I had two shirts with bad sewed seams that I hope will last. Otherwise, purchasing, delivery time, quality of the items were all great.
I ordered 10 shirts and a belt and they all came in fit-to-size correctly. Material they are made of varies but are all great. One shirt the seams aren't sewn well in like 5 places - not their fault, but I got check into that situation vs a tailor repair on them. Beautiful styles and color too!

This company is a bait and switch company. The products are poorly make and they make a return of the items cost more than the original cost. I ordered about $200 in dresses for a wedding and none fit, quality was horrible and they did not even look like the advertisement of product on line. Save yourself money and aggravation do not order from this company. THE COST TO RETURN WAS OVER 60.00$ They DO NOT REPRESENT AND DELIVER what they promise in their ads. Unfortunately, what I got is far from what's nice on the site. The straps are too wide and the corset material is very thin. The image on the site is not correct, sincere, or clear. I won't return it because it's more of an annoyance, but I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this corset.

LITB promised a 10.00 credit if I left a positive review. I left a positive review and LITB never gave me a credit, just a runaround, so I changed this review to one star!
Shopped then purchased items needed for a wedding. Items were delivered quickly with great results. Will be doing more shopping in the future.
Ordered items where mid quality. I got problems with the delivery, but with their great support team, we solved everything!

I am purchasing online for many years already, but what I have experienced here, was really outrageous.
I have written a first Review beginning of the year about this company.
Here's an update: purchased 3 items, all same size, I have checked measurements before on site. Items arived on time, extra costs for shipments and custons duty.
Major complaint: 3 totally different sizes, I can only wear 1 item! 1 Item seems to be purely from plastic, this goes directly to trash. I contacted the customer service, this seems to be an automatic machine, always focussing on selling more.
After uploading my first review here I have been contacted by a real person once. I send all necessary info snd proof and pictures. Then nothing again. No refund, they do not let you ship back the items where their sizing is wrong (anyway you would need to pay extra for that).
So this is a company doing intentional fraud. I have read many negative reviews on German Websites. Now I will report this company to the German authorities (as I have announced to lightinthebox in my last email).
Hope my reviews will be seen here, so that not more consumers will share this experience.
P.S.: My order has been deleted from my purchase list in the app of lightinthebox, obviously by Lightinthebox. It is sooooooo easy to get rid of customers who complain! Therefore, overall rating of 0! I needed to give 1 star here, otherwise I can not send my review.

This is my second review, and it is as honest as it can get:
Wanted to start with quality: I've ordered a mother-of-the-bride dress. The dress was awesome, in the poctures as it was in reality.
Size: you have to be reaaly careful with that. Look at the measurements provided by the site: if it says it is a 10, well, you are getting a 10. Do not order a bigger size. Communicate with Customer Service during the transaction.
Return: I received a bigger size (in fact, the size that I've ordered)that, despite of the beuty of the dress, looked terrible on me (again, the dress itself was BEAUTYFUL and with good quality!) However, with a few emails exchanges, Customer Service took care of the return.
Shippment is OUTSTANDING! Received the dress in less than two weekes, I was able to thoroughly track the package(sent thru DHL).
Overall, I recommend doing business with LightInTheBox, but you need to know what to order upfront, to avoid all the inconveniences.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
