I have ordered from them several times as I like the clothes. Every time I have the same problem and it takes forever to receive the product. For example, my last order was 3 weeks ago and still has not left their facility. Then plan on a couple more weeks after that. Just expect to wait 1-2 months to get anything.
They also keep adjusting their delivery or shipping time frame and it is impossible to contact customer support unless it is outside that time frame. No way to email them and no way to call them on a specific order. I should just cancel the orders but do like the clothes. They need a serious improvement in their shipping and customer support.
I ordered clothing to be married in and I am very disappointed that the shirt I ordered for my wedding was about two sizes too small the slacks fit but were just a bit large now I will need to purchase a new outfit when I arrive in Manila from the United States certainly the wife to be will not be pleased

Awesome experience all around. Quality, price, delivery, and customer service. Keeps me coming back for more.
It is my guess that Chinese clothing manufacturers have no idea how to size clothing for the plus-size gals of North America. I write this because 90% of what I ordered did not fit, and no bust line had a dart (and a 48-inch chest needs a dart).
After my first order did not fit I enquired about the return process. As is common with these low-cost websites, the steps involved and the cost make the whole return idea silly to proceed.
They did however refund the cost of the goods- not the shipping insurance.
I placed a couple more orders in an attempt to learn their sizing. There is not a consistent manufacturer so there is no consistent size.
All my issues may not be found by customers in the "normal" size ranges.
Some of their fabrics are flimsy and overall sewing was very basic.
There were some cute styles, so I was disappointed and out of pocket.

I had ordered two dresses, to choose one for a wedding. They arrived very quickly, I opened them and saw that one outfit had a wrap that wasn't quite the right color, which I offered to send back. I received a message telling me to keep the dress, and my money was returned.
The other dress and wrap are perfect, I am very pleased. Thank you for your timely response and I will look forward to shopping again with LightInTheBox!
The products they sell are very good and I have had no issues with anything I've bought though them. I find when Light in the Box has a sale it's a good time to buy some new t-shirts. I've lost a-lot of weight and now I need new clothing to fit me again. You can't beat the price on some of the t-shirts they sell when they have a sale on.
I ordered a sage prom suit for my son senior prom 4/12/24 and didn't receive in in time, despite me paying for it to be here the lasted 4/12. Had to purchase a second outfit instead and now I have to go throught the return process because when it arrives prom will be way over. Thanks for the headache and stress.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
