Purchased, washing machines, televisions, kitchen appliances, small household items, every time it works great, the couriers are usually independent and sometimes they use toll, It is worth getting freight protection/extended care for certain items because even with the add on, it is still far cheaper then competitors.

Same as everyone else, I was charged the $99 annual membership fee 2 weeks after purchase.
I unticked everything I can untick, said no to everything. I am 100% sure that opted out of the annual membership - - but apparently the elusive T&C membership fee details that 'I missed'. I normally use a card with very low balance, but I needed to purchase something online and as soon as I transferred funds - debit came out! I don't know what their game plan is, but it's obviously not to be a reliable, trustworthy company that people would want to come back to purchase. I would never buy anything from this company ever again.
I have experienced the same as most of you have, my purchase was a laptop, apparently through a market Seller in NZ. I bought this for my kids for the COVID shutdown. They stuffed me around and continue to do so, I had to purchase another laptop to meet my commitments locally. I have over 100 emails from them, but no action. As a company, they do not deserve to exist!
Somehow, I clicked a box for "Kogan First", I am usually careful not to sign up to marketing emails ect when I shop online but I have been scammed. Beware to anyone using this site, particulary when purchasing anything using a phone or tablet. It is easy to accidently check the "Kogan First" box due to the placement and it seems Kogan is well aware of this. Must be a nice little earner for them. They allow you to easily sign up but provide little information about this junk add on. They will not refund it and so far, have not provided proof that I signed up to it. The only email I have received was after I was charged $79 AUD – there was no warning 3 days in advance. This website should not be allowed to trade. The product I ordered does not even look legitimate, absolute junk.

So angry right now, my fiancé and I bought our son a TV for Christmas, he was so excited when he unwrapped it but was soon disappointed to discover the screen cracked... you can not phone Kogan only email which is extremely frustrating. Today 8 weeks after they collected the broken TV his new one was delivered and surprise surprise the screen is smashed on it too. Very disappointed with Kogans customer care and we will NEVER purchase anything from them again
I sought a price match from Kogan for an Amazon price. Kogan have turned off their instant chat function so I had to email them. I sent them proof of the offer from Amazon an reequested a price match for free shipping. Kogan declined to match the offer and told me I should "snap up" the Amazon offer so - I did. Kogan is run by morons.
I bought a chickens coop on the 28th August which I still have not received. When I contacted kogan they at first responded but stopped responding after a while. I escalated to Kogan to mediated but they are slow and useless. Sends useless emails but end of the day I still do not have the product and no info received about when it will be received.

Poor customer service. lots of dodgy suppliers. very difficult to communicate as Kogan do not have any phone number.

I recently purchased a TV from Kogan, who unfortunately lost the item on delivery. As part of my purchase I signed up to the Kogan First program as it came with a signficant discount for my purchase. After the TV was not delivered, I cancelled my subscription, before the end of the free trial. They still charged my credit card, and so far I have not been able to get a response from Kogan on this matter. They do not have phone numbers to ring, and their online complaints process is frustrating to say the least. I will never purchase from Kogan again, and would recomend the same to others
Worst worst worst service. Look at the other comments - they are completely correct. Embarrassed that this is an Australian business. How does the ACCC not shut down this operation to protect innocent Australian purchasing from them?
I bought a tv from kogan and I put in the postcode first to check on delivery charges before buying and it was $50 so I went and purchased it and it wasn't until afterwards and I got my confirmation that I saw the price for delivery was now $102.99 when contacting kogan they said it was the delivery company who chose the price.
So just be careful you don't get charged a heap extra like I did.
Purchased a vaccum on kogan in Dec 20 as a pre order. Stated will ship out no later than 3/1/21. No one notify me that item will be delay until I sent them email. Customer care replied my email that the vaccum will ship out on 13/1/21. Sent a email to them on 15/1/21 and told me delayed to April. If there is delayed, why not telling customer by email at least and I have to found out by myself? And they refused to refund 10dollars kogan first as I only used that once for the vaccum? It's ridiculous and unacceptable. Never buy anything from kogan
These guys are crazy. I don't know where they got my email from. Now I receive almost 10 email from them every day about rubbish things that they want to sell. I click on "unsubscribe" link on every single email but the emails keep coming. I have unsubscribed for almost 50 times but they don't care. Don't get into Kogan.com trap, unless you have an email box that you don't care about!
Kogan, you guys need to improve on your customer service and communication. Also, your story telling is extraordinary! Informing me an attempted delivery was made?! To find out from my camera that no delivery was attempted. Later to find out you messed up and the job was put on the courier but no package!. Delivery was supposed to be 1-2 Days?!. Lost count of how many emails were sent back and forward! New courier details were sent out, package was never put on second courier as confirmed by courier (Allied Express). Then was informed that my package was returned to warehouse (courier never picked it up?!) How was package returned if courier didn't pick up?. (package was never sent out!). Order was placed on the 25th of November it didn't get delivered until the 29th of December.
Many excuses were made but no accountability was taken. Had to explain to family member that the TV I had ordered was not going to be here for Christmas. Thank you Kogan for your awesome work!
Slow custoner service that will not refund incorrect items. Customer service is critical when purchasing online. Kogan refund and return policies are dismal and lacking when compared to the competition. Buyer beware.
I ordered a washing machine about 10 days ago. It was supposed to arrive in 1 or 2 business days. From the day I ordered that would have been either Friday or Monday. Late on Monday I got a message that the item wasn't in stock (a little late for a notice like that, right?!). They promised delivery on Monday a week later. I was home all day to receive the delivery. Nothing came. No news, no info, just a blank tracking link. After leaving a message on Tuesday (because you can't reach them after 5PM) all we got was "item out of stock again". Terrible customer experience! I wasted a whole day waiting for absolutely no reason and I still do not have a washing machine. The order has now been cancelled and I've gone to a different company.

