This is the worst place on earth for all means. I cried on the phone and no one cares about anything. Please don't go there. I recommend you don't go there ever.

My lab bill was considerably higher than what the medical staff told me it should be. I called Labcorp just to see if they could reduce the bill since I had not met my insurance deductible and would have to self-pay. On my first call, I was told that the bill could be reduced by rebilling it as self-pay. After two phone calls and more than an hour on hold waiting for a supervisor to see what could be done, they came back and said that the best they could do is adust my bill by about $50 - that's $50 HIGHER than the bill I was questioning! (And, they acted as if they were doing me some big favor)! They knew full well that they were being rude. They insulted my intelligence and wasted my time. The supervisor was intentionally discourteous and did not do Michelle, the service rep, any favors either. The supervisor made the phone rep look bad by making her do the dirty work of presenting a ridiculous suggestion. Their customer service team came across as unreasonable, rude and unintelligent.
I had the COVID-19 Antibody test on May 13th ONE test but received 2 results.
One sent to my email showed " positive "
Later when I logged in to my account it showed " negative"
I called and spoke to them and was told they'll have a supervisor call me back, but have not heard back. Also, I do not known the physician's name listed on the form is unknown to me.
Horrible experience. Is this the best Mount Sinai Can do?
First didnt want to perform Uric Acid level in Urine sample.
Want me to pay for LIPI profiles?
Best experience. Frye Road Lab Corp Janet, phlebotomist, was excellent. Was professional and efficient. She found the vein and had the samples so fast. Thank you.
Labcorp, please pay your people more. It is obvious that you hire those who were fired from the USPS for poor service and cannot get a job anywhere else!
Whenever my parents need a blood works done we always go to Labcorp Monterey Ave Palm Desert because of Carlos and his team (Maria, Shona and Gary). They are friendly in this location at ******* monterey ave palm desert ca *******. Carlos is the best. He is a nice person and very friendly. I had my Mom visit today for a routine blood works Shona was the person that took her blood and she is gentle she is a pro in this job my Mom says "no pain" she is good. All of them in this location is nice and friendly. They are all professional in this field and they know how to poke gently and painless. The reasons why my parents follow them whenever location they are. Even though they have a small space in this location Carlos Maria Shona work as a team today. In addition the employee at this walgreen location they also greet all the time you enter the store. It helps a lot to have a good vibes and good day. Happy employee means happy at work. Great work and kudos to all of you guys. Thank you so much. I am Geraldine daughter of Imelda patient of Dr Agarwal. Have a great day
First off I want to state that the phlebotomist that I worked with was excellent little timid but that's fine We all got to start somewhere. Secondly your staff member Maci Howell deemed necessary to walk up to the front desk and discuss the fact that she used to work with me while simultaneously stating in front of everybody in the waiting room and the other staff that I was the laziest fleb she has ever worked with. For starters she doesn't know my life story so she has no right to say anything secondly is that really how you want your company viewed. Personally I have nothing against her she was good at what she did and handled the stress of working in the hospital better than most in fact the last day of her working there I even told her that. I'm just wondering is if it's allowed and okay to make these kind of comments about customers/patience what else are they doing that is unethical and in a business that it is under the highest scrutiny out of any other business format. You were going to allow people to work there and have an environment that is hostile towards its clientele base and is reminiscent of something children would do at a high school.
Horrible services, waited for an hour just to get the message that the office is CLOSED and Come back tomorrow. Extremely bad attitude does not care bout their customer, I felt I was in a prison.
That Hispanic woman needs to be trained in human relations she needs to learn how to treat people. She is mean and not educated at all. Date 2/15/2022 9am
I went to the LabCorp on Lake Chabot Rd. San Leandro. The male technician started yelling at me when I put my urine sample in the cupboard that says to put it there. He was VERY RUDE and seemed really angry. THEN he says "YOU'RE GETTING A DRUG TEST SO I HAVE TO SEE IT!" This was said loud enough for EVERYONE waiting in the lobby to hear. The receptionist told me his name is Torin. DO NOT GO THERE IF HE IS THERE!
I am glad someone pointed out. The kiosk and how hard it may be for an elderly person. It is hard for someone that has a language barrier and the front desk people do not go out of their way to help. Either way, read your lab results. Make sure they are ACCURATE and you got all the tests that were ordered and not a test that was not ordered. How do I know? It recently happened to me: my son and his daughter. Two differnet states and 3 different LabCorp locations. My son had one test by LC screwed up three times. He is waiting for his 4th result. To add to this, his daughter had a lab done 40 miles away from the LC where he had his test. She had a UTI that was really bad, and about 4 days later (and she was in serious pain by then) LC asked her to return so they could take another urine sample, and they would not tell her why. Of course, this freaked her out as in, what did they find, what is wrong with me? It turned out her father called that LC and they "lost" her urine sample-so they had to redo it. LC has grown so fast and the infrastructure not solid-- enough to keep putting more of their labs out. Staff hmmmmmm
I am glad we were not having surgery and accurate tests were needed the first time around. Every city should have area LC inspectors drop in weekly to make sure the offices are running smooth. A patient of LC cannot get a live body online to even ask a question. LC needs to take a step back and firm up what they do have.
