Pixel gone on tv that's not even yr old. Having so much dramas with them. Should be just replaced. Will not by any thing of kogan again. So bloody angry. With this corona virus we all home bound and have a child whos 4 yrs old we need a tv

I returned a product in perfect order, they took months to find it within their system.
Then offered me a credit on account only. Numerous complaints about this Coy but still they get away with a poor service to customers. Never again.
The worst service ever, I received my shoes and found them to be too small, contacted them strait away, well within the 14 day rules, they offered me an exchange by purchasing another pair online at a inflated price, then said they would match it but didn't. Then sent me a bill so I paid and now they are not replying to me, haven't refunded my original purchase and I have also paid to send the original ones back. I'm still trying to get a refund from my original purchase and they are stalling and saying they see another contact request is pending and will be in touch but it has been quite some time. USELESS!
Disgusting service!
Iph 7 arrived well but had connectivity issues from the start. Apple techs said the phone had a critical fault and should be replaced but Kogan chose to repair. It took weeks and the phone seemed ok mostly afterwards until taken out of Melbourne where it had no reception. An obvious dud.
Now it crashes and has no reception at all. I am awaiting response to my demand for money back or a functional replacement. Selling expensive faulty electronics and not replacing them when the fault is recognized is criminal in my book. I hope they honor the extended warranty and act like business people, not thieves.
Bought a TV and few other things from this website. It was a Kogan LED TV which has been working for me perfectly since past 2 years.
All other smaller items were good and not even a single problem in delivery. Their delivery charges are a bit steep as compared to other websites. But that is just my opinion. Otherwise, the products are flawless and come with manufacturer warranties.
I am a big user of Kogan and $#*!smith. But now after the media release and seeing a security camera go from $79 to $179, I now research everything I buy. Please don't take your regular customers for granted or for a ride. You will lose in the long run!
Over the past week now I have tried to return an item for a full refund, as it does not work as described.
I have written to them multiple times with the exact reasons as to why I wish to return this device. All Kogan do is ask the same questions over and over again. Their model
Is obviously to tire the consumer out until they give up. Will not buy from again.
I bought a tv from kogan and I put in the postcode first to check on delivery charges before buying and it was $50 so I went and purchased it and it wasn't until afterwards and I got my confirmation that I saw the price for delivery was now $102.99 when contacting kogan they said it was the delivery company who chose the price.
So just be careful you don't get charged a heap extra like I did.
Well today l got an answer back from Eciplse Technology staring they would exchange the Iosd 2 to an Ipad4. This came about after l advised them l was doing a negative review re the issue where l found no understanding of the issue at hand. So yes l can report a positive outcome now. Not without many emails and my advising if the review. So l am
