The pictures on the website are rarely representative of the items you actually receive. I've ordered 5 dresses from this website and only 1 looks like the picture description really. The others are bad rip offs. I'm currently trying to get a refund for a particularly bad item that was quite expensive. My advice would be to use a more reputable provider. Don't waste your money on this website.
First off the shipping took like 2 weeks even with the Dhl. Expedite and there was no way to track it but that's not the reason for my dissatisfaction the product was not the same as in the picture very low quality fabric very low quality design I ordered two sweatshirts a T-shirt and two jogger pants

While the products are nice, the shipping costs double the prices by the time you're order is on it's way. Not recommended. I could have purchases the exact same items straight from Amazon for the price of the items with very little shipping. I will never buy from them again. The website does not have a contact email address and the tracking number is a phone number. I paid over $50 for shipping from the web store and the rest was charged while my order was in transit. A total of $145. For shipping and customs through DHL. That's just about double the price of my order. I can't help feeling that I got fooled. It won't happen again.

I noticed a missing part on my order and advised them a month ago. They still continue to ask me to wait 2-3 days.
They don't follow-up. They just wait your next message.
Totally unreliable and unprofessional.
The only solution they offered me during the month is to return the product (a 3D printer kit costing $245) at my own expense even worst, they don't reimburse the initial delivery fee which is more than $100!
So they want me to accept to pay $200 for nothing. And reading other reviews I could even not been reimbursed of $245, costing me $445.

It is almost impossible to return products to this company, which is why they make it so difficult. I will never order from them again and I suggest others beware of their misinformation about return policy. You have to pay for shipping to China. (also product was cheap and not made well at all).

I ordered a Xmas sweater and got one which didn't look like the picture! Asked to be paid back and they proposed half the price! Not a joke! I didn't give up and finally got a positive answer from Ana who promised by bank account would be credited with the total amount… and it is! So don't give up and send a message on FB if you can't find any contact, then you'll get an answer.

I ordered a gift for Christmas on 11/28, have yet to receive it and no tracking information. There is no customer service to call, all you can do it submit a ticket which is not a helpful resolution method for customers. After reading these reviews I am deeply regretting purchasing from the company. I have never written a review before but felt it my duty to warn other consumers. Stick with a customer friendly company like Amazon. I wish I had.

The workmanship and fabric quality of the clothing leaves much to be desired. I've ordered at least six shirts from them and will definitely not be ordering any more. Most of the clothing pictures seem to be computer generated because the actual products I received looked very different from what is shown on the website (which look very nice.) Pattern matching between parts of a shirt, for example, as shown in the pictures is poorly executed on actual products. Even the apparent texture of the fabric in the pictures is misleading.
They also select only the favorable reviews to publish - with one or two average ones to give the impression they publish all reviews. Out of the five or six product reviews I have written they published only one which I gave four stars. All other two and three star reviews remain unpublished. I complained about this to them but got nowhere.

If you like solving cryptic puzzles designed by Einstein, you might enjoy traversing this return process. It is like a never ending treasure hunt. I will never shop at this business again!

I ordered a wedding dress from Lightinthebox, the dress is exactly as the photos. It is beautiful and fit perfectly, I was afraid of buying my dress in internet because there are always bad comments about quality or design, and I actually post a comment before about that but I would say it is great value for money. The fabric is very nice, handmade and every detailed as in the photo.
When I bought the dress I was worry it wont be here on time, and it takes long because is custom made that is why you need to be aware of how long it takes for them to make it and posted, it was delay two days from what they told me but generally it was very accurate, I am very happy with this purchase

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
