Purchased, washing machines, televisions, kitchen appliances, small household items, every time it works great, the couriers are usually independent and sometimes they use toll, It is worth getting freight protection/extended care for certain items because even with the add on, it is still far cheaper then competitors.

$#*! website, bad customer service. Never buy Kogan gift card or voucher. You will never get out of it. The vouchers can't be used conjunction with one another, you can't choose which voucher you want to use. It is really a $#*! website. When I buy at eBay or Amazon, I never have that kind of problem.
Money taken out of account
After receiving my product, I found 79$ has been taken from my account. I don't know why they took the money. I've tried calling but all the numbers are not working. I've tried live chat but no proper response

I ordered 2 TV's and 2 Wallmounts.
Each product was sent individually with a different courier. I didn't have the option to track the parcels and support was useless.
On arrival, neither of the wall mounts could actually hold the TV's despite being within the correct weight and size descriptions on the website. The wall mounts flexed and twisted under the weight causing the TVs to tilt dramatically. It was seriously unsafe so I had them removed.
Now I have TVs sitting on the floor, some big holes in my wall from the faulty wall mounts and Kogan's support has not yet responded (Been 5 days so far and counting). Not to mention now I have to pay someone to come and mount the TVs again once I find a company that doesn't false advertise.
Join the Kogan first and with the first two purchases, one sent the wrong item, and the seller acted very rudely about the product exchange. Another one with the cost of over $100 delivery they charged, I took the day off with wages lost but eventually, those guys were late again without any notice. They won't be able to leave it at the Australia post office and ask me to wait at home again.
I ordered a book. They sent it to the wrong address. I communicated several times through email, as there is no phone number I could find. Their Customer Help Center asked for a screenshot of my account that showed my delivery address and I obliged. But that wasn't good enough, they are telling me the wrong address is on my account, well I don't know how they come up with that when a screenshot was sent. They more or less are calling me a liar. They won't admit it is their fault. Three weeks later I'm still sending emails to them and still getting the run-around and them still stating that the wrong address is the one on my account. What is wrong with this company? I'm glad I only ordered a small item and used Paypal to purchase it. Paypal saved the day. Personally, I will never order through Kogan again, they are only a middleman gaining a commission from others. I encourage everyone to source from the supplier directly and use Paypal.

Countless emails, all to no avail, them more or less calling me a liar. Them telling me the address they sent it to is on my account. Sent a screenshot as requested by them of my account with them which has the correct delivery address and yet they keep telling me it is not the one they have. do yourself a favour and avoid this middleman company buy direct from the supplier and use Paypal.

Dont want to give even 1 star, it shud be flagged red. I will never ever buy & recommend Kogan ever. Worst & ripping. They advertised KoganFirst free for 14 days with product I purchased. So as per KoganFirst it should be express delivery but they sent me normal delivery & its 6 weeks now. No product, no one to contact. Customer Service sucks, Kogan sucks!

They were once upon a time great to deal with but now i cannot remember such a bad experience with a company than i recently experienced with Kogan. Customer Service is basically non existent and getting answers to your questions is a monumental effort.
Order products and only WHEN you complain they'll change the shipping details to 'marked for pickup' and then they just wont move. Days or even months (yep months) go by and they send multiple standardized replies repeating the same excuses, check the tracking number, even when you quote them the tracking number, saying please wait an EXTRA 10 days FROM NOW because of covid, when I've already waited weeks. They stonewall you and do nothing about your order. They have consistently misrepresented stock levels. Then they try and buy as much time in hope that they either receive more stock or till a customer gives up. Honestly - if you're saving something under 50 bucks by using these guys it's not worth it. The definition of obfuscation.
Absolute nightmare trying to contact kogan. My first ever purchase from this horrible compatibility states that as a first time customer my postage is free. For the next two months they continued to take money out of my bank! I cannot contact them even though I had my password to my account. Absolutely crooked company. I have had to cancel my bank card to stop payments to them! NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE!
They are not helpful whatsoever. Do not reply to your queries and do not even have a proper contact number! Havent recieived my goods and i ordered it three months ago. Would give them 0 stars if i could.

Promote a product called "Kogan First" for free 14 days, then $99 pa for those innocent customers who has not much internet shopping experience and only shopping for cheaper Kogan SIM card and nothing else. A absolutely useless for me, contact customer service, reply " it's Non Refundable Product "

I will never order from kogan again the delivery process is to hard needs to sign for it witch is silly takes to long and if your not home you have to drive out of your way to pick it up not worth it just go to local shops
They take your money and only deliver half of your product I bought a king size bed frame 2 weeks ago and missing the main box the bedheads. For over 2 weeks... The customer service is shocking and it's very difficult to get your money back.
I bought a Samsung 10 plus off them and it was in Chinese I had to get an interpreter to unlock it...

