Received my order in a remote village in Mexico--dirt roads gets you to my house. Everything came as ordered. Loved the polo shirt and the socks are amazing. One size fits all and they stretch perfectly to fit. Will definitely keep ordering ion future.

Do not waste your money. Sizes and color do not match descriptions. Your options for returns are horrific. I chose the 30% refund and keep the garbage I received for sake of simplicity. To return is a nightmare. Expensive lesson learned. Date of experience: October 18,2024

I will never buy anything from them again. Choose for yourself but read on!
A beautiful and fast website to order everything
--> the customer is king!
Very long delivery time
--> customer becomes a prince
Delivery incomplete
--> customer is no longer a nobleman
Returning delivery
--> very unclear which routing and after 3 emails finally clear
They actually do not want to deliver
--> many discount proposals
Return and then your money back actually total discouragement so now everything except customer
--> costs nl 50.00! Just about more than the value.
All in all, treated like anything but a customer at the door and at the end of the journey!

Tip for consumers:
Never buy again

Placed order 1/4/2024, today is 1/26/2024 and they say they're "processing my order". I have inquired several times asking why they took payment but did not ship my order. They keep moving the date then still don't ship the order. Now they emailed saying one of my items is no longer in stock and want me to pick something else! It's simple, if you're not going to send what I paid for then refund me! I get no response from them. My next move is to dispute this with PayPal or my bank to get my money back.

UPDATE:
Light in the Box always responds to bad reviews with the exact same response but does not actually make any attempts to resolve issues.
The latest information on this is that the "DO" have this item but have raised the price by 475%. If I am willing to pay $172.99 for the same item, they advertised at $37.99 then suddenly they have it in stock.

Tip for consumers:
They refused to send what I paid for unless I would pay an additional $135.00. The item was originally $37.99 and they claim it is out of stock, yet they ARE currently selling this very same item for $172.99. This is a 475% markup after taxes. I say again 475% over the original selling price!!!!!!!!
It's cheaper on Amazon and you will at least get the item and (I dare say) a LOT faster than 4-6 weeks waiting on shipping.

Products used:
None they refused to send what I paid for unless I would pay an additional $135.00. The item was originally $37.99 and they claim it is out of stock, yet they ARE currently selling this very same item for $172.99.

I've ordered about 10 times from these guys. The bike jersey's, shorts, novelty items, ear buds, holiday decorations, etc. all came in as described on their web page. The only catch is you have to wait for the stuff longer than week. I usually get my stuff in about 8-10 days, but given the prices and the quality it's worth it.

I ordered four pair of same size shoes at the same time. They all came in a same package.
One out of the four pairs was too tight. Tried to send that pair back soon after receiving, but, unable to complete; after filling out the online return info, clicking the submit button went nowhere. Tried it several times, no result. I tried the process again on another device, same thing - hitting the "submit" button did not do anything.

Now I am out of town, trying again. Went on the website, clicked on forgot my password. It says an email was sent, but, nothing came, not even in junk mail.

Totally unsatisfactory experience!
