Purchased, washing machines, televisions, kitchen appliances, small household items, every time it works great, the couriers are usually independent and sometimes they use toll, It is worth getting freight protection/extended care for certain items because even with the add on, it is still far cheaper then competitors.
Kogan, Kogan, what a plight, A trick you played, late one night. I sought a game, a gift to share, Yet found deceit laid lurking there. I never shop within your walls, For often your service falls. This time I thought, just one quick buy, Yet you charged me on the sly. A membership I didn't seek, One twenty-nine, it left me weak. Your tactics low, your cunning deep, In fine print hidden, shadows creep. Careful am I, with eyes so sharp, Yet still, you struck with your dark art. A gift of joy, now tinged with spite, As Kogan's scheme comes into light. Why this trick, this lowly game, To charge a fee, bring buyer's shame? Undo this wrong, make it right, Restore the trust, lost in the night.
Products die shortly after warranty periods. Kogan does everything it can to block and prevent any responsibility to repair or replace. Spend the money buy decent products.

I bought multiple items in one order and with almost half of them I had problems. They charged me extra for some, sent me a wrong product and the quality of Kogan TV I received was awful. And their customer care is the worst. I had to email them several times and wait for a long time to get a response from them.
The Kogan TV I got was awful. The USB wasn't working. The remote control worked randomly. It was terrible. And I emailed them for refund the first day I received the TV. It's now more than a month and more than 40 emails I still couldn't get my money back. I will never ever shop with Kogan again. DO NOT shop with Kogan.
I bought a monitor last month and the after they marked it as posted. I waited for two weeks for it while it was Express post and didn't received it. I followed up with Auspost and they said Kogan just scanned the label and didn't post the item. Contacted Kogan and they wasted another 2 weeks with saying we posted it and it's delayed due to COVID-19. At the end they said there was a problem in our warehouse and couldn't do it, and at the moment we don't have it in stock anymore!
They offered refund or store credit and I've chosen to get refund but now after a week I still haven't paid and they are not responding to my communications!
They are an absolutely dodgy business and literally fraud.
I doubt I will ever use Kogan again thanks to the lies deceitfulness and disgusting treatment I received from Amberhill Online 1 of their traders. Sold me a faulty coxxyc pillow I had for under 2 weeks went to take cover off to wash the cover only and found the pillow was nearly split in 2. Was told it was my fault and they want to replace with different pillow as they had none left but looking at their store on my deal they have 19 to sell I screenshot the photos from my deal Amberhill Online shop and sent it to them still being told I'm a liar and I split the pillow funny thing is I've worked in upholstery and with foam in my past foam does not just split. Be very weary of this Amberhill Online they don't like to Honour their warranties.
Tip for consumers:
Just make sure you read the store policies and warranties. Also check your product as soon as it arrives

I recently purchased a Kogan 24 inch Smart TV. Having read some of the reviews, I was a bit concerned about whether I had done the right thing. I had not been able to find a Smart TV of such small dimensions but this TV fitted the space perfectly. The service was prompt, the TV was easy to set up and the picture is clear and I love it.

I recently returned an iPhone that stopped working and Apple were willing to exchange it under warranty until they found out that it was brought in HongKong via Kogan. Kogan were happy to refund the entire value for the iPhone and asked for Notes from Apple. Despite 6 weeks since Kogan received the return package, they have not yet contacted me for the refund and stopped communicating altogether! There is no phone number on their website so all messages are sent via their help centre on their website. Tickets have gone unanswered even though I'm a Kogan First priority member!
26/03/2023: I contacted Kogan via Facebook and twitter and their Facebook team responded very very quickly. I have therefore changed the overall rating from 1 to 3. I also received a full refund after my case was examined by their senior staff.
Note to the community: Kogan has a potential ticketing bug where their replies to older tickets are not received by the customer. In my case a Kogan representative contacted me via phone and said he had replied to my emails which were missing from my inbox. He even sent emails to alternate email addresses which were not received. However, once he initiated a new ticket, we received their email.
Poor product quality and poor customer service experience, purchased a faulty tv been waiting for 20 days for returning the item but still nothing happened
Awful, the sell you in working products. Then stuff you around, you send to back. They have the same product forn50 dollars cheaper. So now they have my money the phone and the money it cost to poat it back. They pretty much stole for me now. And they for some reason can not understand why I just want my money back. They are useless.
VERY PLEASED, in fact, over the moon! Bought the kogan Genie robotvac, paid 179, rrp 1199. I have large floorboards and cats, handles my home. It was delivered in 2 business days. VERY HAPPY Highly recommend and cant stop raving about it
Bought a new fancy racing chair, been shopping Kogan for a while.
What arrived A BEDSIDE TABLE.!
Kogan won't send the item I bought by courier and collect the mistake they made. NO
I have to print labels, travel with the heavy item into town and post it back.
THEN WAIT for them to check it (unopened as I didn't order it) then they will send(so they say) what I ordered.
NOT only do I incur costs I also have to wait way longer to get what I ordered.
Customer Service is failing dismally at kogan losing me and many other customers.
Ruslan Kogan, should care more about customer satisfaction, not doing the right thing and putting out customers is losing more than the cost of fixing it.
Bought a cabinet, arrived broken. There is no number to call, only email. I emailed and requested a replacement and I sent them photos. They refused to replace, only refund. I know they have stock, as i emailed them from a third party email asking them so. I have now one week later requested a refund, and no answer. They do not answer emails, they do not call customers on request, there is no customer service, no values or morals *** BUYER BE AWARE*** IF YOUR SMART YOU WILL BUY ELSEWHERE. Somewhere that value repeat customers
I have lodged a claim with fair trade and also a paypal dispute
I can certainly provide some feedback. My (very expensive) smart watch arrived with only SPANISH instructions, for the cost of this watch I should have received ENGLISH instructions unless otherwise advised. I ended up having to google a copy of the instruction manual in ENGLISH to get started. The problem then was the factory settings for the watch itself was defaulted also to SPANISH. So I had to set up GOOGLE TRANSLATE, to work out how to start the phone set up in ENGLISH. For the cost of this watch, I am not satisfied with this ridiculous issue that I had to overcome. If you're going to sell international smart watches, you need to include some form of obvious disclaimer with this product to advise it may arrive in another language and here's some instructions regarding what to do if that occurs. KOGAN needs to step up its game if you want your customers to return. I won't be……
Kogan.com announced in May that they grew more than 2M active members. I did a trial shopping on Kogan.com, Before I receive my products, Kogan automatically upgraded me into Kogan First 365bday membership via a marketing email and deducted $99.00 from my credit card I saved on Kogan Account.
I lodged a complaint to dispute the unauthorised membership and the unauthorised membership fee. I stated that automatically deducting money from my credit card without my knowledgement and permission is a breach of trust!
I believe this kind of membership growing is absolutely not acceptable, doggy, like a scam.
I am wondering how many out of the two millions members are automatically upgraded members like me? I wanted to cancel my membership, Kogan.com did not allow to. I wanted to remove my credit card, Kogan.com did not allow me.
It seemed to me that I have to kidnapped by Kogan.com to act as a member they need, though I will never buy anything from Kogan. Com again!

