Received my order in a remote village in Mexico--dirt roads gets you to my house. Everything came as ordered. Loved the polo shirt and the socks are amazing. One size fits all and they stretch perfectly to fit. Will definitely keep ordering ion future.
Do not waste your money. Sizes and color do not match descriptions. Your options for returns are horrific. I chose the 30% refund and keep the garbage I received for sake of simplicity. To return is a nightmare. Expensive lesson learned. Date of experience: October 18,2024

Some items are of very good quality and at really low prices (e.g., swimsuits), other items have turned out to be of low quality or poor material (polyester). Pay attention to the reviews and especially the photos taken by the buyers to get a good understanding of the products. If you follow the specials offers or time offers you can save a lot (If you're not in a hurry, save items to favorites or cart and check prices day by day).

For my order the 2 items i have ordered were larger than the normal size. In my review posted for the order i mentioned this fact. The response of Lightinthebox was immediate and they offer me fair alternatives to mitigate this, offering to send me the same products at smaller sizes that will fit me for free.
I am very satisfied with their response and alternative options offered to me.

Mainly positive however I can't find any "$#*! Trump" T shirts. You only seem to stock "$#*! Biden" T shirts. Why is this,not a good look for you guys

I would strongly suggest not buying anything from this company. I originally ordered this polo in size XS because that was the size indicated by their sizing chart. It was too small, so I exchanged for a size Small. They told me to keep the first one and they sent another. Oddly enough, though the Small was a bit larger across, it was shorter and had smaller arm openings than the size XS. In the photo, the shirt on the bottom is the XS, the shirt on the top is S. I requested a refund since neither of the shirts were of any use to me. They very politely responded that they would send a refund for my purchase when they received the return. It was my responsibility to pay for shipping it to CHINA! (even though it was shipped from a US location.) They estimated the shipping charge to be between $10 and $40. Alternatively, they would refund 30% of the purchase price. So, basicly, it cost me $33 to have the experience of dealing with them for the past several weeks. Too bad, sure would have liked to have a polo that fit. They are cute. UPDATE: Upon seeing my review, Lightinthebox contacted me and indicated that they would refund my money if I would revise my review. After the refund was received, I went back to their site to revise the review and found that it had been removed. You should be prepared to have to be persistant with this company to be sure that you are treated fairly.

Product...shirt was of good material
Though i bought the shorts to match...the shirt was more of a deep blue with a silvery hue. Very much different than the black I had ordered but it still kinda matched..

Ordered 5 dresses. 4 of them are too small. They do not do free returns like Shein. It would cost me to much to send back so they are refunding 40%. OR, They will give you 60% in "Reward" money. But what they don't tell you ahead of time is that what you buy with your "Rewards" has to be at least double the amt of your rewards.
