Received my order in a remote village in Mexico--dirt roads gets you to my house. Everything came as ordered. Loved the polo shirt and the socks are amazing. One size fits all and they stretch perfectly to fit. Will definitely keep ordering ion future.
Do not waste your money. Sizes and color do not match descriptions. Your options for returns are horrific. I chose the 30% refund and keep the garbage I received for sake of simplicity. To return is a nightmare. Expensive lesson learned. Date of experience: October 18,2024

I have ordered twice from LITB. The first time I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the fit and quality of the clothing. The second time I was a bit disappointed with the fit and the quality. I ordered 2 tshirts that were too large, and the linen shirts I ordered were made of a very thin fabric. So it's a bit of a gamble since you can't try on before you buy, but the price makes it worth the gamble.

Your things run small. I ordered a bigger size than I would do and still small. I have contacted you for a return label. Im not going to keep items that don't fit. I want a refund of my purchases.

I purchased two pairs of pants. They do not even resemble the pants advertised both in fitment and style. My body shape is the same as models on images, so the garments should have resembled what was shown. Not even close. They look so cheaply made and hang like a potato sack instead of the slim look advertises. I have tried for over 2 months to get my money refunded only to hear nothing back other than I can use the money for purchase of more of their cheap products. I now see after sending multiple requests from day one, that their policy for credit card refunds has expired. And miraculoulsy I now no longer have an account with lIght in the box. Anyone want to buy a cheap couple pairs of crappy pants for really really cheap. Not even worth the postage.

I have ordered several things through light in the box, and I've been very pleased with my purchases.
The last items I received from you, the package was opened then re tapped shut. Luckily there was nothing missing or damaged.
I ordered a pair of pants in light pink and when they came, they were an orange color. I contacted light in the box and they made it right. I am happy with their Customer service.
I bought a 27 dollars. I ordered 3XL and they were at best L. I paid the extra money figuring they would be higher quality, I was wrong. I can buy American Eagle shorts for 10 dollars more and they are top quality.

Good product at a good price delivered in a timely manner
Despite following the sizing chart and taking measurements, my dress didn't fit me that I ordered from the bridal section for the mother of the bride. I bought two and neither fit. I didn't following the "order a size up" advice. I measured. No luck. I went to return and was told they were "custom made for me", which I find very hard to believe because custom making to me means someone asks for your measurements and makes an outfit following those measurements. I wasn't asked for my measurements. I just followed the recommended "how to measure yourself to make sure you order the right size according to our chart" directions. They didn't want to return my items. Spent $370 and shipping. Taking them off my order list and spreading the word. Better off finding a sale at a local shop or by a reputable designer online. Fighting this one.

Not worth buying overseas.

Neither products were ever used. They didn't fit according to their sizing chart.

Stay away from this online business. It's just terrible. Their products are $#*!, and once you get them you're stuck. For a refund you have to ship the product back to China and pay for the whole thing - which doesn't make sense given the prices of what they're selling. Stick to Amazon.
