Received my order in a remote village in Mexico--dirt roads gets you to my house. Everything came as ordered. Loved the polo shirt and the socks are amazing. One size fits all and they stretch perfectly to fit. Will definitely keep ordering ion future.
Do not waste your money. Sizes and color do not match descriptions. Your options for returns are horrific. I chose the 30% refund and keep the garbage I received for sake of simplicity. To return is a nightmare. Expensive lesson learned. Date of experience: October 18,2024

Have ordered the HK9 there and are very satisfied with it. Service is good. Only a minus point, the delivery takes a very long time. If you already see that from ordering to delivery at the airport before departure takes 5 days and then there are another 2 days before the plane departs. With another site (will not mention a name) I would have it at home in a maximum of 8 days. That I for me the only minus point. Furthermore, the stuff is great and the service too.
I received the dress and its very pretty, but too small. I also ordered and received a hat but it was damaged, but I like it enough that I think I can fix it. So i'm keeping it. I have had correspondence with you about returning the dress. Your email says you have refunded the money even though you haven't received the dress back yet. Camera did not work delivery takes for ever, ok yes they took care of the not working item but when you read that it was cleared by quality control.
Why can't you use delivery like Shean where I can order and collect in 7 days LIB have not even shipped in 7 days.

Waited forever for delivery forever when arrived all OK the watch I got stopped working after 2 days.
No I have not complained as it would probably take so long.
Did say was willing to pay more for courier delivery they said not possible and automated reply are so rude will be using shein in future
Often the packaging is not adequate to contend with the Spanish postal service or couriers.
Occasionally items arrive chipped, bent or cosmetically damaged.
It's just not worth complaining as any replacement will arrive in the same condition.
Unfortunately both clothing items were to small
To return... a difficult process to much of a big deal at least issue a return label

The whole process, from sorting, quality check, packaging and all steps through,till the last step when am texted informing me that my package arrived and ready for delivery. Brings me smiles.
I have had some customer issues from time to time but they have always been on time in servicing my complaints. Also my products are always in stipulated time.
I was always informed about the delivery status, goods is a good quality and good price. I did not faced any complication during order or payment process.
I bought ~8 shirts or so. Was happy with all except one. It was low quality picture in irl which you cannot see on a picture of it. Everything else was great though so still happy in overall with what I bought. 3d shirts for the win! Much cooler than other shirts :)
Ordered a cardigan that looked knitted. Ad said it was patchwork. Unfortunately when it arrived it was printed. They have offered me a refund but won't cover postage. I have to pay that myself.

The delivery was perfectly on time and the product is as described. I have chosen a size bigger as I might need socks in winter, but the shoes are really comfy. Recommendation.
Everything was in a timely manner and I live very far in Cabo San Lucas and I got it within about 10 days which is phenomenal. Love this company love the prices.
Goods ordered were received exactly as ordered and on time too. The only issue is with the sizes. I ordered 3XL when XL would have been just fine.
However this is not the company,s fault.
The shirt that I received (for a wedding) was a different uglier colour and the material was cheap and thick (see attached product that I received) - nothing like the photo and description of the advert (see attached pic). Even the company's returns policy is fake. On requesting a return I was offered 30% of the 30 euros that I have wasted on this inferior product. After many weeks I am still fighting for a full 100% refund. I had to buy a shirt from another company for the wedding as I cannot trust this company. LightinTheBox is a total rip off and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid like the plague!

I still await a 100% refund for what is, effectively, a scam product.

Have loved all the clothes that I have ordered. Was surprised that I didn't have to wait long to receive them. I was able to make some fantastic buys on the latest "flash sale"!
Despite I am a goldmember, I find myself unable to use my membership because LITB no longer ships to Denmark.
Was otherwise satisfied with my orders.
But very annoyed that I did not get notified that this service is no longer provided in Denmark.
So shopper from Denmark, do not prepay for a membership. Because despite what it says on the website.

The dress arrived before scheduled time. Beautiful dress made with good quality fabric. I'm so pleased with this purchase. I'm 5.6 weight 124 lbs. Usually wear a size 4 but ordered a size 6. So glad I did. The bodice doesn't stretch, the skirt does. İ recommend this dress and shipper
Shoes of the size recommended by the firm do not correspond to the actual size. Impossible to negotiate a reasonable exchange. I even wonder if there was an error in the labeling of the shoes.

Been using LITB for about a month and have been pleasantly surprised at the goods. Was a bit dubious at first being online shopping, but I cannot fault what I have purchased so far
The first thing I bought from LITB was way too small although it looks great on my wife! Wether that was my mistake or theirs I don't know. Since then I have bought some really cool stuff and delivery has been no problem. If you are looking for cool clothing at a realistic price this is the place for you.
The delivery is fine. Received on time. But the pads are not as good as the original Compex pads. I tried them out right away. After I made the skin on which I was going to stick the pads grease-free, I put the pads on the skin. It was immediately clear that the pads are not good. It felt like needles were being pricked. Moments later, they also came loose.
