Received my order in a remote village in Mexico--dirt roads gets you to my house. Everything came as ordered. Loved the polo shirt and the socks are amazing. One size fits all and they stretch perfectly to fit. Will definitely keep ordering ion future.
Do not waste your money. Sizes and color do not match descriptions. Your options for returns are horrific. I chose the 30% refund and keep the garbage I received for sake of simplicity. To return is a nightmare. Expensive lesson learned. Date of experience: October 18,2024
I ordered several clothing items from Light in the Box and am very pleased overall, especially with items other than 100% polyester. Some of these cotton or linen items have great styling and are offered at low prices. Communication is outstanding throughout the various stages of the shipping process.

I bought my wedding dress and it was actually better than in picture. Fixes were quite simple and fast to do. I then bought several other clothing and other items for the house, Shipping was always on time and they refund the duty fees thanks to a very cheap insurance they offer. Sizing sometime a bit off, but expected. When very off- more than 1 inch/ cannot fit situation- they offered refund. Sometime colors or prints are a bit off/low res. Check for items with review photos for safety;-)

Többségében elégedett vagyok az áru minőségével. A műszálas ruhák mindig kérdésesek, de általában jó kikészítésűek. Így érdemes venni. Ami nagyon nagy öröm a természetes anyagokból varrt blúzok, pulóverek etc. Érzékeny bőrű vagyok, de még mindegyik hordható volt.Boldogság! Eszméletlen szép fazonok vannak, látszik az odafigyelés a tervezők részéről is.

Un problème avec une commande s'est facilement réglé avec toute ma satisfaction.
Le seul hic c'est que vos vêtements sont souvent trop petits ou trop grands, selon vos grilles.
Depuis un mois vos prix ont commencé à augmentés, dommage.

No labels of any kind, very no name. Mystery cleaning will be involved... Colour good. Delivery quick enough, but the bombarding of offers, before it arrives, to buy more, is a put off. There is no way to contact the vendor, without having to put an unwanted app on your phone. Which is why I will be less inclined to re use this site.
All is well - size, color, shape. It was as described in the ad, and arrived on time.
I ordered some sandals last week and the next day I decided to cancel my order. I read that if I canceled my order within 24 hours I would get a full refund. I did just that but have not received a refund or a response. I have emailed them and submitted a request for my refund but have not heard back from them. Please do not order anything from this company. And please do your homework and read the reviews and return policy before ordering anything from anyone.

Meine Erfahrungen mit Light in the box sind durchweg gut bis sehr gut. Die Ware (Kleidung) entspricht immer der Beschreibung.
The products they sell are very good and I have had no issues with anything I've bought though them. I find when Light in the Box has a sale it's a good time to buy some new t-shirts. I've lost a-lot of weight and now I need new clothing to fit me again. You can't beat the price on some of the t-shirts they sell when they have a sale on.

The small size for my black dress was extra wide but still beautiful. My black shirt was more yellow than gold but still beautiful. I love the soft feeling of my blue dress--looking for more cotton dresses!

Mes premières expériences sont plutôt positives malgré des problèmes quant aux tailles de certains vêtements par rapport à l'échelle de taille européenne.
Mais le site est à l'écoute pour essayer de résoudre ce problème. Reste que le reste à charge pour l'acheteur est important quant au dédommagement offert car le site n'offre pas le paiement des frais de retour.
Compre unos articulos que han resultado de tallas demasiado grande, pido cambio de producto y me dicen que solo se pueden hacer cambios del mismo articulo, pido despues el mismo articulo en talla mas pequeña, y tambien me dicen que no puede ser.
Me siento estafado o engañado.
