Spent $799 on a pool table. The item arrived scratched, damaged and peeling. Kogan clearing has no control over suppliers listing on their marketplace. Kogan has promised me a full refund a number of times assuring me its ok to return the item. I am now without the item and chasing refund for over 3 weeks. I have no confidence I will get my refund as the seller has decided to ignore Kogans requests and Kogan appears powerless to do anything about it. Maybe if I leave enough of these I will get somewhere.
Kept trying to find the words at both "$#*! Smith" & "kogan"... impossible, just keeps taking you around & around in circles. I don't want their newsletters, or catalogues, not even a number to call someone just add details re your order... what order?

I order a TV from Kogan on the 14/09/2021 and today is the 20/10/201 and its still not arrived. I've emailed them multiple times and keep getting the same default replay. There is no customer service at all and no contact number to call.

The worst experience I have ever had. Around and around in circles offering free upgrades at no cost and then billing for same. Impossible to get refunds for these bogus charges. Trickery all the way. Don't go there ever.

Bought a TV from Kogan - it arrived and immediately did not work. Emailed the only customer service line they seem to have which informed me of the lengthy returns process - including boxing it up, printing off documents and taking it to the post office for them to 14 days to 'review' it. Absolutely terrible product, company and service. Do not recommend buying anything from them.
Most no brand or branded Kogan items are just cheaply made products that can be found on AliBaba or other cheap Chinese wholesale markets. The items will be clunky whether in how you use it or to set up. A majority of items will end up in landfill shortly and be deemed a hazardous waste.
I have now sent more than 10 emails to Kogan with non response. I purchased a TV and the remote has died within a few months. I have emailed them (they have no number to call), they said they would send more than a week ago - but they haven't posted yet - I email every day and they will not contact me. I will never buy from them again and I can't believe a company as big as theres - doesn't have a number to call for problems. Happy to sell you stuff but not happy to help you when it dies under warranty. I will tell everyone I know that they should not buy from this dodgy company.

After purchasing a watch for my husband's birthday, I still don't have it. And that was more than 5 weeks ago! The website said I would receive the watch within 3 to 5 working days. The customer service is very bad and inefficient. I would not recommend purchasing anything from those crooks!
I purchased some rubber training bands from Kogan. They provided me a tracking number, but this proved to be a bogus tracking number!
After 3 months the goods did not arrive. They promised a refund, but I have never received it.
After 4 more weeks of chasing for the promised refund the goods arrived. I sent them back unopened. They will not provide a refund as they claim the goods are not the same!

If you are getting a fridge you may stand a chance. I would strongly recommend against buying a reduced TV. Any tv for that matter, that Kogan brings out they may offload things that don't stand a chance. How can you have a smart tv that doesn't cast no fix, refurbished things advertising as new? Anyway buy at your own risk...
They said they would give me a refund for a product in an email and instead, make me a store credit for $60 less than the product cost. Store credit is useless because I never want to shop at Kogan ever again. That was a $320 mistake that I hope no one else makes by shopping there.
I ordered $3.99 litmus papers. And clicked no shipping, and after weeks i saw $59 deducted from my account for Kogan.com
I had no idea they signed me up for their membership which wasn't mentioned anywhere, and charged me their fee which is useless.
The membership (which is forced on me) is non refundable on their website

I think this is how they earn by posting stuff on cheapest rates and then taking credit information of customers and charging them ridiculous fee for nothing

Never buy an appliance from Kogan! Buy one from market place or gum tree instead. If you have an issue they will not refund you. So many people with same issues and selling them for much cheaper on social media that you will be stuck with something you cannot use or sell on! Worst customer service ever and no phone number to call only email responses days later. Save your money! Help desk is a complete waste of time and they refuse to give you a refund.

I purchased a Kogan 584L Side by Side Stainless Steel Fridge for $777.98 including delivery costs and received it on 12 February 2020. I soon discovered that the fridge has the following problem: Makes an extremely loud operating sound, it vibrates the floor and the side panel heats up where it is hot to touch and posses a potential fire risk. After 3 weeks Kogan are still yet to resolve this issue or offer a resolution. I note that the fridge is brand new and has major faults i. E. operates extremely loud and the right side panel heats up. The fridge is not usable or fit for it common purpose, the loud operating noise is just unacceptable and the fridge being hot is unsafe.
Have purchased 3 products & no problems, quality, no breakages. They solved a problem straight away, once I knew I had omitted something on the address. Keep up the trouble free shopping & I will make more purchases
Items ordered on 2 separate months were each unable to be sourced. It took kogan about 6 weeks to advise as such and by that time you are charged again for Kogan first membership. Presume the reason they can offer the discounts is by scamming thousands of others into paying for monthly fees that deliver no benefit. Customer service evasive and unsympathetic. Avoid.

Don't sign up, you may not receive ordered items, will only be refunded for product, not fees paid to enjoy benefit of 'free' shipping, and you cannot remove your account or card details yourself.

Very disappointed with the recently delivered TV. No optical audio plug in point for a Wi-Fi headset system. PVR recording hopeless. General picture & sound quality hard to adjust. Absolutely no easy access help support to assist us. Online or telephone help?

I forwarded kogan the email from auspost saying they lost the item. Logged several online requests where most were ignored and response days later was that they can't refund until they investigate. I have already waited weeks over due date. I am so fed up And repeatedly asked for my money back but no luck. It's $500 which I can't afford to lose and go elsewhere.
Next time I will happily pay someone else the extra ten bucks than deal with kogan ever again

With minimal use it just stopped working... trying to contact or get any support from this supposed company is absolutely shocking

Online shopping, and the products descriptions are poor " may be deliberate " and when I got my order, after opening it out I knew straight away I don't want this, you simply can't refund your money! What I was getting is the crappiest Chinies products what you can get from there. Really bad quality, cheapest plastic worst design. I was refused the refund and plus Kogan changed me extra money without reason, you can not talk to anyone why, so needed to cancel my card! No notification of this or anything. I never would have seen it if I had not checked my bank. They keep harassing me with sales email and ads every day even though I was not giving my consent and was buying as a guest not registered with them.
