I found this site after looking for ages online for dresses that fit my criteria long free flowing and stylish. I found lots on this site so ordered two to see what they were like. They arrived here in Portugal just over 2 weeks later. I tried the first one and it fit perfect and the fabric is lovely too so I tried the second and that was just as nice too so I was very pleased. I wore one at a family get together and now three of my relatives have ordered too. They really are gorgeous dresses cannot fault them.
This site has not been disappointing always quick to respond to my orders and they make sure i get my delivery well on time, and i am still amazed how cheap their products are, yet with quality. I love shopping with lightinthebox.com and i have referred more people to use for shopping.
Several items ordered were as pictured but the Midi rings from Love is You were not what I expected. The ring was bonded together so there was no allowance for sizing. It may have been for a baby's finger. Very disappointed. It took 7 weeks to get here and I could not use it!
Quality of products is extremely poor. Fabrics cheap, manufacture awful, they do not resemble the images portrayed on the site. They claim to have uk warehouses but you are expected to send back to Asia by tracked mail AND pay the return postage, then they refuse to refund the full amount you paid. Don't waste your money, you wouldn't want to keep this cheap rubbish anyway!

I am a size 14 and purchased a Large size after reading the measurements on their website and to to compensate that it's made in China.
I cannot get it past my shoulders, total total waste of money, even if I dropped 2 sizes it would never fit.
Dry disappointed as the top is very nice…
How do I return it and ask for a larger size.if they do an XXL.
As for proof of purchase no paperwork came with it..

I have placed several orders with these folks. Many of the items (especially clothing) are unique and ultra colorful. Shirts you just can't get anywhere else. The more you order from them, the more email 'deals' you get offered - many at ridiculously low prices. I highly recommend them. Shipping to the United States does take a few weeks so order well in advance of your need.
They have a good selection of items at a fair price. Items are shipped in a reasonable amount of time. The clothing graphics could be better on some, but you get what you pay for. It's fine if basic graphic, anything more complicated doesn't look good.
I recommend everyone not to use this company for business, they are a bunch of thieves. I ordered a dress that didn't fit me, I sent the dress back over a month ago, I never received my refund, I can't speak with no one at the customer service; they steal my money

Hi there the parcel arrived this morning I was most surprised, I was not expecting it for another 1 or 2 weeks very happy with the contents. Quality was as expected. Connected the cameras and a monitor unit working well but have not fitted a hard drive yet Very easy to set up
This is hands down the worst online company I have ever bought anything from. I ordered a dress which was too small so I requested for either a refund or an exchange. They said they do not do refunds and they thanked me for understanding. The dress was $62 and after taxes and shipping I paid them $105. If that isn't insult enough there is no way to contact them. No number just an email which doesn't always get a response. Horrible company don't buy!

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
