Received my order in a remote village in Mexico--dirt roads gets you to my house. Everything came as ordered. Loved the polo shirt and the socks are amazing. One size fits all and they stretch perfectly to fit. Will definitely keep ordering ion future.
Do not waste your money. Sizes and color do not match descriptions. Your options for returns are horrific. I chose the 30% refund and keep the garbage I received for sake of simplicity. To return is a nightmare. Expensive lesson learned. Date of experience: October 18,2024
Ordered items, using a slightly bigger size than usually wear, none of which worked and were too small. Took a while to locate where returns could be made. Was basically told it had been too long (it hadn'tsince order arrived and could be returned. Finally received an email and given vague and told I could return strange address overseas, etc. I won't be ordering anything further from this company - at all.
The order took forever to be delivered and they say you can return items, but they come up with all kinds of excuses and make it so difficult to return that I just gave up. I would NEVER order from them again!

The last two items I have received have fallen weigh short of what the description and the pictures posted represent. I am disappointed, because before this I was very happy with the quality of their products. Now I am hesitant to purchase anything further.
The items took a little bit of time to come, but I am totally satisfied. I got two long sweatshirts one for me and one from my sister, they are exactly as advertised. Both are perfect and the sizes are true also. I am totally satisfied with my entire experience with Lightinthebox.
An order was cancelled but I am still waiting for your company to refund my money. Your customer service is nonexistent. Follow your return direction to the letter only to have your submit button not work. Tried it multiple times. You do not provide a number or other way to contact you. Terrible customer service!

I tried to return a couple of items I ordered because they are defective and customer service not only tried to blame about the problem but offered me pathetic solutions.
We aware that they don't have a warehouse in they US and you will have to pay for the shipping of any returning item.
Also, they have a despotic attitude when they talk to you.

My Wife and I have bought a wide variety of products and clothing from LITB. A few things were very low quality as far as sizes but 80% have been great. If something is too small we find someone for whom it fits or we donate. My wife has several dresses that she adores from litb and I have several shirts and exercise clothing. Word of advice...Always read the size chart.
I ordered a dress from Lightinthebox on 1/4/24. I received the order on 1/13/24. The dress does not fit and seems different from description. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to no avail. This company makes it impossible to initiate a return.

Order the beach pants and although I'd read complaints about shipping time on facebook, I felt my pants arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
Products are OK given pricing, but impossible to return, even when simply seeking exchange for a different size. Emailed them to ask for requisite form and never had a response. Sizing is all over the map in spite of chart on website. Too bad, because some of their products caught my eye and I would have considered future purchases. Just too much trouble to deal with them.
Tip for consumers:
Their sizing is crazy. I bought a t-shirt previously, size L, and swim in it. Ordered three tops, two L and one M, and the two L were snug and the M was unwearably small. With no functional return/exchange policy in place, I can't do business with them again.

Kept two of three items ordered. Third item, size medium, was much to small. Wanted to exchange it for XL and couldn't make this happen as they ignored my request for necessary paperwork.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and was hoping for an average experience. What I got was a superior quality garment for an incredibly low price. Consistently kept informed about shipping and delivery. Definitely will order again.
I've made a handful of purchases from Lightinthebox and I must say, I've been mostly impressed. If you are looking for clothing and products that are unique and stylish that won't break the bank, you've come to the right place. You won't find better deals for quality products. You'll score even bigger if you happen to catch one of their "lightning deals". There are times where the product picture doesn't fully match the product and sometimes the shipping can take a bit long. However, the customer service is very responsive and fair! Overall, I recommend shopping here.
Shipping says it will take 1-2 weeks. I was anticipating receiving it on Dec 15 but nothing. Order history showed that the product was pulled Dec 3, but then sat in a warehouse for 10 days before showing any movement. Using USPS should not take this long. I suspect this company is using false shipping information and false expectations.
Tip for consumers:
If I ever get the product delivered, I will return it without opening the package. Then I will give a review on the company's return practice. VERY unsatisfied.

I have no comment on the order. I don't know which order it was. I have received other orders from different websites.
Purchased drawstring sweats and while shipping was slow they did deliver. The only problem was the drawstring was missing. Nice quality but the missing drawstring makes them unusable. I reached out to seller (light in the box) but got no response.
I do like the products; however, shipment times can seem otherworldly. I guess it's the price you pay for cutting out the middleman - your prices are great, and I enjoy the unique design. Some product wording is extremely offensive and tasteless, however. Mixed bag.
Advised item would be late. Received within a few days of notification. Very pleased with dress. Beautiful fabric and fit perfectly.
I hate shopping but LightIn The Box has changed all that. All items I have ordered have arrived as I was informed they would. The items were perfect and the prices were phenomenal. Thank you LightIn The Box.
I had complained in an earlier review of the poor customer service and the fact the company did not offer a 100% refund on a return. Well, I'm here to say that the company has responded to my complaints and has given me my full refund for a sweatshirt that I was not happy with. They were apologetic and conveyed to me that they were very concerned about customer satisfaction. So I now recommend buying products from this company if you so choose

I have purchased from Light in The Box for a number of years. I choose carefully and have been most satisfied with the products. The sizing is still very confusing. If I choose US size, it does not work with the measurements. Some things come too big, others too small. But, I keep trying. Shipments are made quickly. Returns are more complicated.

Unfortunately I used the sizing chart that they provided and it was way off, like two sizes off. After waiting for a couple of weeks to receive the pants I was so disappointed that I cleared out the additional 20+ items I was going to order. Bought 2 T-shirts for Xmas gift for my grandson. I ordered the biggest size available, which is actually 2 sizes larger than usual. What came is very much smaller, barely fits and extremely poor quality material. It is basically garbage and a waste of money. Merchandise came from China and that was not mentioned on their site.

Company's website is extremely vague and several pages of nonsense information and basically does not give direct instructions for anything. There was no link to requesting customer service to ask for an adjustment or return.

I ordered two smart watches on two different occasions and both watches arrived before the estimated date. I and my wife love our watches and were really happy and surprised they arrived so quickly. They work great and look great.
