THEY ARE THE WORST QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE At first I was excited to find a site with such a huge modest Muslim clothing on one site and very reasonable pricing. As I stared ordering I saw why the prices were so cheap., The quality is reallyyyyy bad and sizes are way offff., Even after receiving my order and all of it was small & short and after at least 5 emails back and forth with Modanisa Customer Service, NOTHING WAS DONE AND NOBODY HELPED ME TO GET MY REFUND OR ANYTNIG. I have sent them all pictures sizes and requested info they asked for BUT NO HELP. THEY ARE THE WORST QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very good

Esselamu alejkum we rahmetullsh we barakatuhu I need to say that I am very satisfied with all cloth which I ordered and received from modanisa company.The quality is good and the cloth is the same how is presented on their website. Also I received my order on the time, after 7 days from day of order. I would reccomend everyone Modanisa company on the base of my experiance.

I made my order and they had charged me two times for the same order, I emailed several time so I got refund for the mistake charges back but never got my shipment, called customer service and he informed me that they canceled my order and I need to contact them again to get my money back, and he told me that all tunics I ordered are out of stock now, sure they should be out, it has been over two weeks now, and I don t think I will see my money again :(

Very bad

The worst company ever I have known
Very bad customer service and very bad items
Alot of the items come in bad conditions and different color
Last time i received two tunic with tears and spot and when I contact with them there is no respond

Bad service

And if i could put less than one star I wouldn't mind.
I made an order in ramadan to receive it before eid so that i can wear them on eid. The "cash on delivery" service was still available to lebanon. After 2 days they cancel this service and i they didn't inform me, nor my sister in law and my cousin who also ordered when the cash on delivery was still available. They didn't contact us to tell us that your order wont be delivered, i have waited for more than 20 days and I contacted them through and email, after a week which was yesterday they reply saying that my order was not delivered but returned back.
I posted a bad review on my instagram about modanisa to be surpriseeeeeeed by the amount of people who were also replying to me about their bad service, you can check that on my instagram: sirenmansour.
If you wanna change a service you must inform everyone, not making us wait for nothing, just imagine that the products I bought are for clients what would i have done?!

It was my first and last order from modanisa. Bad service.

I received a dress that according to the size chart attached online would fit me at a size 10-12 in US size and 44 in European size. However, when I received the dress it said on the tag size 8 and 42 in European size. This was too tight, and I couldn't wear it. Not a problem mistakes happen. So, I called Modanisa customer support and the gentlemen instructed me to take pictures of the garment signifying it is the wrong size and email it to Modanisa. So, I go ahead and sent an email and was told to wait 5 to 7 business days to hear back. So, I waited, but since I'm leaving the country and I read other reviews on this website that others have had issues getting refunds resolved, this made me hasty after 7 days and I did not hear back. I started calling Modanisa daily and letting them know this was an urgent issue and I was leaving the country and wouldn't have contact or internet access. The customer support line kept assuring me that they were sending it higher up and someone was working to resolve the issue. I'm not sure how complicated it could be to resolve the issue. They clearly sent the wrong size and I need a refund. So, after two weeks of waiting I finally received an email, requesting me to send picture of the garment. Which I already have done. I sent another email today with the same pictures I sent before. I am posting this in hopes that Modanisa responds as it seems they respond to these reviews faster than they respond to emails. I don't have two more weeks to wait for an email I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Hello, I ordered on 20th July 2020 from Modanisa for Eid. They promised to order before 25th July for guaranteed delivery before Eid. Just imagine, on 25th July they called and told "YOUR FULL ORDER IS CANCELLED as 1 item ran out of stock and 1 item is defected"... i requested the customer service agent to deliver me my rest of items (6 items) but he said no sorry its not our policy... PATHETIC POLICY seriously...

Excellent service

I ordered the hijabs and they came super fast. I was surprised by how fast they came. I opened the package and I was stunned by how they felt they were AMAZING. I recommend buying them!

OMG, are you looking for a turkish or iranian style pardesuss / kap / manteau / trenchcoat / long jacket?. This turkish website has heaps to choose from, and they have an English version of their website, and international shipping.

I was so happy to find this website, and even happier that they don't muck around.

You might need to translate a few turkish words here and there on the site,
I am a now a regular customer at this website.

*sales rack has amazing bargain finds, some of my best items came from sales rack!
*most of the Brands that modanisa stocks, well, their sizing is 'slim fitting' (see models in the photos) so, for extra modesty I personally choose a size up, but recommend always to check size charts.
*beautiful fabric, nice cut, you will get too many compliments!
*8 days Turnaround from Turkey to NZ, no shipping issues as of yet, alhamdulillah.
*gift wrapped, (unless from sale rack)
**Just a note, if ordering bags from this site, it may take a few days difference because it seems the bags are shipped from a different location than the clothes.
