Order a shoes for a show, it says 5-7 day, but took 2 weeks to arrive, missed the date and had to purchase one in store. When contact they for return, I was told there was no delay, and I had to pay for the freight to their overseas' warehouse. I agreed.
But they changed their mind. Telling me this shoe is customised, so I can't return. I don't understand since this is just a size 7 character shoes for performance.

Their products are reliably well made a d fairly priced.
Nice product i am happy with it. Colours are like the picture when i select it. It fit like a second skin.
Not a safe place to shop! They are one of those sites that has a lot to offer, but it's of really poor quality. From personal experience they sent the wrong sized item & then would not exchange it. After weeks of emails & photos of the item the only resolution they offered was A small percentage of rewards to go towards another purchase. I highly suggest you shop elsewhere.
I ordered a dress from Light in the box, but when it arrived, the material and cut looked completely different than what I ordered. When I tried to return it, there is no phone number to call. The email is automated (they did not actually read my email as none of my questions were addressed) and they offered me $10 for my disappointment. I will never order from them again.

Be very careful when ordering clothing from this site. I ordered a dress that is nowhere near the sizing it's supposed to be. It was $120 in total and they won't let me return it because I ordered it in a different colour. Read the small print carefully! I would never order from this company again. So disappointed!
I ordered a couple of dress shirts for my husband and we are thrilled with them. The detail is subtle and elegant. One is a bit more ployesterish than I Iñigo Ed but this gives off a slight sheen that is quite lovely.
Do not buy from this company. I ordered a dress for a wedding. The dress got to my house one day before the wedding. No time for cleaning or steaming. The shoulders were droopy. It was a teal green instead of a wheatgrass green. I would have looked like a clown in that color. The tags are still on the dress. I ordered a standard size 8. When asked if I could return for a refund, they said it was a "tailored" dress and they could not accept it back. Since when is a size 8 tailored?
There is no one person to speak with - all communication is done through chat and email. Very frustrating.

Company took 2 months to send me the wrong product, and when I asked for a refund they said they will only issue a refund if I ship it back to China and cover return shipping costs. I'd gladly ship it back if they prepaid the shipping, but I'm not going to pay shipping for their mistake. I've looked into the company now and see this is a pattern for them. Terrible customer service. They clearly don't care about retaining customers at all.

I ordered 2 different long sleeve shirts, both XL. One arrived in the wrong color and the sleeves were about 6 inches short. The sleeves on the other were a little short, but wearable. The fabric on both is very flimsy. I don't expect it to be wearable after it's washed. I would have returned both, but the expense and hassle isn't worth it (terrible return policy). These are both headed to the thrift shop. A $70 mistake for me.

STAY AWAY...I ordered two dresses from Light In The Box and sent them my measurements and was quite excited to receive the dresses however, when they arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures on the website and one of them had a zipper that was stuck, also the material was cheap and th dress was made of sequin and extremely poor quality. When I contacted the company they refused to take these $320 dresses back and offered me a 10% credit from the cost to buy something else from their company. Said they will not refund due to personal issues. This was my response to their return policy.
"As your email listed below states that you cannot accept the return for incorrect sizing not fit" or other Personal Reasons, the issue is not with the sizing nor is it personal. It's with the quality of the work that it is not the same dress and that the zipper on one of them that is also not the same dress is broken. This is not a personal issue. This is a design/quality Issue. I was sold something that you did not have. I am expecting a full refund due to this issue.
Please be reminded in this email we have also cleary stated that due to it is Made-to-Order item, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as "incorrect Sizing, not fit" or other Personal Reasons.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Thank you so much for your insulting response. I purchased two dresses from your company in good faith. I trusted your company to provide an excellent product not one that is NOTHING like what I agreed to purchase. I spent over $320 and I did so with great expectation of wearing a beautiful dress to my son's wedding. Instead I was sent a disaster. Not only are the dresses nothing like the picture one of them is defective with a bad zipper. As for the size, it was almost perfect and I am fine with the size however the craftsmanship is horrendous as well as the material and let's not forget the defective zipper. I believe that I have been scammed into buying something your company could not and did not produce. A full refund at this point is the only option.

Within 30 minutes of receiving my order from LightInTheBox I contacted them about a return/refund as the upper arms on the chiffon jacket were extremely tight. I am normally a size 6 and ordered a size 8 as I wanted it loose. Also, the clasp of the necklace I ordered was broken.
Customer service responds advising it may take 5-7 days to review my ticket. 2 days later they respond asking for more details. 4 days later they respond saying the jacket is made to order and say nothing about the necklace. 2 days later they tell me that it is now too late for a refund as it had to be within 7 days despite the fact that I started my return/refund request immediately.
Update: LightInTheBox has subsequently contacted me and are processing a refund for the faulty items. They have also advised that I do not need to return the items, which I appreciate as the fee to return them was going to be $20-40. Thank you LightInTheBox.

I ordered an extra large puffer coat. I received the coat and it was about 3 sizes too small. I asked for a refund and to ship it back to the Springfield Gardens, NY address I received it from and got the following reply.
"For return, you will need mail the item back to China and the costs for return have to be borne by you. It will be very expensive and may will take 3-5 weeks on the way. Also, there is a risk of that the parcel is rejected by the logistics companies or customs, and we only refund you when we received your parcel."
As can be deciphered, they do not want to deal with returns and strongly encourage their unsatisfied shoppers keep the merchandise and try to get rid of it. They use the "prohibitive shipping cost" as their ploy to deal some of their goods. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this because it appears that there are several others (about 40%) who have problems with them.

I am sorry that the coat didn't fit. We firmly believe returning an item should be easy. Your request to return was accepted. Unfortunately, we don't have an address in New York. The address you saw on the shipping label is of the USPS depot, with whom we don't cooperate with. All returns have to be made to our supplier who is located in China. Numerous parcels are being returned from the US on a daily basis, it shouldn't cost more than +- $30 through USPS. In addition, sizing problems can be in general avoided, as we indicate each item with the exact measurements on our website Given the relative low value of the coat, my colleague thought it would be appropriate to try to convince you of keeping it with a partial refund. I am sorry that you found his suggestion unfair, while it was well-intentioned.

Because the price was so low, I took a chance and ordered this dress. It is a beautiful, nice satin dress. I ordered up and that was the right move. I just have to get it hemmed to tea length (I'm 5'3").
I've ordered about 10 times from these guys. The bike jersey's, shorts, novelty items, ear buds, holiday decorations, etc. all came in as described on their web page. The only catch is you have to wait for the stuff longer than week. I usually get my stuff in about 8-10 days, but given the prices and the quality it's worth it.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
