Ordered two ladies polos. I sized up two additional sizes just hoping they would fit. Blousy would be ok even if too big. Garment price was acceptable, but not a real bargain.
I felt shipping cost was very high, so that may limit future purchases.
Communication was almost daily. I felt like they were trying to keep the customer informed.
Arrived just fine, no issues or additional charges.
Shirts ordered were a bright print which I anticipated, but the print on one shirt is way out of focus. Not a soft focus but a bad visual design, even for bold floral. I looked for return details but assumed it wasn't an easy process and I'd probably never get my payment back, would have to pay return shipping, etc so gave up on the idea of returning it. But definitely not an issue I could control, and I wouldn't have bought it if the photo had been accurate.
The second shirt was in focus and looks nice, but colors aren't really same as in picture. Again, won't return but not thrilled.
Had these been inexpensive then I could just live with it, but amount spent including shipping/fees was well more than I would have in a store.
Not sure if I'll be a future customer. High shipping and return policy are big deal breakers, so will just depend on the item.
It took a very long time to receive the items I purchased and then when I received them they were considerably smaller compared to the sizes I ordered
Nice price if you allways go on flashsales. One in a while stuff happens. Ex. Wrong color on a jacket and never gett any ansers about it from support team.
I ordered 2 items in the same order. I was notified 2 weeks after the order was placed that one wasn't available and the other wasn't shipped for three weeks. 34 days after ordering the one item arrived and was not even what I ordered. In both cases, asking for a refund was an act of numersous exchanges with their customer service with a minimum of 24 hours between each exchange. Each note from customer service was always an attempt to negotiate rather than refund by offering a credit or a lesser percent of the item purchase. For the item that was not what I ordered, the initial reply was that they would offer a return lable and full refund (offer four of the three other attempted negotiations first). However, by the fourth email on this when I confirmed that option, they would not pay for shipping to return the item that was not what I ordered, so I finally just took the discounted refund of 60% back as I just could not believe the shady practices of constant negotiating... Buyer beware...it won't go well.
When I inquired about a refund for my damaged item, customer service worked to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

I ordered a Christmas present for my wife on November 13th. It was shipped on November 15th, and still has not been received. The last tracking update was on November 30th, saying the package was in transit to the next facility. That's more than two months ago, and lightinthebox is refusing to refund me. The first response from customer service told me that due to the holidays and coronavirus, my package might be delayed for 1-2 weeks and not arrive in time for the holidays. That's understandable, except I sent that email on February 2nd, more than a month after my Christmas present already did not arrive in time for holiday. The 2 week window they quoted for the delay had also lapsed by more than two weeks. I again stated I wanted a refund, and this is their response:
" We experienced an unusually large number of orders, which disrupted our normal delivery schedule. We would really appreciate if you could wait a few more days."
They then pasted the tracking update from NOVEMBER 30TH. How many more days am I supposed to wait?
Their customer service is a sham, avoid this company at all costs!

I bought a dinosaur liter from Light in the box when I received it, it was wrapped in two boxes. The outer box was in perfect condition when I opened it for the inside box. It was the original box of the toy, and it had three intentions in it, so I contacted the light in the box and asked them if that was going to affect it, and they replied " We assure you that there will be no problem". The problem with that is this is Christmas time and at my business we have created a theme for needy children and I have taken on a 2 1/2 year-old that I will not get to see or hear how they enjoy their present so I will be available to make sure that it works now I have to give the toy to someone that I can be around to make sure that their toy works or get them another toy so that's why I was hoping that would respond with telling me they would exchange it, but they did not they just want me to take the defected box and possibly defected toy to a child that I don't know and don't get to see how their Christmas ends up so I am not happy with the response nor happy with the product Security

This company is a scam. There is no valid return policy, (you'll never get a full refund.) And too many items do NOT look like the item they picture.
I ordered a hat for the Kentucky Derby on April 17th. The Derby was May 7th. The hat did not arrive on time. Yet they took the money ASAP and then took their time returning it.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
