buying anything from them.
Most no brand or branded Kogan items are just cheaply made products that can be found on AliBaba or other cheap Chinese wholesale markets. The items will be clunky whether in how you use it or to set up. A majority of items will end up in landfill shortly and be deemed a hazardous waste.
I have now sent more than 10 emails to Kogan with non response. I purchased a TV and the remote has died within a few months. I have emailed them (they have no number to call), they said they would send more than a week ago - but they haven't posted yet - I email every day and they will not contact me. I will never buy from them again and I can't believe a company as big as theres - doesn't have a number to call for problems. Happy to sell you stuff but not happy to help you when it dies under warranty. I will tell everyone I know that they should not buy from this dodgy company.
After purchasing a watch for my husband's birthday, I still don't have it. And that was more than 5 weeks ago! The website said I would receive the watch within 3 to 5 working days. The customer service is very bad and inefficient. I would not recommend purchasing anything from those crooks!
I purchased some rubber training bands from Kogan. They provided me a tracking number, but this proved to be a bogus tracking number!
After 3 months the goods did not arrive. They promised a refund, but I have never received it.
After 4 more weeks of chasing for the promised refund the goods arrived. I sent them back unopened. They will not provide a refund as they claim the goods are not the same!
Liars and cheats. Never buy from Kogan, you will regret it if you do
They said they would give me a refund for a product in an email and instead, make me a store credit for $60 less than the product cost. Store credit is useless because I never want to shop at Kogan ever again. That was a $320 mistake that I hope no one else makes by shopping there.
If you are getting a fridge you may stand a chance. I would strongly recommend against buying a reduced TV. Any tv for that matter, that Kogan brings out they may offload things that don't stand a chance. How can you have a smart tv that doesn't cast no fix, refurbished things advertising as new? Anyway buy at your own risk...
I ordered $3.99 litmus papers. And clicked no shipping, and after weeks i saw $59 deducted from my account for Kogan.com
I had no idea they signed me up for their membership which wasn't mentioned anywhere, and charged me their fee which is useless.
The membership (which is forced on me) is non refundable on their website

I think this is how they earn by posting stuff on cheapest rates and then taking credit information of customers and charging them ridiculous fee for nothing
