I did not clearly read return policy found other amazing sites all of which give you at least 14 days for a full return. Light in the box only gives yo 30% of what you paid. My mistake for not reading 😞 just know buyers there are some wonderful sites out there that will and they have faster shipping beautiful clothes and returns.

I've been trying to return/exchange a swimsuit for over a week. They keep sending me the same email over and over. The swim suit torso is way small - obviously made for someone 5' tall. They refuse to send me a return label. Never again will I fall for cheap prices and doctored photos.

Happy with purchase, 3 of 5 t-shirts fit very good, the other 2 were a little tight even though measurements were the same per site. Graphics good on majority, a little blurry on one.

Some of the items are just perfect! And others, like some mini dresses in small are baggy and look like night gowns. Items are priced well. Quality is fine for daily casual wear.

I shop around for unique and stylish shirts and LightintheBox has a great variety of shirts that fit the bill. I will continue to shop and buy from them.

I order things from this site for vacations mainly. This way I don't have to go store to store to get new things I'd want on vacation. As well I don't over spend, items I find are reasonably priced and I'm able to do a larger purchase. And I have at times reordered a similar item if I love the first purchase.

I loved my purchases from Light In The Box! It may have taken a little longer to get my clothes than I thought but I was just thrilled with my purchases. My dresses are beautiful and my blouses are gorgeous and colorful and original. Can't wait to show them off SOMEWHERE soon!

LightinTheBox.com, I have an issue with them. I bought a number of items from them and I need them to send me their address to send items back to LightinTheBox.com because there are some items I just don't like, some items are the wrong color and 1 item damaged. LightinTheBox.com has run me in circles on line without giving me their address as of yet.

I've ordered 25-30 items from LightIntheBox in the past 2 years alone. Even though they've been mostly polo shirts, everything has come as shown and described. The quality is as good if not better than any online shopping company with the exception of the "luxury companies" like Tommy Bahamas but at 1/10th the prices. I love their "flash sales" even though you can't use the membership shipping option with them but the prices are so low that it still is a great deal ($10-15/shirt incl. Shipping). The only thing that I've told them I'd like to see added is a view of the backside of the shirts, especially the different prints and patterns, not so much the solids. Shipping time is normal for where I live (HI) and they provide tracking information with each package.

I was looking for something for my size. The ones used by Light In the Box are different from the usual ones here. So I looked for 5 XL and 6 XL And I found it and I'm very satisfied

Die bestellte Ware war okay, allerdings man muss eine Größe kleiner bestellen, denn sie fällt groß aus. Für die zu große Teile habe ich das Geld zurück bekommen.
