MetroPCS don't offer deals for existing customers. The deals are only for new customers! That's not fair to long time customers!

Metro PCS in Kingston on Main Street 18 a gateway Shopping Center I have just experienced some of the worst business from MetroPCS so I broke my phone had insurance the whole time so now I decide to change my plan to forty dollars plan 3 days before I dropped my phone so you know I think I have insurance I goes to MetroPCS she says I no longer have it since I switch plans I said when was y'all going to tell me that she said I wasn't the one change your plan okay so she tells me to bring down another MetroPCS phone and she will be able to switch it for me okay so I calls MetroPCS representative service they was going to do it for me but needed my MetroPCS phone to be on so they can send pin my phone is unable to cut on due to damage they tell me to go to Metro PCS store and they should do it so I did that now the MetroPCS worker in the store she said her name is Diana but I feel she was lying a Spanish girl same girl who told me to come back with another phone now I walk all the way down there from across town with Metro PCS phone and the broke phone so she can switch my line now she tells me I need $30 I asked her why didn't you tell me this the other day she tells me she did and if she didn't she sorry and rolled her eyes I am so upset right at the way I have been treated I am definitely thinking about going with a different carrier next month my phone number is *******852

First off I brought a phone from the regular T moble service that my daughter paid off. Well metro has gotten horrible with service and customer service. So I decided to move to a new service. I had 4 lines with metro. 3 of my phone transfered just fine. But the paid off phone my daughter gave me all the sudden has a lock on it but when I brought the phone no lock was on it but now it's lock that's the fraud they say they don't have a lock on it but clearly locked. So I have to keep that line there. Well I called to change my bill date which I had to pay a prorated fee fine no problem. I set bill date to the 3rd and was told it would come out of my account till the 3rd. Which is important because iam on a fixed income because iam disabled. Well get get a message today saying they are billing my bank in the 1st when I will not have it in my account which will cost me overdraft fees so I called today to change my bill date again now they are trying to charge me prorated fees again which no one told me it comes out 2days early. So I say fine I will pay proration fees but I asked if there is any way to wave proration fee I have been loyal customer for over 8 years and the lady freaked out on me. Metro has gone to crap
I have tried Metro PCS' service on two separate occasions. The first time they sold me a crappy phone which did not support my Ring app. I changed companies, thinking it was my provider. Changed to ATT, had to buy another phone and my app worked. Later I found out it was the phone that didn't support my app so I switched back to Metro, of coarse they couldn't transfer my new phone so I had to buy ANOTHER phone. Everything seemed to be okay but then today all of a sudden I couldn't dial out and when I called my phone # from another device it said to contact my service provider. My phone is necessary for work. I drove straight to Metro after work to see what the problem was. I walk into the store THREE employees working and one customer in there. All three employees were helping one woman. After waiting awhile I asked why three employees needed to help one customer? The"manager" of the store was doing something on the computer instead of taking care of the customers in front of her. The manager was very rude! We ended up in an argument. I told her I wanted to close my account. I don't need to pay a company to treat me like crap. She said no, she wasn't going to close my account and to leave the store. I asked for her name. She also refused to give me that info and then threatened to call the police on me. By now there are 5 people standing in the store waiting to be helped. I left and will be contacting their corporate office tomorrow. Needless to say they have lost my business permanently. Oh and btw, they told me it was my fault that my phone was messed up. Said I downloaded a virus. I hadn't downloaded anything on that phone. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH METRO PCS!
I have been with Metro for a couple years now and here a couple months ago we went through a horrible ordeal in Louisiana with hurricane Ida and my phone would not stay charged and so rather than go through all the Rick and Aurora of sending your phone in paying $60 for your return. Don't know why you paid for insurance when it you can't use the damn insurance. Anyway I wanted to just go ahead and switch my SIM card out of the phone that I purchased through their store by the way to another phone that I purchased through their store and they wanted to charge me $21 just to take a SIM card out of one of their phones and put it into another one of their phones so I wonder how many $21 they get in a day's time as well. Then I learned today that if you go into a MetroPCS store and pay your bill they charge you an extra $4 so you think about it how many $4 a day do they collect just from someone walking into their store to be responsible and pay their bill they going to charge them an extra $4 for that. Don't know about you but I think that's robbing your customer wonder whose pocket it goes in. When you call and you need something done very rude very rude. I live right by the towers and I can go down the road a mile and my phone will buffer and buffer and buffer and buffer and buffer forever then it'll get service and then a little further down no service and if I go into the next town I'm not getting service. No matter where I'm at and their phones are crappy. Would I recommend MetroPCS to anyone absolutely not number one for the mere fact that they put no value whatsoever on their customers and guess what if it wouldn't be for their customers they wouldn't be in business. As you can see on receipt they call it a convenience fee. Sorry I had to laugh obviously they don't know what the definition of convenience is because convenience would be paying your bill in the comforts of your own home that would be convenient getting in your vehicle and driving down the road is not convenient they got it twisted.