I have only had trouble the last few months. I have started making my doctor apts. For pain control mgmt urinalysis in early morning to try to mitigate bad results but several tines now none of my medications in my urinalysis show up. I am trying to taper down (my choice) humanely w/ certain medications but when none of the meds show up my doctor assumes I'm not taking them AT ALL and wants to take me off immediately. She is a new doctor I've nit had time to establish any relationship w/ as my regular doctor whom I had a good relationship with moved to new position so the new doctor is assuming / what? I'm not sure. But I'm concerned about the person who got MY results - did they lose their job or custody of a child or? Because my drugs would have shown up on their results. And because I know the drugs should be in my system, this is causing me great anxiety. Additionally, i know they are handling covid tests too now. When I brought up concerns to LabCorp they said I had to discuss with my doctor, so what avenue do I have now? I live in Alaska so there's time and sample travel involved in these being transported. I am at my wit's end. I'm not sure what I can do but I know these results are wrong and it's affecting my health now.
Went to the Pennsburg office and the girl was New with no one there to help her help me and when finally some lady comes out and see's I'm having a problems signing in she's very angry like how dare I take her away from whatever she was doing. So I left and went to the Quakertown office and again there sign in machine was not working right and the black man says there is No other way for us to help you until you sign in and I say; well what if I was a BLM member or an illegal alien? That didn't go over so well so I just left. So like ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
My wife and I went approximately 15 miles on Wed. For routine bloodwork and had been advised by our doctor that orders had been sent. We arrived and were told rudely that they had no orders for us. Returned home, called doctor were told again that orders had been sent but would be immediately resent. Arrived on Fri. Had my order but not one for my wife. We had tried to call ahead of time to confirm. No answer but told to leave message. We did and had asked for confirmation. Received none. When told that her order was not there. My wife was told rudely that she should have called ahead of time. She pointed out that she had. The response was that they were too busy to answer the phone and that she should have left a message. Unbelievably, she was then told that they had not been able to retrieve phone messages for two weeks. Needless to say, we will never return to the Rochester, NH LabCorp facility. Incompetence is bad enough but add rudeness to it and there is no rating low enough to give it!
I have a pre employment drug screen. I went in the day I received my paperwork. I went on the kiosk it said they were full for the day. I set up an appointment then came into my appointment the technician asked my name while I was walking to the door and said sorry we stopped doing the screenings at 3 and it was 3:15. I asked her why I was able to schedule the appointment only to show up to be told to leave she said sorry come back tomorrow and do a walk in. I already did a walk in once and they were full. I set up an appointment and they couldn't do it because it was 15 minutes after thier cut off but set up the appointment anyway. I told her I have a job right now and work. She just said come in at these time bye bye. So I set up another appointment anyway even though the technician told me not to because last time I "walked in" they had no openings. This has to be a joke. The paper work is only good for a week and the next trip will be my third time going hopefully they can do something before the paperwork expires. This place is a joke that's all I have to say.
I got right in at the time of my appointment. Mary Youssef was gentle and efficient. The lab was clean. The staff was friendly. All around good experience.
I WENT FOR BLOOD WORK 7AM 11/07/20 WALKED IN AND THE WOMAN AT THE DESK WAS YELLING AT ME TO SIGN IN. I SAID OK REAL COMELY. THEN SHE WAS RUDE AND STARTED YELLING AT ME TO GO IN ROOM 1. SO I DID. I STARTED TO ASK A QUESTION AND SHE SHUT ME DOWN AND SAID I HAVE NO TIME TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THE WOMAN'S NAME IS TERRI MINTER. SHE IS ANS WAS SO unprofessional.
So I needed to get blood drawn. And I have a habit of fainting after I get blood drawn so before I even sat down I told the woman that I have had bad experiences with getting my blood drawn and that I sometimes faint. She told me "your problem is you think about it too much so just don't think about it." And when she went to draw my blood she just kept telling me "don't think about it. I can tell you're thinking about it stop it" which was probably the worst way anyone has tried to distract me from getting my blood drawn. When she was finally done she noticed I was in tears and shaking and she was really confused why I was so upset and could not comprehend that I was having panicking on account of the blood being drawn. She rushed me out of the chair and told me I needed to leave. The other lady working there asked if I needed juice or something but the woman who took my blood told her no and that I just didn't like having my blood taken and told me to leave. My reaction is not uncommon for someone who has just had blood drawn so I'm not sure why she didn't know how to help me. I ended up buying juice from the wallgreens and sitting in my car for about an hour while drinking it trying to calm down. Her behavior was not only incredibly insensitive but also dangerous. I could have fainted in the parking lot or while I was trying to drive home. I will never go back to you for blood work again. Looking at your review it sounds like this specific location wasn't the problem but the people your company hires in general. Someone should probably look into that
Answer: I have same question here, no training, but still get paid. Why? Because people allow them