Although the prices are competitive, their delivery options are very frustrating. When I tried to order a case for my phone, they wouldn't let me use my parcel locker as a delivery address, nor a GPO locker.
My choices would have been my home address (might miss the delivery) or work. Upon reading their help pages, they claim that they use private couriers to deliver their merchandise. This is especially risky to do if delivering to a home address as either the parcel will be left in a common area or delivered to some suburban warehouse.
My advice is to just use amazon. They will always allow parcel locker addresses.
I attempted 4 times to cancel membership by writing to the help desk and go to the website. This time I hope I can stop kogan to charge the membership fee to my credit card. Or it is better to cancel the credit card.
The instruction was not clear. Circle and circle and you cannot cancel it. On the 4th time, the instruction was clear but they already charged the fee for 4 months. The amount is small and they hope the customer will not be upset and make it public. Maybe that is the way they run their company to make their profit. I shall never use this company again.
Told me it will take 4 to 5 days max 14 because of covid. It's way pass the dead line. I tried to track it and it says to wait for a verification code that's never sent to me. I've gone through hell to contact kogan
Ive never bought from Kogan but as soon as I purchased 1 item. I had 4 overseas numbers phishing my mobile number along with over 10 emails from different companies. NEVER using Kogan again and would highly recommend not to use their website.
The website said dispatches this item in 1 or 2 business days and i calculated how long it would take to be delivered also left some additional room for unexpected delays and booked my flight ticket. Now even after 12 days the item has still not left their store and there is no way you can contact them, no phone and email they never get back i wanted to cancel my order and get the refund but there is no possibility i lost $2515 G2RP3PWU.

Yeah, I've literally had the worst purchase experience ever with both Kogan & this seller HeyBattery.
First, the item took a month to be delivered. Please consider this when you are buying a phone, if you need a phone urgently, do not buy from this seller as they are overseas.
After waiting a month, I found out that they sent me the wrong phone. Rather than fixing the issue at their inconvenience, the seller expected me to post the phone back, and wait a month for them to receive it, after which they MAY determine that a refund can be issued, or a replacement handset be sent. This would ultimately result in me being without a phone for <3mths!
Finally, Kogan themselves were no more help. They were happy to take my money, but did not lift a finger to either push the seller for a fair resolution or provide any options or resolutions themselves.
Do yourself a favour, pay a bit more money and buy your phones locally...NOT THROUGH KOGAN!

Bought a speaker - Item was misrepresented online and they simply said it was listed as one of their non-refundable items.
The TV I bought had a broken patch in the screen image - they didn't support this and wouldn't take it back. The TV also doesn't support modern digital tv standards. Terrible company, I would always tell people to avoid them.
I made the mistake to buy a low quality product from kogan.com, which I obviously returned, and they started to send commercial adds on my mobile phone ever since. I complained some time ago to ACMA, but kogan.com still continues to send me text messages regularly on my phone. I am asking them: are you going to stop this harassment?
Bought a $29 product and got charged $99 2 weeks later with no warning or notice for a subscription I don't understand.
I contacted them a day after they took the money from my card and they told me I should have read the terms and conditions.
Stick to amazon, these guys are crooks - I'm taking this to the ACCC
This company has the very worst service imaginable. You cannot contact them apart from emails. And i also feel like real people are not dealing with these emails as they keep repeating themselves regardless of what you say in your reply. Its kinda like they have not read your email or they just cant understand plain English. I have been left very frustrated and annoyed by my dealing with this company and would DEFINITELY NOT recommend them to my worst enemy.
I recently bought an item from Kogan because I was given a free $20 credit, I applied that $20 credit to my account and then made my purchase. Kogan charged me the full amount for the purchased item and didn't apply my credit. I contacted the support team (Which was quite hard to find information on how to contact them) and they just replied saying on my next purchase the credit should work... Further emails and they didn't seem interested in helping, I won't use them again.
I purchased an iPhone from Kogan weeks ago. This iPhone said in stock and would be shipped with in 1-2 days. I went for this particular iPhone over others as some of the others said pre order and I needed it as soon as possible.
2 weeks went buy with no communication after I had reached out 8/9 times trying to ask for help and what was happening. I even asked for a refund and no one got back to me.
I understand that it's a tough time with covid 19 happening and that things take longer but I was more than happy to wait for the shipping time frame but the iphone was never shipped.
I am still waiting for it to be shipped they have just not bothered to let me know what's happening or keep me in the loop.
I'm so disappointed and won't be shopping with Kogan again.