I upgraded my plan to an international calling plan I was instructed that I would have to pay $10 for immediate service I paid the $10 I am not able to make international calls when I called 611 I was hung up on by three different Representatives today is October 2nd 2019 I have been calling all day since 10 a.m. eastern standard time I have not been able to complete a survey because the representatives keep hanging up the phone on me they aren't telling me how to initiate the international calling I have reset my phone I have restarted my phone I have turned it off and on and still I cannot make an international call why would you take my money and not be able to provide the service that you claim this is not good for business I am very upset I am very frustrated and I would like my $10 back since your service is not working and I think I'm going to another company because this is not acceptable I have three lines on this with this company and maybe you don't value me as a customer or maybe you don't value my business so I will take that elsewhere if this isn't resolved immediately and promptly. Everytime I call internationally I get a message stating that international calls aren't included in my plan however I have been charged for international calls what's happening I need answers!

I bought a Mero PCS phone and couldn't activate it due to their web site needing a 20 digit SIM card number and the phone came with a 19 digit SIM card number. Screwed out of $99
I used to have Verizon for 2 years and once my contract was up unfortunately I decided to try another phone company to try and save some money. I had had MetroPCS in the past and it wasn't a bad service so I decided to just go there again not only did the plan cost as much as my wonderful service with Verizon but I couldn't keep my phone and had to get one of their crap phones! Fast forward a few months down the road when I didn't have the money to pay my bill my service was shut off and was probably off for about a month then I paid my bill expecting to have 30 days of service like normal instead 3 days after I paid my bill they wanted another $70! I thought that this was a computer error and that it would be resolved but boy was I wrong they cut my service off and told me I would have to pay another $70 and only have service until November 3rd I then went in store thinking I could fix it if I went and talked to a customer service representative at a local store because who is going to pay $70 for 3 days of service but unfortunately I was wrong again and the customer service representative at the store was absolutely no help and told me that is how MetroPCS now does their service so be warned I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone they will get you if they can!
I went in the store in the one on Portola in Livermore California. I wanted to buy two iPhones so I was getting my husband iPhone SE and me iPhone 13 the 13 one said $629 with a new account like I transferred from one company to another because I had AT&T. The iPhone SE what my husband was gonna get said free with a new account transferring from one company to them. We had our old account number and password from the other company AT&T and she put in the information but when she put in the information they end up charging us $100 more it didn't take off what it was supposed to take off so we end up having to pay $200 more for both phones than what we should have why do they advertise these things right there inside the store where the phones are when it doesn't happen and she told me this is happened other times two so they are lying to customers I did buy the phones because I needed to have one right then my phone was messing up but otherwise I wouldn't have gotten one right away so I lost out on $200 that I shouldn't of had to pay. The girl was being rude to for a bit because she had other customers there that she needed to wait on and she got me really irritated but then we both kind of calm down but that's beside the point they are lying about how much you're gonna pay for the phone
After a costly and horrendous ordeal with TracFone/SafeLink Wireless, I decided to go back to traditional type service I walked into Metro by T Mobil located at 3750 Ming Ave, Bakersfield, CA on 12/3/21. I stepped up to the counter and stated I would like to start new service with the free phone when you switch promotion. I added, I'd like to keep my number. What was supposed to be a free phone, cost me $107 before leaving the store. This promotion is nothing more than a bait and switch operation to lure in gullible customers. I chose a Nokia X100. I was told in order to get the free phone, I must buy a $60 monthly plan. I stated I can't afford that and the salesperson said not to worryafter the first month I could choose a lesser plan. She added, if you want a lesser plan now, you'll have to pay full price for the phone which was $189 plus tax. I didn't get a contract, but when I got the receipt, it was unbelievable. I was charged $70 for a $60 plan that I scammed into buying. I declined insurance and was charged for insurance anyways. Their rationale for imposing insurance when I had declined was that it was policy. I was charged for a case that was supposedly free when I sign up for auto pay. Subtotal was $85 plus I was charged $22 sales tax. I tried to discuss the bill but the saleslady talked over me and much faster. Customers were piling up so I was passed off to someone else. The phone works for outgoing calls, I can call out but incoming calls do not reach me. People claim the phone rings when calling me but I can't hear it, my phone never light up. I'm going back tomorrow for a refund or exchange because I got nowhere yesterday. I left feeling foolish and frustrated.
