Received my order in a remote village in Mexico--dirt roads gets you to my house. Everything came as ordered. Loved the polo shirt and the socks are amazing. One size fits all and they stretch perfectly to fit. Will definitely keep ordering ion future.
Do not waste your money. Sizes and color do not match descriptions. Your options for returns are horrific. I chose the 30% refund and keep the garbage I received for sake of simplicity. To return is a nightmare. Expensive lesson learned. Date of experience: October 18,2024

Comme j'ai toujours été satisfaite (sauf à deux reprises, lors de ma première commande, il y a longtemps) de mes achats chez LITB (et ils sont nombreux), j'ai acheté les articles de la commande susmentionnée pour un membre de ma famille pour qu'elle puisse les offrir à Noël.
Pour elle, elle a gardé les 2 boules anti moucherons et le sweatshirt blanc avec le chat, 2 articles que j'avais achetés pour moi même auparavant, donc je savais de quoi je parlais.
Je suis enchantée de tous les articles que j'ai reçus, que ce soient les fleurs artificielles, le très confortable t-shirt que j'ai enfilé dès la réception, les petites bougies Led, la brosse pour les rainures des fenêtres (très pratique) etc... Bravo
Je n'ai eu qu'une seule mauvaise expérience avec ma première commande, dans laquelle les tailles avaient été mal indiquées. Aujourd'hui, après de très nombreux achats chez LITB, je peux dire que je suis enchantée de tout ce que j'ai acheté, que ce soit les modèles, la qualité des tissus, le confort. La même chose pour les petits articles de cuisine qui vous facilitent la vie, etc
Je ne sais plus de quelle commande, il s'agit. Mais, toutes les commandes sont bien arrivées, sauf une commande livrée par Colis Privé qui a provoqué de très grosses difficultés, mais après de nombreux messages entre le service clientèle qui est très efficace et moi, nous avons pu régler le problème et le colis est finalement arrivé. J'affirme que Light in the box n'était pas du tout responsable du problème, c'était entièrement la faute du livreur Colis Privé qui n'a pas bonne réputation en Belgique, vu les critiques des clients sur ce livreur
I went by the size charts and then ordered a size up as I like my cloths roomy but they did not fit they way they should per the size charts too expensive to return so keeping and will give them away but will probabley not order again
After 1 order i tried to return. I was told not to return it to shipping. Okay get that but no address was supplied. Also was told to send to Asia. No address. Sent all of the first two orders taped together to the address that answered once in California. With a signed an receipt on acceptance. I didnt think their sizing was right.
I have 1 pkg to return. I do have 2 i ordered different sizes. I am hoping my credit card gets credited with in a reasonable amount of time. I do like your fabric options and style.

Meistens die Grössen, trotzt angaben variieren diese. Ich bin auch sehr zufrieden über die Angaben des Versandes und wo sich die Pakete befinden.
Anderseits wäre ich froh, wenn ich nicht jeden Tag aufgefordert würden zu bestellen. Leider habe ich bereits mehr gekauft als ich mir leisten kann-
Ich finde es sehr gut, immer Einsicht zu haben, in welchem Stadium sich die Bestellung befindet. Danke das sie mich auch informieren, wann die Bestellung ausgeliefert wird und sich auf die Reise begibt und in welcher Zeitspanne sie bei mir eintrifft.
Mit der Qualität der betreffenden Ware bin ich angenehm überrascht und sehr zufrieden. Mit der Grösse gibt es öfters Probleme. So musste ich einiges verschenken weil es gemäss ihren Grösseangaben nicht gepasst hat (leider, schade).
Ils sont vraiment fiables, comparativement à bien d'autres compagnies qui vendent sur internet. Ils sont sûr et on peut suivre à chaque jour si l'on veut l'envoie de notre colis. Je vous recommande fortement à tous de faire affaire avec cette compagnie.
La seule chose que je déplore c'est que j'aimerais vraiment recevoir leur courriel comme celui-ci d'ailleurs en français car je suis obligé d'utiliser un traducteur pour suivre ce qu'il m'envoie! Et il n'existe pas de numéro de téléphone pour les rejoindre, cela c'est bien dommage!

I would purchase a tremendous amount more from this company. However, the processing and shipping times are respectfully: absolutely horrendous. One time I actually received a previously ordered order after I received a new order I just placed. They really need to seriously fix this aspect of their business.

Had a hard time finding how to exchange a women's top I ordered for the 4th of July.
Before I made my purchase I read the reviews. So I understood that the sizing was off some, ordered accordingly. The bottoms that I received were long but my can hem them up. Other than that, I love them. I also understood that the delivery is not as fast as others, so don't expect overnight. 5 stars because I did a little homework and my expectations were met.
Great product and price! Had halogen bulbs previously,hot and shorter life, These bulbs are perfect. Prompt delivery. Would definitely use Light in the box again, Thank you Al

The dresses were very well made. One was little tight, so order a size up or wear spanks thru your chest! Very good customer service.

I order jeans thru light in the box. The jeans I love they fit perfectly. They are great pants and last long long time. The prices are legit also. I've never had an issue with them. The customer service has always been perfect too.from the time I place my order to the time I receive my order is usually about 10-12 days
Orders product, came late and then was not my size. Your return policy is not user friendly. You're asking the buyer to prove the product does not fit and then you would need photos and you would decide if we get a refund. That is subjective that is not good customer service.

Always on time if not earlier, some clothes mostly jackets fit small but most things are right in size. Lotsa of options it's one sight to get everything you can think of
I boight a shirt for 24.00 dollars. The cloth is very rough. I thought the designs were in embroidery but itcis just a simple print paint.
Very sorry. I don't intend to buy anymore.
So many of the items I've purchased fit and look quite different than the picture of said item. Tops are usually cut quite wide...not shapely like the advertised version. Pants are either too big or too small and I have ended up giving away SO many items...tops and bottoms. And yes, I check each and every items size guide. Sleeves are wider than pictured, v necks are not as low cut...I have a LOT of items that need adjusting with my sewing machine. Yes the prices are great but you never really know if the item is going to fit YOU properly or at all. Even when you're supposed to allow 1-2 cm mistakes. I've decided not to bother ordering anymore clothes.
