Received my order in a remote village in Mexico--dirt roads gets you to my house. Everything came as ordered. Loved the polo shirt and the socks are amazing. One size fits all and they stretch perfectly to fit. Will definitely keep ordering ion future.
Do not waste your money. Sizes and color do not match descriptions. Your options for returns are horrific. I chose the 30% refund and keep the garbage I received for sake of simplicity. To return is a nightmare. Expensive lesson learned. Date of experience: October 18,2024
The first order went bad, i never received the things I ordered.
The second one came within a good timeframe. The product is okay.
I find it annoying that one can't return items even when it says so in description. Instead Lightinabox offer inadequate voucher compensation. For an unusable clothing item, they offered less than 50% money back. After a lot of emails, I eventually got the dress 100% compensated but the jumper only 60% - and only in vouchers, not my money back. So after two bad experiences, I still have to order items if I want to use MY money.
I am an AI artist and have used some of my designs on custom items. The quality has been excellent and have received a lot of compliments. Also been happy with other items I have purchased.
Again I ordered a bigger size of 2 sweatshirts the next size up. Because the 1st time I ordered a XL and it was too small. So when I received them again now they are too big. So I am going to keep the shirts and try 2 shrink them. Other than that I was Happy with this order.

Some of the items that I ordered were too small and some were too big...I just don't understand the different in the sizes...
Of the 4 items 2 were phenomenal and 2 were very cheap made products. Read reviews of products before buying.

I am a UK size 8 and I order "small" which have always fitted me. I find the quality very good and the prices are very competitive. Each item is packed individually with tissue paper so they arrive less wrinkled and need little or no ironing. Delivery is always prompt. Dress was cheaper looking than the picture ordered from. Asked for a 14 I'm a 12 totally sized wrong could have been a 10 or smaller the way it was cut. Customer service refused to give a credit or return till I went to my credit card company then wanted to give 50% back and make me pay for return because it was going back to china. Never again.

I've purchased multiple times from Light in the Box. I've got some crazy good deals on bicycle jerseys. I just made another order yesterday. On the rare occasion there was a problem they came up with a fair solution. I highly recommend using this company.
My housing complex has an outdoor mailbox complex that had a history of mail and packages being stolen. That has been fixed, and my package was found and given to me.
The package was delivered to the wrong box at my son's condominium complex (not the first time this happened--a delivery person issue, not Light's problem). Light followed up with my inquiry and took my detailed concern. Fortunately, the party to whom the package was delivered brought it by my son's place, so all is well. I'm always pleased with the designs, colors, quality.
I was not happy with the purchase of men's shirts as they appeared on website to be embroidered on polyester but was not. I am trying to return and you only wanted to give me a % of my money back. Everyone else gives labels to ship back and I also asked for an address in which there was no response. I chose to send to your shipping and dispute the charges. I will not get anything else as this was false advertising and too much of a hassle to return.

Took super long to get to me... I order Dec 29,2023 and got the first package on Jan 20,2024... I still haven't received my second package yet, it is at my airport going through customs. They had to put my items in two packages.
My products had to be shipped in two different shipments, took a REALLY long time to get to me.
I ordered Dec 29 and didn't get my first package till Jan 20, and my second package I am still waiting on. And today is Jan 23 still don't have it. I know it will come soon it is at my airport... BUT wow... this was sure long time waiting.
Was easy to order my items from Light in the box,
I received everything on time, and in good condition.
