I made the mistake to buy a low quality product from kogan.com, which I obviously returned, and they started to send commercial adds on my mobile phone ever since. I complained some time ago to ACMA, but kogan.com still continues to send me text messages regularly on my phone. I am asking them: are you going to stop this harassment?

Bought a speaker - Item was misrepresented online and they simply said it was listed as one of their non-refundable items.
The TV I bought had a broken patch in the screen image - they didn't support this and wouldn't take it back. The TV also doesn't support modern digital tv standards. Terrible company, I would always tell people to avoid them.

I am a big user of Kogan and $#*!smith. But now after the media release and seeing a security camera go from $79 to $179, I now research everything I buy. Please don't take your regular customers for granted or for a ride. You will lose in the long run!

I ordered 20 June 2020, I tired Facebook messaging 09 July 2020 to ask why my order hasn't be shipped, emailed 14 July 2020 to receive a 'no reply' message, I have attempted logging in to to the website several times but when I try changing my password the link never comes through to my emails (yes, I tried looking in the junk) why is noone responding and why hasn't my order been shipped?

I purchased this 2 weeks ago with little contact. A technical man will be in contact in 3 business days.
With a second hand part to fix the problem.

I purchased a phone with kogan over 3 weeks ago. It is rough times so i am happy to say I got a delivery in just over a week.(applause but no too much)... Thats when it went wrong. I opened the box and they had sent a rose gold phone instead of silver. A little too famine for my liking. So after a 3 days of back and forth of I'll keep it if you give me a discount they said they couldn't and I sent it back.

Now I email every day and get no response. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but when you f@#k it up fix it. If the phone was cracked if I claimed there was damage, ok investigate and sort it out.
But I ordered a silver phone and you sent me a ROSE GOLD one.

Slow custoner service that will not refund incorrect items. Customer service is critical when purchasing online. Kogan refund and return policies are dismal and lacking when compared to the competition. Buyer beware.

I bought a tv from kogan and I put in the postcode first to check on delivery charges before buying and it was $50 so I went and purchased it and it wasn't until afterwards and I got my confirmation that I saw the price for delivery was now $102.99 when contacting kogan they said it was the delivery company who chose the price.
So just be careful you don't get charged a heap extra like I did.

I bought I robot s6 vacuum & mop for $799. After I paid a week, they keep taking another $99.00 from my account with no reason. Also the customer Service is terrible, when I need help, no phone number to contact & website is not good to contact at all. I need my money back ASAP!

Appalling business

The owner clearly knows nothing about serving others. He is only in this for as much money as quickly as he can. Real business owners address the concerns of their clients in an expedient manner. I never ever hear back from them. Things like, why has my login email changed to my gmail email. Just because I happened to have Google open and I was signed in does not mean I gave you permission to use it or change it. My entire history has been removed except for one item. I have asked you to put everything back to my original account (the one I authorised) and you ignore me. You sell products based on misleading advertising and you ignore me. I am done and so are my followers. I will do whatever I can to dissuade anyone from mentioning you except as a useless time wasting business. You get what you create.

I forwarded kogan the email from auspost saying they lost the item. Logged several online requests where most were ignored and response days later was that they can't refund until they investigate. I have already waited weeks over due date. I am so fed up And repeatedly asked for my money back but no luck. It's $500 which I can't afford to lose and go elsewhere.
Next time I will happily pay someone else the extra ten bucks than deal with kogan ever again

Pathetic service

Ordered an item close to $1,000. Kogan chose to use the absolute worst freight forwarding company, Hunter Express, who do not take calls, Giv you a very open delivery time slot 1-2 days, still waiting. Two full days spent at home waiting and no goods. Because customers have nothing better to do with their time... So angry. I can take a picture of nothing because that's what's been delivered

Kogan.com announced in May that they grew more than 2M active members. I did a trial shopping on Kogan.com, Before I receive my products, Kogan automatically upgraded me into Kogan First 365bday membership via a marketing email and deducted $99.00 from my credit card I saved on Kogan Account.

I lodged a complaint to dispute the unauthorised membership and the unauthorised membership fee. I stated that automatically deducting money from my credit card without my knowledgement and permission is a breach of trust!

I believe this kind of membership growing is absolutely not acceptable, doggy, like a scam.

I am wondering how many out of the two millions members are automatically upgraded members like me? I wanted to cancel my membership, Kogan.com did not allow to. I wanted to remove my credit card, Kogan.com did not allow me.

It seemed to me that I have to kidnapped by Kogan.com to act as a member they need, though I will never buy anything from Kogan. Com again!
