Received my order in a remote village in Mexico--dirt roads gets you to my house. Everything came as ordered. Loved the polo shirt and the socks are amazing. One size fits all and they stretch perfectly to fit. Will definitely keep ordering ion future.
Do not waste your money. Sizes and color do not match descriptions. Your options for returns are horrific. I chose the 30% refund and keep the garbage I received for sake of simplicity. To return is a nightmare. Expensive lesson learned. Date of experience: October 18,2024
Product arrived on time, was as described and other than the top being a bit tight met my wife's expectations.

Cool stuff. Would be hard to find anywhere else. Shipping is a little slow, but it is worth it.
I was pleased with my order and the speed with which it arrived. I would say, however, that the picture on the website was a little off. It looked like a textured material when it was actually a silk screened material. Not at all bad, but different that my expectations.
They do not actually offer returns. They made me ship my order back to China, and I had to pay for my own shipping costs, which was $40. Then they wouldn't refund me the entire order price, only a portion of it. In the end it wasn't financially worth going through the refund process at all.

This shirt was part of my first order and was delayed from my other 3 items. With all your information you kept me informed on every step of the journey until it showed up at my door. No one else does that,LITB does. And you people are steps ahead of everything else. This is the first time I've ordered online I've been quite satisfied
Ordered items specifically that were listed with 3 to 5 day delivery. Been waiting several days. The site, until this morning listed my order as "pending" and "processing." My order still has not shipped. But I do have an approximate delivery date of about 8 to 10 days from now.
I, obviously? Have no idea about the quality of their items. But their shipping service is poor at best or down right dishonest.

To top it off, the product that I was sent, has physically caused me harm as I now have a few electrical burns on my torso, because someone changed the product, I have been injured.

I ordered some shoes as a gift to my brother. They are nice shoes and he liked them, except the size was still too small. I could only get size 11.5, he wears a 12.5 to 13 size. So this was the only issue.
After trying on the dress it did not fit and the company would not except the return. I purchased the same dress one size up. The dress was not a custom order.
The hoodie I ordered was very nice. Great quality, but was a bit small for being labeled large. I would order it again only XL. Thank you for the valued product.
These guys are pretty good with the delivery and notifications about it. The sweater/hoodie/jacket that I purchased was not so bad, either. I recommend this seller! :)