Iam finding it so hard to deal with Kogan! I don't even have a parcel that I paid for as it been lost in the TOLL Courier. They've put me on to "Costway" who doesn't even understand english or what the hell I'm requesting. This has been the worst experience. I just want to talk to someone in Australia. I basically need them to contact Toll and give permission to leave my parcel without signature as requested by TOLL... TOLL has lost my package Anyways which is another thing I need help with. I'm about to tell them to send it back (where ever it is) and never deal With kogan ever ever EVER again. Customer service all round has been terrible. And I still dont have a product I paid for. OH and they can't even find my order details. Bad service all round indeed
I ordered a Kogan brand laptop, which began to malfunction within days of arrival via post. I contacted support via email to enact the 14-day Change of Mind returns policy. They lied and said it only applied to technical issues. After days of delays, they gave me a return ticket and I returned the laptop in the mail. I was told I would be contacted to discuss suitable and preferable solutions. Instead, I was just sent the exact same laptop with my customizations and the issues were not resolved as it malfunctioned within fifteen minutes. Kogan is making it as difficult as possible to get a refund.
I can't access my account as I "accessed my account in a new device". Contacted Kogan, after many emails later, told me they would refer the issue to their IT team. A month later, issue not resolved yet and now no replies to my emails at all. I still have $200+ money on my Kogan account that's why I want access to my account.
I had to return an unopened phone to Kogan. No phone support, no chat. Had to use email where I was mislead about my refund. In the end I only received 80% store credit, had to return the phone out of my pocket. They charged me over $500 to return a brand new unopened phone. Do not buy from Kogan.

Lol. They also charged me for 1 month of membership that I didn't want, but you subscribe when you buy something.
I know is cheap stuff, but they simply don't work.

I am currently going thru some problems with an ebike I bought 8 months ago. A fault has developed and I have had a major F around trying to get a satisfactory outcome. Basically I am being offered $600 instead of the value it would cost to replace it. They no longer stock my model (says a lot there) and refuse to give replacement value. So to replace what I have in the current WA market, it will cost $1450. So I will be out almost $1000 when u factor the $107 P&P I will be losing. I will be going to ACCC next and will never spend another $ with Kogan (an Aussie group btw). I'm sure they were better before the fraud case of 2020 that cost them $350K in fines. I'm sure there will be more, after browsing the ACCC lists against them. In the interest of balance, they can be helpful, but only up to a point. A low point
Bought a mattress, courier company can't delivery as they can't find my address. Have been living there for over 1 year. When I ring the courier company to confirm my address I can not get to speak to a real person (all automated). Asked for Kogan's help to confirm my address. Have been in an email war for almost 48 hours now with Kogan and now they want to charge me for return and restocking fees because their courier company is useless! No happy ending for me. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND KOGAN at all! Better going to your local store and buy from there. At least you know you will be able to speak to professionals
I bought something from Kogan online - fully paid at checkout. But I decided to cancel the order because of the long delivery time. So a credit of $25.99 was in my account but the credit has an expiry date! I have never heard of such policy and I dont think it is fair for such as it is my money and it is not a credit from Kogan. I dont think I will deal with Kogan ever again!
I received a coupon code too early, and it was expired. Speaking with Kogan employees is generally a pain, and before I received my plan last year, we had to speak every day for about a month! It occurs frequently among Kogan employees, but Akshay makes it simple and clear. He updated the coupon code and automatically entered it for me.

I am trying to contact them from 1st of June. So far 5 emails, no reply from koan. Very disappointing. I need to return the item so that i can reorder the correct item. What kind of a service are you providing? You take time to send unwanted emails all the time, but cannot get back to us when we need your service.
You can't call Kogan they only have a recording. They have an old un accessible email address of mine for my account. Each time i send a customer service request it tells me to check my un accessible email address. It wont even allow me to change it to a current email address.