I purchased the Kogan Agora XS Phone, The screen Protector and the shock cover from Kogan. I had the phone on my knee and forgot when standing. This little 40cm drop in the "shock protection case" failed to protect the phone. I contacted Kogan and they are saying it is my fault yet there shock absorbsion cover failed to protect the phone from a 40 cm drop. The screen detached from the phone. This demonstarates the poor protection of the absorbsion cover and the poor quality of the phone.
During my shopping online experience, I was consistently encouraged to join "Kogan 1st" for a 14 day free trial that had free shipping and reduced prices for certain items I was buying if I ticked "yes" to trying the free trial. I figured sure why not. When I got to the payment page, items had been discounted with free shopping applied. Great I thought and went ahead and purchased them. Imagine my SHOCK! When I received an invoice from Kogan via email for not only the full cost of the items but shipping charges for all of them as well!
I sent an email to their help email address (they've got no call centre whatsoever!) and received an automated reply along the lines of "Oh you're wondering why you've been charged the $49 for Kogan First... blah blah blah" (which leads me to think that this is not an isolated complaint from consumers.) However the automated response did not address the fact I was charged full price for items and shipping after clicking the 14 day trial, so I replied back, and got... crickets.
I have attempted 3 more times to get an actual response back with absolutely nothing. I also tried a number of Kogan 1300 numbers only to get nowhere and not even get to speak to an actual person!
Kogan, I should report you to Consumer Affairs for false advertising and consumer entrapment!
In the meantime, I will never be shopping from you again, and shouting it from the rooftops to anyone who will listen to never purchase from Kogan! Pick up your game Kogan!
Purchased 1 thing then 3 weeks later they deducted $99 for membership that I never authorised or even wanted, the site is a scam don't trust them, there customer service is non existent.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful when you check out even as a guest they keep your credit card details and you can’t remove it, a scam to get money off you . There is no point being a member but apparently it’s forced

Scammer. Buying cheap product from China and selling here with or without seal. Also don't take any responsibility of delivering the damaged product even after having freight protection.
Received my purchase within two working days. Very happy with the quality and paid less than half of what I would pay for a similar product in the shop.
I bought a mini desktop computer from these people which ended up extremely slow (slower than my old computer). When I started considering returning it because they offer a 14 days trial, I then realized that the trial does not mean refund. They simply give you some credit and you must buy something else from them so the 14 days trial is a very misleading way to make people believe that this involves refund. Also important is that the 14 days trial does not start from the date you receive that actual item, but it starts from the very time you make the purchase online and it takes at least one week or more to get it delivered. So, technically there is no 14 days trial. When you go and write a review on their website, in most cases you get a computer-based and generic reply pretending that they are willing to help you but the message doesn't address the actual facts raised by the customer. Worse than that is that you get charged by default for some kind of annual membership worth around $99 without letting the customer know. Thankfully, I saw many reviewers raising that issue and quickly went and cancelled it. Even the way their website is set up makes it so difficult to cancel the membership within the so-called "14 days trial" because you keep getting different options or sometimes the option of cancelling that membership doesn't work to make it almost impossible to executing the actual task. By the way, this issue was reported by others. I am surprised that these people can operate legally in Australia. My simple advice is to keep away from them!
Iam recently ordered power bank from the kogan and it came like this.
I mailed morethan 10 time to the kogan help centre no one is responding.
Thank you
