Dont shop at Living spaces. Worst company ever to deal with.
They have nice things but it will be...
1. Delayed for months.
2. Broken when it does come.
3. When they bring you the exchange it will be wrong.
4. You order a nice chair wait for months then get told its discontinued.
The worst!
The items that we never ordered were added to order. The order was in sales person laptop and we just signed it without checking. When we realized that there are duble sofas and double tables - they just refused to return money back and charged 25% cancellation fee.
Also, they didn't inform about waiting time more than 1 month.
Living Spaces sold me a warranty under false pretenses and now they refuse to rectify it. They do not care about their customers and the hard-earned money we spend; they only care about finding ways to get more money out of us. If you're considering buying furniture here... DO NOT PURCHASE THE 5-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY. It is a ploy to get more money out of you. They will lie to you and say that you can use it for anything at anytime, when you in fact cannot. They will tell you that you will get a refund, but that is a lie too. They will give you store credit that you will have to match to use. Then when you realize you've been lied to and complain about it, they brush you off because the transaction was 5 years ago, but I can't get my money back until the warranty is up so what sense does that make! They will continue to lie to you about having someone call you back and will ignore any efforts to resolve the matter. All I want is my warranty money back for being cheated and lied to, which is a small portion in comparison to what I spent for the furniture. 5 years later, I don't think that's too much to ask to feel like I'm being treated somewhat fairly after the dishonesty I've experienced. If they did this to me, I can only imagine how many others they've cheated and how much richer they are because of it. I will never shop here again, and I will discourage anyone I know from going here because of how little they value their customers.
3 nightstands were installed fine, until the 4th nightstand when the Installer (from Living Spaces) decided to be creative and not center the tab under the leg. So now the table can wobble when pressure is applied. Incompetent! What a joke!
Ordering from living spaces has been a nightmare. We scheduled a bedframe delivery a week ago and since ordering, received the wrong items 3 separate times. As a result of this delay, I have been sleeping on the floor the past week. I've been on the line with support 3 separate times now and each has been borderline rude and unwilling to talk with me to truly resolve my issue. There's been no sympathy for my situation, and coming from the hospitality industry, know how pivotal customer service is maintain steady business. I can say confidently that after this experience, I will never shop at living spaces for the foreseeable future.
My husband and I went into look at items for our re-model. They have someone at the door to tell you to wear a mask. I nicely explained that my husband is deaf and reads lips and we need to communicate to purchase. It's in the CDC guild lines that it's approved. No one in there anyway. She said, no one is allowed, so we left.
There are no local numbers for each store. If you have a delivery issue, you are forced to speak to someone in a call center overseas that will NOT be able to help you. You have to physically go back to the store, at least three times in my case, to have them deliver an item that wasn't delivered on first delivery, as promised.
I ordered two bedside tables and a dresser in February. Everything was delivered in mid-March. The bedside tables looked fine, but the dresser came damaged. They came in late-May to take the old dresser away and bring a replacement. The new dresser (the replacement for the first damaged one) was SO DAMAGED that we can't even take it out of the box. Here I am now in late June and I still can't get a manager to help me either replace or refund it. Currently it looks like I've lost the money and now I'm stuck with a very very heavy piece of useless furniture. I'll probably have to get the credit card company involved and dispute.
Be careful with LivingSpaces shipping. We had an issue with the delivery address and it created heartache and headaches. The customer service did little to help resolve the situation. We based our shipping choices off the dimensions and weights listed on the website for the product and reconfirmed with customer service, but the ultimate packaging was significantly bigger than stated and cost us hundreds of additional dollars to ship. With all the online retailers available, I doubt that I will buy from them again.
We have ordered furniture from Living Spaces in the past without problems BUT this had been the worst! We ordered our living room furniture for our new home in early June and it was supposed to be delivered in late June. It is now late August! There had been delay after delay. Do NOT order furniture in one order…if you are ordering, use separate order numbers. They cannot deliver furniture; even if you've ordered 20 pieces, if even one piece is not in the correct box for the carrier even though the rest is ready for delivery! We have been living in a new home without furniture because they refuse to deliver the order unless the entire order is there…. Even though the missing piece is insignificant!
I am super disappointed in what was our favorite furniture store!
I ordered a coffee table from this outfit in March 2021, with promised April 27,2021 delivery date. I received a phone call from their incompetent customer service department less than 24 hours before the table was to be delivered, stating that the table would not be delivered after all, and that it might arrive some time in May. I just called and interacted with another one of their "knowledgeable" reps, who asked why I was so upset, followed by the "assurance" that it might be delivered by the end of the month, but there is no status available at this moment.
Talk about false advertisement - NEVER EVER again will I do business with this shady store. If the quality of their products is anything like their customer service, the table will probably fall apart in no time.
We bought diverse things to furnish our home. The bed mattress was smaller than the bed. There were 3 inches of space on the sides of the mattress. My point is, this was not what we saw in the showroom when we chose to purchase the bed. Living space refused to change the mattress, saying that is how their beds are. This was the first time purchasing from Living Space and we had a bad experience after about four months of investigations with emails to and fro, nothing was done to resolve the sutuation. Very disappointing...
We ordered 2 chairs. It took 6+ weeks and several phone calls. Delivery day finally and they deliver 1 chair. We call and the person on the other end couldn't grasp it. Delivery 2 umm not our chair. Chair still not here and no one will figure this out. It's been escalated you guessed it no call. The worst customer service ever. Save your time and headache go somewhere else.
My son and daughter in law bought a bunk bed for my granddaughter. After 3 times back to the house, hardware was still not correct. Now they need to wait another 3 days to get the hardware needed to complete the installation. Customer Service is terrible. Furniture cheap! PLEASE SHOP ELESWARE! Don't let what happened us Happen to you. This place needs to go out of service.
We Ordered a sectional that looked decent in the showroom and received the first and second replacement defective with bent frame and a hole in the fabric.we started in February and had to wait 6 weeks before each "special order".we are now spending our weekend looking for a replacement
I purchased a sofa and loveseat at close to $2000. There is only my husband and myself not in our 60s and of normal size. So excessive use is not the reason for the failure. After a year they are sagging to the point of my having to add those saggy sofa support items under the cushions. I made a claim with customer support and the response was this is normal wear and tear. Mind you that they chose this response without sending anyone to asses the furniture. Customer service is a joke based on their dismissal of my complaint with no review of the actual items. Needless to say I will never purchase from them again and will happily share my experience with everyone I know. Claim number was CRM *******.
I bought a couch from here and it broke after six months! I also bought a bed for my kids a paid for them to assemble it and I didn't check their work, it's broken now, and come to find out they didn't screw in half the bed (the reason why it's broken) I have tried to call and get something done about it and can't get anyone to answer or call back or respond to emails.
I ordered a couch from them. When I received the email confirmation, it was not what I had ordered at all. I called the minute they opened and they said it would be a 25% charge... for something I didn't order! My bank wasn't able to cancel the charges so I pad hundreds of dollars to this sleazy company.

Beware, i bought new bed and mattress, bed is cracked in less then two months, the matters has a hump in the middle (my claim was just denied for the mattress) they say i kept books under the mattress. Who does that. I did have my life insurance papers on the right side of my mattress that i placed there about a week ago, my bed sat on the floor for over a month, hump was there then. Now i made the hump, WTF. I will never buy from living spaces and advise anyone beware. My bed is broke from the headboard the bottom of the bed. My dressers are all off and cracked. A mess.
Very bad service. Missed a wardrobe key. Told them to replace it with new lock.i was even ready to pay but they were not willing to get a new lock. Even the wardrobe handles are not good. Every month have to call them for some reason..
