Usually good, occasionally sizes incorrect, if print on a shirt looks shiny in the picture it is not but I know that so that's not a problem. Most jewellery is not very good, though some is nice. Bought a few things that were described as silver with stone and that's what it looked like in the picture but it was very, very cheap metal with plastic, the pictures were of completely different items, the real thing looked nothing like that. So, in general I would say: Don't buy their jewellery
This order hasn't arrived yet, it is too early for that but my experience with Lightinthebox has been very good so far. If it hadn't been good I would have stopped ordering, the only thing I don't trust is their description of jewellery, that is often incorrect. Other than that I am very happy with Lightinthebox.
An incorrect item was sent but they solved the problem so my experience with Lightinthebox is still positive and I will continue to recommend it to others.

Occasionally sizes aren't accurate and if prints seem sparkly they're not. Once you know that it's fine.
I chanced upon this online platform and was amused with their products. My first purchase on 28/9/24 and timely delivered on 9/10/24. Product is within expectations in term of design & value for money. No regret on my purchase.
One of the improvement to consider, I hope you could review the shipment fee for one purchase instead of levied for each item.

I put so many clothes and also shoes into the bin and mentioned this so many times, but nothing really happened, only Blabla. I purchased a printed shirt from LightInTheBox about a month ago. The design was unique and absolutely unique, no easy feat in an age of generic, mass produced designs. I got a lot of great comments and questions such as, where did you get this great shirt?
I've since then ordered more articles of clothing as well as accessories that are unique and eye catching. All of them affordable.

I have ordered several items of clothing with them and the following ups have been clear quick and punctual. You can rest assured they will do all they can to make things right if the client is unsatisfied.
Good delivery, although a bit slow. Some clothing items are perfect, others are too small for their mentioned size and some items are way too big for the size. Weird. There really should be more regularity in sizes. Good thing items are not very expensive, because approx half of what I buy I give away because of size not being correct.
Cheap clothing, sizes are way off, and the return system is beyond imagination, in a bad way. Their site and a bunch of their phony reviews might say different, but do not believe it! They told me I had to have all original packaging and tags and the receipt. I did not get a receipt nor did I get tags so good buy to that idea. O yes they have the quick refund deal too, I keep the items that are garbage to me and they will refund me 30% of what I spent. Do not waste your money folks. Amazon and others are way more credible. Emails are received in a timely manner to keep me informed of the expected delivery and upon arrival to my location. All done in a very professional manner. Merchandise is of very good quality fabrics and manufacturing.

I ordered this dress in size large, it fit but was just a little tight, I returned for an exchange for the XL. It was a fast exchange process and the XL fit. The dress is exactly as pictured, beautiful and good quality! I should have looked at the sizing chart before ordering. It definitely is true to size off of their chart.
I like the price level here as most products are a bargain, which for many in these inflationary times can be very important, if you have to dress up your family for instance.I find the quality of the products to be good. Nice also the way the parcels are tracked all the way. Nice touch….

I bought a 3-piece suit and it arrived in the estimated time. The colour was a little more dull than expected from the pictures but totally acceptable. The quality is nice for the price I paid, and the sizes correspond with the size chart. Would probably buy here again.
Saw a beautiful jacket and ordered an Xl in beige. When I tried it on the jacket fitted at the back, the arm length was perfect. Only the jacket was far too wide and the colour wasn't as in the picture. When I wanted to return this item to China, I had to take care of it myself.
LightInTheBox was very kind to help me out of this unhappy matter: I can keep the jacket and I will be refunded.

I have ordered several times (men's and women's clothes) and everything went great. The products are from good quality and the prices are great. One product could not be delivered because of such a great demand- so I was offered to cancel the order and get a refund or to change the order to another product. I changed to another cheaper product and received the remaining money as a refund. The order and payment is trustworthy. The delivery is reliable.
I was looking for items to complete our Halloween costumes and they had item I couldn't find anywhere. The shipping takes some time but the items arrived within the window provided at time of ordering.
I had mixed feelings about how this experience of buying from this site would turn out to be but in the end it was more than expected. I am impressed by the large options available and the interest that they have in their customers.

I have been doing business with LightIinTheBox for a number of years and have never been disappointed. All in all I have found the quality, prices, sales conditions and delivery times of the products offered certainly very acceptable.
One of the items I ordered did not match the description of size and was to big, another a pair of shoes just did not fit very well. When I registered a return, I had to take pictures to show that the description did not match the actual size, that is doable for a dress, but not for a pair of shoes.
I was able to take pictures of the dress and return was accepted for this, but not for the shoes. BUT they give a credit to the store instead of returning the actual money to my credit card. I have asked to get the money back to my credit card, with no luck so far. Really poor customer service!
