Covid PCR test
January 8, 2022

I needed a PCR test within a 72 hour window to board an international flight. Day 4 and still no test results. No one answering phones and no one answering customer service e mails. I did get hold of a lady after 48 hours had passed ( their website says PCR test results within 1 or 2 days). I told her I had a flight early the following morning and was concerned my results were not in yet. She supposedly looked it up and said they were being processed ( they clearly were not) What a joke. It cost me $6000 of non refundable airline tickets, hotel and car rentals. I wish I would have checked these reviews before using them. My bad. Never use or trust this company. They are a complete joke. No after spending the last 24 hours trying to salvage the situation I finally had to throw in the towel as it is now Saturday and no way to contact anyone until Monday and no one is answering so called customer service online enqireries. Beyond angry with these jokers.

Took a test via Walgreens. Explained to them the need for the results within 48 hours due to travel outside the US. Called four times, four different responses. None were caring or concerned or empathetic with the fact that the flight was changed twice. Then the last response was very contradicting to all the others calls before. Now, the results were going to be ready within 5 days. Is this a scam or what? I went somewhere else were my business is appreciated. Seriously, you are taking advantage of a pandemic for your own gain.

Clueless workers
January 30, 2020

Neither lab technician that was present that day knew how to put a 24-hour urine collection test into the computer correctly. This is not some random, obscure test. It's done all the time. It took 24 hours of my time to collect! My doctor could see the results were not right so I don't know what they did with it, but my insurance had to pay for it anyway. Now, who has to spend another 24 hours collecting urine? They really suck! They don't know their own computer system! Never going there again.

All your labs close at 2,3, or 4? How about having hours for normal folks that work for a living? And try posting the actual time you quit taking patients? Instead of saying you're open till 4, try accurately posting that you quit taking patients at 3:30 so that someone doesn't have to leave work early only to be turned away at 3:45? And prep all day by drinking loads of water, or better yet, fasting? Kinda crummy if you ask me? This would be in Carson City. Bad deal.

I recently had a doctor visit and labcorp was used in doing my blood work. The horror began when I used my debit card to make payment out of pocket. These crooks charged my debit card FOUR times and when I called for them to fix the issue, their attitude was, there's nothing we can do, you have to wait up to 48 hours or seven business days to get your money back! If you have to make any payments to these clowns, use a paper check and mail it in, they won't collect on it more than once.

Don't use Lab Corp
August 7, 2017

Had blood test 1/17/17. Have had to contact the Billing department 3 times to verify my insurance that will pay 100% of my $1,254.13 bill.
The second time I made a copy of my insurance card (both sides) & sent it to them.
It's now 8/7/17. I just got off the phone with billing department. Was told they had the wrong address for my insurance.
I will never have lab work done by Lab-Corp again. Save yourself worry, frustration & anger; don't allow yourself to get caught up with this disorganized & poorly run company.

The worst place ever! I 'v had my blood work done over 2 weeks ago and they still didn't send my results to my doctor. I've called multiple times but it is impossible to get a real person on the phone you only can leave a voice mail which I have had multiple times and nobody calls me back! I also did go there twice since the personnel is not trained on the system and were not able to pull out my doctor's order.

Be careful. The black woman at the Scottsdale location threatened me because she could not read my document. Imagine what she will do with your blood samples. Cowardly she disappeared and left me standing there after I insisted the document was a valid appointment. The worst is to have people who feel entitled to the position. There is nobody who may resolve anything. Imagine going to a place and being put in fear. I try to get her name but the site do not answer. We need to file a complaint with the state of Arizona.

Don't go! Awful. Appointments don't hold true as I sat for an hour and 15 minutes. This was a second visit since my first visit the nurse HURT me! Crying, no comfort no apology. Test didn't show results so I had to visit again but a different location. Still charged for sometime didn't do.

Susan at the front desk horrible customer service completely rude and disrespectful act like we're disturbing her to ask question just because we're under a pandemic does not mean it gives you the opportunity to be horrible to the patients when they come in for routine blood work go home if you can't be nice to clients

Not Safe!

I felt exposed and unsafe by LabCorp--there was no social distancing at all in a very crowded and small indoor waiting room, with several patients not wearing masks or not wearing them properly. And this, at a supposed medical facility during a pandemic! My local coffee shop takes more precautions.

THE WORST
October 15, 2021

These employees need better customer service towards patients. They are very rude! They change for "other codes" in labs with no explanation about those fees. I hope this corrupt corporation close business for good. I'm not sure why they still in business with such low ratings!

Has to be one of the worse places to go for blood work. They only have 1 person doing paperwork and drawing blood. I have been here 2 hours and my name is still joy called. I will never come back again.

Redundancy / Unsafe
July 23, 2020

Went on line to make an appointment. Gave away All the info on line! Arrived at the labcorp site, we had to start checking in, all info given again, scanned DL and health insurance. Had to wait for the front desk staff to call us, gave out same info plus credit card. AGAIN! Very unsafe and such a waste of time! More risks and exposures especially with the pandemic! Quest diagnostics have a much better system. Just sad there's no Quest diagnostics in the area we live. Labcorp management needs a better and safer system for the clients! PLEASE...

Waste of time

I don't know who runs this company but whoever it is needs to be replaced. Seems to be that nearly every labcorp in existence is under-run. Company needs to stop being cheap and hire more staff or if they cannot afford it, need to get funds elsewhere. Because I can speak on behalf of the general population when I say Lab Corp is the bane of my existence when I need something as simple as a drug test for a job.

This is my last visit ever at Lab Corp... except for one nurse, staff is horrible, careless, slow and rude.
Checking in takes forever compared to other labs.
Bathroom has no water/soap/paper to wash.
Place is a mess, not clean at all for a lab
But worth is time to get results. My doc said 2 days, and it's now over a week and he has not got results. My case is not life threatening but serious enough that the results should have been in in 48 hours.
I went back to Labcorp to check as nothing on the internet or by calling the various numbers was of any help, and after I complained that I called the numbers and only got menus etc., a young male nurse? Walked in and said he was going to help and tried to call the lab directly but then one female nurse walked in and scolded him saying it was not his job, and they were busy (they were not as it was noon and I was the only person in the wait room) so he said sorry.
Places like these don't deserve to exist.

Since family was flying in and my teen son and I were sick, I went for a Covid test. My results came back 4 days later, but my son's did not. Finally day 5, the results were "No swab in specimen when received". Mine were negative, however we haven't been able to see our visiting family as we wait for my son's results. Labcorp did NOT notify the urgent care. We saw the doctor place the swab in the vial. I know things happen, its how they are resolved that matters most!

Excessive wait times
August 29, 2022

Labcorp 34 d medical park blvd petersburg va. Do not go here is if is at all possible. The wait times are ridiculous. I had a 10am appointment for a drug screen. At 11:30 I have not been seen yet. I was not allow to use the bathroom and had to leave after 1 1/2 of waiting use the bathroom else where only to return wait again to void in a cup. Absolutely poor customer service..

Horrible experience
January 11, 2022

Had blood draw on January 11,2022, tech named Danielle. She was unprofessional and rude. Left location and walked less than 20 feet, where site was still bleeding and draw site had soaked through bandage and my blouse. Returned immediately, where she changed bandage and never said keep pressure to draw site prior to leaving or apologize for her inability to perform her job. She should be disciplined and trained in how to be a professional and not being so concerned about what her co-worker is having for lunch.

This place was disgusting. The bathroom was filthy and ceiling tiles are missing. There was only one staff person for intake and blood draw. Absolutely the worst experience for everyone waiting! Waited an hour! Never again
