I walked into metro store 91 in Gulfport ms at about 10:30 am with my service animal. I was immediately met with rolling Staring eyes from both of the workers, who were scheduled to work those hours on 8/30/23. I was not allowed to get to the counter I was asked as I stood by the door. " what do you need" by the female worker. As I explained from the door I was sent to your store to exchange my internet box, which was still under warranty. I asked several times if I could come to the counter. Both workers proceeded to tell me," we don't do that at this store. One worker realized that info wasn't correct and quickly changed it. I asked again if I could come to the counter finally the female said yes, quickly said I would have to wait for the male to help me. That worker was helping someone else. The female worker explained that she would have to call management to find out what to do. Manager Catlynn who was also very rude and sarcastic proceeded to tell me the two employees who could help me was off and I would have to return tomorrow. I stated I would be going out of town 8/31/23 and returning on 9/6/23. Catlyn asked sarcastically if I was taking the box out of town with me, I said no and told I could come back Tuesday to see if it would be available. I've been with metro 6yrs and I have never ever experienced this before. I will be switching to att based on the situation.

I paid my bill, my phone is still off HOURS later and when I call the 24 HOUR HOTLINE it tells me to call back during business hours TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Got a new 5g phone from metro 5 days ago. It's slower than the 4g phone I had at Chricket. Feeling passed off. And definitely switching again.

You're FIRED! You constantly disconnect. Took my payment, phone never turned out. Your machine says still suspended but a text for next months payment rec'd. 12 hrs dealing with this. So many times I'm promised I'll receive a text reminder when payment due as it used to be but just stopped... Those promises were useless. I created an auto pay. Should come from my checking acct linked to debit card. Have a new card, payment didn't go thru. The site they give, doesn't open. Can never thru your app. The logo stays frozen there. Can't pay on mymetro, have to call. Greetings always say hold time less than 31 1/2 seconds. That's a huge lie. When person picks up, call drops. When talking or transferring, call drops. Promised I'll be called back if that happens, I'm not, 3 times. Make my payment, give all info. Expecting important work text, ask rep to wait to be sure it comes thru, she says yes and hangs up, never get a confirmation number. Phone never turned on after payment made but I get a text reminder for next month's payment date. I call again, I'm still suspended. Can't speak to a rep till I pay. Finally I manage to have it connect me to a rep with a 31 1/2 second hold, and disconnected. Another call, I provide number, they don't recognize. Come to realize its the tmobile greeting. Another call, give my password, not right. Another call, machine says hold your place and get a call back in 15 mins - nobody called. I call again, keeps asking me to pay and I'll be charged for payment with rep. On phone. I'm baffled this could really be how a company stays in business. I still don't have my phone on. I've never been so stressed, so extremely disgusted. I can't believe this is what I've been dealing with all day. Completely unacceptable. Too much competition to put up with this nonsense. I have "names" and gave all my card info and now very concerned somebody took it and my account not paid and what became of my card information?.

Was with metro for 14yrs Tmobile bought in now they SUCK! I am glad I left them b! Tches became thieves like their owner TMobile. I would give a -5 but does not exsist on rating. STR8 GANGSTERS!

NOTHING BUT LIES!

I paid for international access so I could travel and it doesn't work. I went to a reputable store and they said that I needed a chip, but I needed to unlock my network.
I tried to do it myself, but I kept getting an error code. So, I called customer service to unlock my phone. The first person, "Mark" asked for my IMEI number and then hung up on me. The second person, "Jake" (ID *******) said that everything was fine on his end and that I needed to do a factory reset. I should have never listened! Even though I backed up everything, this mofo made me start all over again and I lost access to Google Voice and WhatsApp! The third person, "Joseph" (*******) said I needed to contact Samsung to unlock my phone because my phone is not eligible to be unlocked until mid-December.
I called Samsung and Sixto gave me a ticket number and said that Metro by T-Mobile lied to me. He said that Samsung had nothing to do with unlocking networks.
Now, I'm stuck in another country without a way to use GPS all because Metro by T-Mobile won't unlock the network until mid-December.
My advice to ANYONE... AVOID THIS CARRIER! I will be switching as soon as I get back to the US!

