I want a complete refund for the two dresses That do not fit properly. My next contact is the Better Business Bureau

I made an order of five or six items. I completed the order by paying with Paypal. I received a confirmation email thanking me for the order. I was given the chance to choose another item to be added to my order without having any additional service charge. I chose an item shown on the email but later when I checked my paypal charge I noticed I was charged an additional service charge on the one additional item. I complained and asked that the item be either canceled or the service charge be refunded. I received an email today showing that the second service charge on the one additional item was being refunded. An email received from paypal confirmed the refund as well.

My wife bought an off-the-shelf dress Made in India and sold by lighting the Box. It did not match the picture and the size was incredibly off. You cannot contact them. You cannot return anything because they say that all dresses are TaylorMade. This is not a true statement. She has purchased other things in the past and been fairly satisfied with the last two dresses she was unable to speak with anyone or return them. Because they claim that every dress and piece of clothing is TaylorMade they do not offer a refund. What a rip off. Stay away from this company.

As with any mail order experience not all the products were as good as the photo. I did have a few issues with several of my orders. What was different was the quick and truly helpful response from the Customer Service Team. Brilliant! Friendly and Efficient. They have responded and corrected the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. Thank you Team

Sweat pants are nice. Just a bit short so I'd order 1 size larger. Shoes are really nice but because the toe is a little more pointed than round it makes them a bit to short. So I'd order next size larger for more comfy fit.

I am pleased with the items I purchased. My family and friends were impressed.

I received my order in 5 days. This was my second order for the same shoes but one size up. They are a bit wider than the smaller shoe, but the length is perfect. So even thought they are a bit loose fitting, they are comfortable. A half size up would've still hurt my toes. It is definitely not something you want to wear if you plan a lot of walking, at least not me. There is no arch support. But they are very cute and perfect for a little party where you'll be doing a lot of sitting. I love them. They are as pictured.

This order was placed Feb 6th. It was sent back to warehouse as it was incorrectly addressed. Lightinthebox quickly responded and delivered successfully March 14th. Order was boxed (thank you). Hat and belt is lovely.

I received my product on time and it was as described.

Everything went as described. Interesting items at good prices.

Comprei uma calça e uma camisa com estampa, porém a camisa veio com defeito na confecção.

I love that I am the only one at a party wearing these cool styles! Several people have asked me where I got them. Sometimes the sizes are way off and the shipping can take 2 months.

Except in clothes all the products respond perfectly to what you are looking for. There are products that you don't even think they existed and some are really good. So, make a search and most of the times you got good results and a variety of posibilities.The clothes is a case apart, I cannot rely in the photos at all.

Delivery & tracking great, & shirts fine except way too large for a medium size. Could not find any way to return or exchange for another size. Maybe I waited too long?
