Made a purchase through Kogan and somehow during checkout I was signed up for Kogan First and charged $99 for it 2 weeks later. You would think Kogan would be reasonable and return my money. But they stick to their guns with this and keep the money because the whole thing is a purposeful swindle and a trap. Won't be giving any more money to these crooks.
Edit: Managed to have them agree to a refund after a couple of attempts with their customer support service and opening a PayPal dispute.
I was wrongfully charged with an ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP while purchasing an item. I contacted Kogan immediately but they refused to refund or even cancel my membership! Terrible service. They obviously don't care about stealing from their customers. I regret every buying on Kogan.com. By the way, the item y purchased arrived 11 days late and they did not take any responsibility. Shame on them.
Sofa, lost in post? No wasn't even sent and customer service keeps sending generic responses and not answering and questions. I even connected Kogan with the delivery company to sort things out, they are reluctant to do anything.

I've written a email to asking about the membership fees that charge me without notice and there is no cues to tell after the trail they will deduct it automatically in your bank account! And, my order have been processed for a month to send it out! I'm really really not recommended to use this apps and company to buy anything. It is a bad experience of the online shopping ever!
I have been shopping with Kogan now since 2015. I have bought several large items during this time and have never had any cause for complaint.
My most recent purchase, a heater, was delivered just over a week ago. I have been simply delighted with this latest purchase! It is cheap to run, very decorative, warms up the area very adequately, and it has a safety feature of cool touch. This last is important for me since I have three children in the house all day, ranging in age from 18 months to 4 years.
I highly recommend Kogan for customer service, attention to detail and an easy shopping experience.
I have several more purchases to make before the end of the year for my business, and I will definitely be shopping with Kogan for those.

BEWARE! Kogan present themselves as a single business, but actually are handing off responsibility for many purchases through their website to other suppliers. They say they will guarantee the delivery regardless, but it seems this guarantee is meaningless. Just try to get them to offer a refund for something where the supplier offers endless excuses for not delivering and doesnt even bother to answer their phones. Kogan offer no help and take no responsibility. They say on their website they will call if you ask them to, but they never will. They just hide behind lengthy email delays or dont even respond. Avoid dealing with Kogan. Buy elsewhere.
I bought a chair from kogan in august. No problems. Later they used the visa information i provided to charge me for so-called membership of kogan first. I did not realize it until three months later. I lost around $48 dollars. I had to change my credit card to avoid further losses. It caused me great inconvenience as other sellers do not charge without first obtaining customer's consent.
Purchased a tv from this company and it is no longer working have trying to get it replaced for weeks only getting the run around. I'll not buy anything from this company again and strongly recommend that none deals with them either
This is one of the worse online shops you can buy from. They have no contact number or email. They take your money and that's the end of it. It's been months and still haven't received my order.

Bought a pair of shoes for $85 - wrong size (not their fault) - cost me $15 to post back. Then I get given a voucher instead of a refund. I can't order the size I want as it is out of stock. So I order something else I don't really want...
Then I join Kogan First to get free postage - so in theory I should pay nothing for the replacement item. However I get charged $115 to my credit card. I ask why? They say 'Oh Kogan First' doesn't apply to your postcode!
So I have paid a total of $230 for a pair of shoes worth $85 which I don't have as they are not in stock! A complete joke!

Bought an Advwin Rabbit Hutch Chicken Coop Large Run Cage 204*35*85cm (Brown) recently and bought a Samsung phone few years back from Kogan. Both are so bad left me fuming and hoping the government should shut these dodgy companies down. Paid $700 for a "new" phone that is clearly refurbished and resold - I should have learnt. Then paid $130 recently for a hutch made of cheap wood and chicken wire that can be easily bend. I would rather throw that money into the bin than giving the business to this company. No more to Kogan, you twat!

Kogan as they sell dodgy iPhone. I bought iPhone from kogan only few days dead with black screen cannot turn on. No customer service help! I emailed them lots of emails and request refund no reply. Please give me return address and refund me for this junk mobile! What miserable experience to shop at kogan. Dodgy website!

Ordered a pair of shoes 17 days ago. Kogan takes your money out straight away, But when it comes to finding out where your parcel is there isn't even a phone number for you to call. You just have to email. Its not good enough.
I have used Kogan due to the low cost but... I bought a Kogan branded smartphone. I knew the specifications are low, but as long as it worked. It died after a few weeks and it wasn't worth the effort to send back. I bought two Kogan branded TVs for the bedrooms. They were very light and easy to mount onto the existing brackets. We use the tv for thirty minutes in the morning while drinking our morning tea and watching the news. The TV lasted just over a year, then it won't last ten minutes before the 'signal lost' error message. I am now using the local TV streaming services, but sometimes that will say 'can't connect'.

We purchased a childrens kitchen. My wife didn't notice that you have to un-tick some small print at the checkout. You then get a trial for their (unwanted) First Membership scheme and 14 days later if you havent cancelled (which you wont if you didnt realise you had accepted) you will see a charge of $99 on your card. They make it super hard to contact them and we will now contact Fair Trading NSW. BTW this scheme won a "Shonky Award " from Choice. They have our $99 but will never have our custom again.
My family waited more than 2 weeks for their lousy TV and we got NOTHING, I had to pay for my poor decision, I sent during this time heaps and emails with absolutely no reply. Ended up buying new TV...

1. No way to contact then or call them, it's impossible, they control you during the whole purchasing process, so if anything goes wrong you are DONE
2. Account dashboard is very outdated, and shipping status is fraud and fake!
3. Obvious lack of communication inside their departments, shipping, sales, orders, customer service they all not talking to each others

I purchased a buffet cabinet a month ago and paid $120 for delivery (daylight robbery!) there was a tracking number but it didn't work. A box arrived from Toll over two weeks ago with only half of the buffet cabinet inside. I've spent days and ridiculous amount of time on the phone with Toll and emailing Kogan only to be told by Toll my Second parcel is lost and a new one needs to be sent. For a week I've been requesting a refund or the other parcel to be sent but I keep getting stupid responses from the supplier and they take 24 hours to respond to each email which is dragging this all out.
Don't buy from here people! They are not an honest trusty company. Their customer service is non existent and I can't find a contact number anywhere. Their responses are blanket responses and look like they are coming from someone offshore.
I am having an issue with my order and contacted their customer service (which they only have by email).
It's been more than 3 weeks and they still haven't responded to my requirement.

Did not send correct item... to make matters worse, they didn't even have it in stock. So... they are just selling items online they don't actually have stock of? And just hoping you'll make do with whatever replacement they deem to send. Made it infuriatingly difficult to return items. Horrific customer service. Never, ever again.

I placed an order for an item and was offered a trial membership of Kogan First free of charge. When I hit enter to agree, somehow I was charged an annual fee of $99.00. I contacted customer service immediately no response. Despite several emails, I still have not received any reply there phone is just a answering machine and no way to leave message
