I feel cheated and robbed by this site. R$440.00 thrown in the trash. I have never seen such poor quality items in my life. It has absolutely no value. Amazingly, in the product reviews, one of the buyers posted a photo of the product, which looks nothing like the one I received. They don't want to refund my money, and they keep rolling me over, offering crumbs. I am completely outraged. I won't spend even 1 dollar to post this garbage back to them. I will no longer waste money on this site. I just want my money back, nothing more.
Their Customer Service is good thus far. I'm returning two dresses and the people helping me have been very communicative and professional. I just hope the refund process is equally professional. The dress that I ordered was actually beautiful, and lively quality, just need to elaborate on the product descriptions in the website a little better.
Ordered T-shirt and is not as pictured on their website. See pics below. Ordered "anniversary earrings" that look like a dolphins tail, cute, but they do not stay up on the ear as they pictured. The earrings flop down. No customer service contact to discuss products or get a refund.

Please be aware that this company does not allow return of items. I ordered a dress for $126.00 and tried to return less than 24 hours after delivery and was told that they do not allow returns for any reason and that they could offer me a 10% coupon for a future order. This is highly problematic when one is ordering clothes. The item did not fit and was not consistent with their sizing specifications.

I've spent more money on alterations than the original price of the products. Beware, the products shown do not match the picture color tones or fabric and it is difficult to try to sort and group various styles like swim shorts, board shorts, beach shorts, etc. Artwork designs are fine.

I now have faith in their customer service. The cute dress that I like was advertised as a "loose fit", but it is smaller than an average medium. I gave it 3 stars on their website due to sizing issues.

I was nervous to order a shirt from overseas, but I was glad I did. The shirt arrived on time, was exactly as described, fit well, and was a good value. I've already placed another order for more clothing. Highly recommend.
This Chinese site should be prohibited to do business in the USA. It is a TRAP. Send products way, way bigger than the specs. Small is the size of xxx Large. Quality is below poor and when you try to return here is what they tell you
"Based on our experience, the costs for return may be approximately the same or half the price of your parcel. This means that sending the item back to China may not be a viable option for you."
They suggest to give the products to family.
"Instead of a return, may we suggest that you keep the item, to give it to a friend/family member or resell it at your local second-hand marketplace?"
I hope people read this and stay away from this Chinese scam. As they like to copy everything from us, they should learn how amazon operates. Stay away from this site.

The dress was too big, even though I measured myself beforehand and compared to their size chart. Their return policy states 7 days for any reason. I tried to initiate the return immediately upon receiving. They kept making excuses as to why the sizing might be off and basically said it was my fault. They offered me a 10% refund to just keep the dress ($20). I said I wanted to rerun for a full refund. They said I had to send them pictures of measuring my bust (breasts) so they could see what size they really are. So inappropriate and unusual. I never should have taken the risk of ordering clothing from china as the size is NEVER right. Save your money and order from a reputable company with accurate sizing.

The second one was totally different from photo, shoddily and cheaply made, h I ordered medium according to their size guide and it was huge. I'm 5'7" and the sleeves practically reached my fingertips, super long. Have been u able to log back into their site and my email seeking help was ignored

I purchased two pairs of pants. They do not even resemble the pants advertised both in fitment and style. My body shape is the same as models on images, so the garments should have resembled what was shown. Not even close. They look so cheaply made and hang like a potato sack instead of the slim look advertises. I have tried for over 2 months to get my money refunded only to hear nothing back other than I can use the money for purchase of more of their cheap products. I now see after sending multiple requests from day one, that their policy for credit card refunds has expired. And miraculoulsy I now no longer have an account with lIght in the box. Anyone want to buy a cheap couple pairs of crappy pants for really really cheap. Not even worth the postage.

I ordered a dress in June for my grandson's Aug. 21 wedding. The ordered included my exact measurements to have it made especially for me. When I received it about a month later, I was shocked that this multi layered chiffon dress that was supposed to be 53" from hollow to floor, was, in fact, 66!" The workmanship was also terrible, with gaps in the layer of chiffon big enough to put my fingers in. The built in bra was deformed on the right side. I had repeated emails to them to send it back and finally contested it with Citibank. They don't take pictures, and the 3 page complaint chat with them, didn't seem to change their minds. Light in the Box did offer me $75 to take it to a seamstress to get it fixed. Heck! I can sew and this would have been a nightmare to fix. I would not trust Light in the Box ever again, and would think twice about the product protection offered by Citibank! I am 5'2" and this dress would fit my 6'2" husband, but it is not his color!

Order a shoes for a show, it says 5-7 day, but took 2 weeks to arrive, missed the date and had to purchase one in store. When contact they for return, I was told there was no delay, and I had to pay for the freight to their overseas' warehouse. I agreed.
But they changed their mind. Telling me this shoe is customised, so I can't return. I don't understand since this is just a size 7 character shoes for performance.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
