I placed the order on 27 November and is now 9 December: I am still waiting on delivery. I have only received auto reply's on messages I have sent. In this day and age it should not take this long to ship or receive an order. I have checked the order number and it shows waiting in Jamaica, NY since 29 November.
It was instant love for the dog bed by both of the dogs! They wouldn't cuddle together, so a second bed was purchased! Now both are happy in their own fluffy beds!

I am absolutely shocked. Terrible quality, the fabric it is made out of is see through that's how thin and flimsy it is. I've had two days, the filling is coming out of it already. It says it can be washed, there is absolutely no way this product would even withstand one wash in the washing machine. Says it's n Irish brand on Google, absolute lie. Waste of money, I only wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

Very poor quality, don't waste your time or money! The website does not represent the truth about the product, and they do not live up to their claims about customer service.
First the sizing... I ordered based on Mr. Fluffy Friend's fit guide, but the Medium and 2XL are barely big enough for my Boston Terrier/Pug and Black Lab.
Second, the stuffing in these beds is completely inadequate. Aside from the ring that forms the sides of the bed there's no base at all, just a bit of random stuffing in the liner. This is useless, especially for our older dog that has arthritis and needs the cushioning.
Third is the representation of the bed as being 'machine washable', which is the main reason that I ordered them. Although the website does not say that the 'cover' is removable for washing, for customers that need a big bed for a big dog this is assumed. However the covering is not a removable, washable cover at all, but the whole bed is to be thrown in the washing machine! Larger beds are clearly too big for most machines, so the washing instructions address this by simply stating to 'hand wash' the bed... seriously? What an absolute JOKE.
Last but not least, when I requested to return them for a full refund I was told I had to return them at my expense (and within 30 days) to some depot in China! Clearly this would cost more than what I originally paid. As an alternative I was offered a meager 15% refund to just keep the beds, which I don't want as they're garbage. Everything about this company and their products is a load of BS. I am still going back and forth with their Customer Service people, and will lodge formal complaints if necessary. My advice? These guys are scammers - don't waste your money or your time!

The bed is almost perfect! Zeus and Athena love the bed, they take turns lying in it. The only thing is that it is thinner the I expected. I am assuming the smaller the bed the more cozy it is.

We have recently inherited a miniature Schnauzer from our son who had been allowed to sleep on the bed for six years. We knew it would be a difficult habit to break unless we had a comfortable dog bed.
This bed is perfect because she likes to sleep with her head raised sometimes and other times, she curls up. We bought a large bed, which allows also her to stretch out. It has been a week now and already she likes her bed and is staying off of our bed, which improves our sleeping.
We like the quality and feel of this bed. It took 18 days to arrive, which was within the 21 days the company advised. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend this bed.

I was a bit worried when I saw the vacuum packing but as soon as I cut the bag the bed started to fluff up. While I removed the packaging to the bin my dog decided to try out the bed and went to sleep. On it so he gives it the thumbs up clearly! When I first opened the fluffy bed, I was slightly disappointed. I expected something bigger and fluffier. I set the bed down, and Bella sniffed and then ignored the bed. A couple of days later, I walked into the bedroom, and she was pawing the bed but still not trying it out. FINALLY, after ten days, she was testing her new bed and loving it because I find her there every morning. I would not say it would be fair to call it an anxiety bed, but it is nice, and the dog likes it, a lot!

At 70 years old I have had umpteen 4 legged family members and many choices of bedding for them, always looking to provide the best comfort. Seeing the MrFluffyFriend website picture of the sleeping dog I saw the perfect Christmas gift for Bertie my 10 year old Jack Russell X Scottie. When I unpacked the bed and ruffled it up a bit I knew it would be a shame to make him wait until Christmas day! I get comfort seeing him sleep so well and Bertie certainly snuggles into the soft plush cushion, nose buried deep into the surround, So 5 stars from Bertie & me, and money well spent I think. Just one observation in hindsight that I might have ordered a larger size, but Bertie is not complaining!

Pepper loved his blanket from first time he saw it. He rolls around in it, puts all his teddies in it and it is on foot of my bed at nite. I wish I had one.