I DONT KNOW WHY I SWITCHED MY PHONE SERVICE TO METRO THEY ARE HORRIBLE ONLY HAD THEM 2 MONTHS, THEY NEED MORE TRAINING, I FEEL LIKE THEY TARGETED ME, I WILL NET RECOMMEND ANYONE TO METRO PCS

It has been my experience that Metro even in light of the mistake not being one of their own creation well nine out of 10 times make the job right even at their cost I just finished a phone call with Metro customer service where they gave me 4 GB of hotspot for free simply because I did not understand how the billing cycle worked and the megabyte being topped up or swapped over from month to month your month may be different than your your month supply of hotspot is different scale than your billing payments time scale you might your bills due on the 16th say but your mobile hotspot doesn't pop up to the first that's the part I didn't understand completely service guy service rep on the phone that they call it agent was extremely polite he was almost too polite but it was thorough he was pleasant helpful and positive just everything if I was a customer service company I would hire this guy is the kind of people I would want working for me and at the end of the day that's really what makes a business a success at least it would for me not the millions of dollars I can make that's just added bonus really it's the employees the people their dedication to your customers they give them a job and afford you a life good job Metro good job customer for 11 years now and I don't regret it I still do not regret it!

I recently swapped from boost and I regret it. I visited a store in Hampton ga. Lovejoy. Right in front of Walmart to be exact. I got one of the free phones mostly because they didn't have a large selection even at full price. I was told if I kept the recite box everything and the phone unharmed I could return it. In 7days. The phone and service is horrible. The phone dose not support my mobile banking app. NFCU. As well as a few other app I had. I'm 60, my phone is very important to me. That day when I walked out of metro after I was told no there not one thing the lady could do. I really don't know if she even tried. I'm a American on American soul. She got on the phone with some one and as far as I know it could of been a personal conversation because she was not speaking English. I understand we have people from other countries however I'm American and I speak only English. Not knowing if she was helping or not I left. She had my no. But never called me back to offer any kind of help. I then called the metro 800 no. The store can't help online and online don't help the store. So it's all a lie. How can a company as big as metro not figure out how to help someone get a better phone and plan. Within 7, days of purchasing a phone and plan. They could of offered me a different free phone, I would of waited on one to come in. I was willing to pay the difference. But I am stuck with a phone I can hardly use. I have never liked metro. I would of never swapped however I lost my boost phone and thought I'd give metro. Ocs another try. Big mistake. And I'll be back with boost I. 30, days. The store clerk never once called
So I guess she was in. Personal call. She also has my receipt. I was so upset and seeing she was assisting others that came in I had no reason to even think she was helping. I could not understand what she said. She not once tried to call me. I left the store in tears.

First of all they tell me that they can Port my number over they tell me it's going to take 30 minutes so I wait the phone comes back on I believe I've got my new number I send out a massive or my old number so now the mass of text tell everybody hey I got the old number back LOL they text me back no no you still with the number nice I've lost a lot of money losing this number they have told me twice that they imported the number over and when you call them back the same day to get it fixed they tell you someone else has the number yes it was a sign of someone else may I was assigned to me this is ridiculous I mean the only reason I have a T-Mobile phone right now it has been nothing but a frustration nothing but repeats nothing but oh we haven't fixed for you it's fixed for you and it hasn't been three days of BS and now they tell me that T-Mobile has the number and they cannot do anything about it because someone else has been given the number they gave it to me I mean yes it's supposed to be in service because you didn't change it over correctly. This was my business number I mean this is cost me money it has cost me time and it has cost me serious frustration or the company who has no desire to do their job and makes promises that they cannot follow through on

Hey Karen told you I'm going to tell the world. Well MetroPCS says that they value their long-time loyal customers but they don't because when you have an issue over $20 they could care less. Got a new phone back in December and the representative of the store added two charges that I never asked for a headset protection and a scam shield for $7 a month well I wasn't expecting that charge so I didn't pay attention my bill for a couple months and then I came across it I called they said it was taken care of. Fast forward 2 weeks and I know there's no you know positive bounce on my account so I call again and wait 30 minutes with the guys putting me on hold getting back on put me on hold saying they're working on it well about 30 after 30 minutes I say Jerry Jerry he he just left me wasted 30 minutes of my time I call back and talk to Karen if Karen's her real name and she's proceeds to tell me that they can't refund that far back and basically they don't care that they would lose a 10-year customer over $20 I should have never been charged it therefore we shouldn't have never been having that conversation value customers my $#*! and I don't know I'm saving everyone else from and telling the world what a awful awful experience I had with your company 10 years $20 over $20 I'd rather go to boost cricket AT&t anybody else I'm so ashamed that I had been with this company this long and I will never ever ever ever give them a positive critique in my life s*** company s*** s*** s***!
