My item cost me x 2 original price and was late. There is no way to communicate to them without having installed their app. I paid $30 for shipping then I received a message from DHL that i have to pay clearance $28.00 in addition. They won't release it unless I go pay for it. Light in the box said they would reimburse me, because they also charged duty tax insurance on top of shipping charges. I never received reimbursement. I paid $26 for a shirt and $58 for shipping, insurance and duty. Be aware!
Lightinthebox is an amazing company. I ordered a pair of shoes for my God Daughter. They were not shipped on the expected date. However, I was fully informed and provided options in the case that I no longer wanted the shoes. Lightinthebox is very responsive and always keeps me updated. I reached out to them to see if they were able to still get the shoes. The shoes became available and since I've been waiting for them and they were for my God Daughter, LTB shipped them overnight to me at no additional cost. In addition, they provided me with coupons for my inconvenience. The service provided by LTB puts the "H" back into humanity. My God Daughters mother passed away in December. She was my best friend for over 20 years. We always looked out for each other and made a promise that if one of us passes away that the other one will make sure that all children were taken care of. LTB listen to my story and went up and beyond to make sure the shoes got here. Thank you LTB!
I ordered things and most were cheaply made and looked terrible. The return policy is 7 days (items I wanted for vacation arrived late after I left, and even if I had received them timely they could only be returned within 7 days to China at my expense).

The products came very poor quality, stitching was coming undone, I sent them the pictures They will not take a return unless I pay to ship it to China? They tell me to accept a 60% discount credit and keep the product. This was shipped to me from a distribution center in New York. This is a Chinese company shipping crap into this country and making us think we are getting a deal. Do not do business with them!
I would give no stars if I could. I'm trying to return a purchase, and they are asking many questions. If I knew I would have so much trouble returning an item, I would never buy with them.
I bought 2 hats that arrived very smashed in a box without protection.

Kindly note most products have to be obtained from external suppliers, and we advertise each with a processing time on the product page, which can be seen just below the 'add to cart' button. It's not possible to immediately send the package, if you didn't choose products that we have in stock. In your case, the hoodies are advertised with a processing time between 2-5 business days. I placed an order with this website for a few shorts for the summer. I ordered six items and only one of them was somewhat okay I could make due with it. The other 5 items were the worst quality! Not made well cheap material and definitely nothing like they were shown in the pictures. I can't wear any of them they are useless items. I message customer service. Which takes forever to get a response. They offer me 15 percent back and I don't have to return them. So now I have wasted my money and I have garbage to get rid of.
They send me a ticket to return but you have to pay for the shipping back. Which is not right. If I ordered wrong sizes I can understand that. But to pay for the shipping back after I already paid for them to ship me these garbage items. Would NEVER Shop at this site again complete waste of your money. Their men's sizes are like kid's. If you should need to return or change sizes, you need to pay your own shipping fee and ship it to a Chinese address. It means slow and costly for the returning process. They won't refund you until they receive your returned item.

For this reason we indicate all our products with their exact measurements --in both inches and centimetres-- on our website. But no worries, you may return the jackets back as instructed last week. After placing my order for expedited delivery, I find out it won't ship for a minimum of 14 days plus 7 days shipping. IF I'm lucky it would arrive in 21 days. I cancelled the order in less that 36 hours but now they want to charge me a 50% cancellation fee. I can understand a small cancellation fee but 50%... that's ridiculous. I can only imagine how difficult returns must be!

First off, in order to return something, you need to jump through a million hoops. It is very hard to find information online on how to return anything, so once you pillage through useless information to get to anything substantial, you have wasted hours. Then, I followed their policy to the letter. I packaged up a large order to return, went to UPS on my dime, mailed it to a factory, took pictures of everything including my dated receipts, and never heard from them again. I emailed over and over. Nothing. Never got a dollar. 6 months later, the package is returned to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish there was a zero star rating.

Nice shorts but not Tru to size, I ordered one size up and they were still a bit snug. I won't put these in the dryer cuz if they shrink they'll be too tight. The biggest size is 40, im a 38, I wish they made a 42. That said, I do like the shorts and I bought another pair...
The fabric and fit of the items I ordered did not live up to the description or my expectation. Returning the items is not possible, as far as I can tell. There are no return labels enclosed in the package. I will never buy from you again.

This company deals in nothing but fraud and lies. From my first email complaint to them - and I will gladly make public the full email chain - they have changed their story (and even my order details!) too many times to mention. They make a show of trying to resolve the issue, but in fact are dreaming up lies to cover fraud - with the intention of frustrating the client to the point that they give up. Don't do it! The pictures look nice, and the sizing looks like it will fit, but when it arrives, it's poorly constructed and half the size you thought you had bought.
The return policy is even worse. You have to pay to mail it back to China. In my case, returning a $50 dress will net me $10 back. They will send you a coupon to apply to a future purchase, but why would I go through this again. Worthless!

After 26 days received 3 of 4 items, after 29 days was told the last item is still being processed. The 3 items that was delivered were ok, 1 shirt fit ok, 1 shirt fit was not so good, and the sport cost fit well but sleeves about 2 inches too long, costing $39 to get altered. Slow delivery times unacceptable and quality of merchandise a bit on the low side in my opinion. One and done with these guys.

I ordered 2 dance shoes that were too small and wide for my feet. In order to return them, I had to pay for shipping costs to China which was almost half the price of the shoes. You cannot speak with anyone on the phone so I had to deal with online 'Molly' from customer service. They made it extremely pricey and difficult to return the item. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
