Ordered product over a month ago. Still hasn't shown up. They sent me an email that was titled tracking info but there was no tracking info. Said they'd offer me 10% off on my next purchase because of the delay and if it was something I was interested in to contact them. I wish I'd read these reviews.
I ordered in November. It hasnot showed amd they claim they sent it and since it left their shop, they arent liable for their shipper (yet USPS says they are still awaiting the item and this has been the situation). Avoid this scam at all costs! They refused to refund or send another.
It took a long time to arrive, and when finally the bed arrived, surprise... it is a regular bed, nothing special... antianxiety? In their minds!
I asked for the address to return the product and surprise! Is in China!... they offered me no to return and they are going to give 15% back... why if I paid 100%...
Not fair!

The website said the bed I picked was good for a 55 pound dog, but it didn't say if that was the max or minimum weight. My dog was fifty, so I went for it. It's the maximum weight for sure. It came vacuum sealed to such an extent I couldn't believe that it was what I ordered, but after removing it, it began to plump up. It took almost a day of use and manual encouragement for it to fluff up to its intended size. I still wasn't sure if my dog would fit in it, but he does, and he lies in it a lot. It's very tidy and extremely light weight, so we don't need to worry about dragging a heavy dog bed around. We could totally take this on trips. It could also fit in my washing machine if I wanted, but I don't know if it's washing machine approved; no care instructions were included, but maybe that's on the website. My only gripe was that it took weeks to ship, but we have it now and have no complaints.

We have recently inherited a miniature Schnauzer from our son who had been allowed to sleep on the bed for six years. We knew it would be a difficult habit to break unless we had a comfortable dog bed.
This bed is perfect because she likes to sleep with her head raised sometimes and other times, she curls up. We bought a large bed, which allows also her to stretch out. It has been a week now and already she likes her bed and is staying off of our bed, which improves our sleeping.
We like the quality and feel of this bed. It took 18 days to arrive, which was within the 21 days the company advised. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend this bed.

When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. It was so flat we had to put the old bed under it. After a few weeks it smelled like dirty mop heads. Even the dog wouldn't sleep in it. Next problem- how to get rid of it! We purchased the large bed- it was stinking large mess to fit into a large trash bag. Save your money this is a scam!

Super fast processing and shipping. Fantastic bed. Would highly recommend! Good seller, recommended! The quality is super, the dog really liked it. I want to separately note the delivery-it is sooo fast (1 week). We have such a bed, which is twice as expensive, and the fabric is the same. In general, I advise this seller and this product 4 days delivery! Wauw. Arrived in less than 2 weeks in Bordeaux! It's the second one I ordered because my cat absolutely loves this bed. Softness is good. Only for XL I find too small for an American bulldog steferd Very beautiful!

You will not be able to return unless you pay 200.00 to ship a 2 pound package to China. This is an Intentional scam. They offer you 15% to keep. Report to Federal Goverment Fraud department. They are using different names but the same scams. File your complaints. BAN THEM FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE USA.

I purchased the largest bed they sell for my Anatolian Shepherd. I purchased a XXL. What I recieved was a medium bed that would fit a small pit bull. I wrote to the company, and they would not help me. I've now lost $$ I could not afford. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I explained that they sent me the wrong size, and they responded that I would have to pay to ship the bed back to China. MY EXPENSE. Haven't I spent enough for an error in thier end? Do NOT buy from this company! They claim returns are easy, but don't tell you up front that YOU would have to pay to ship the product to China!

I have reached out to this company severally. AWFUL customer service, and total disregard for the health of our pets. To top it off, after waiting several weeks for the product to even be shipped, it is smaller than I ordered, wrong color and stains. Everything about this company is problematic including not being transparent about its reviews, processing and refunds! The reviews on its website are all 5 star which is misleading and fraudulent. I have never received my mdse. There is no customer service phone number to contact only contact via email is available. I ordered my dog bed almost one month ago and my product has not shipped yet nor did I receive an email or phone call letting me know there was an issue with my order or a dlelay in shipping. When I first opened the fluffy bed, I was slightly disappointed. I expected something bigger and fluffier. I set the bed down, and Bella sniffed and then ignored the bed. A couple of days later, I walked into the bedroom, and she was pawing the bed but still not trying it out. FINALLY, after ten days, she was testing her new bed and loving it because I find her there every morning. I would not say it would be fair to call it an anxiety bed, but it is nice, and the dog likes it, a lot!

Skip this bunch! Tricked me into buying two beds saying I didn't give them all the billing info on the first. Pretty LOW. Tried to be the NICE guy BOY that didn't work OK I'll pay the shipping back to New Jersey OH NO back to CHINA. ALL in there court. PERIOD! Got a refund for Six or Seven dollars. I ordered from MrFluffy no friend a size XL lite gray and waited nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive.
I was very disappointed when I unwrapped the bed, it was like a medium/large no way an XL.
I asked for a full refund through Pay Pal and Mr. Fluffy no friend offered a measly 1/3 of my money back. So I refused their offer and requested a full refund per their website's disclaimer and MrFluffy no friend response was that I must pay return shipping to China! So I decided to call Pay Pal's Synchrony Bank and they gladly refunded my money and charged it back to MrFluffy no friend. So I got my full refund and MrFluffy no friend got hopefully nothing because Synchrony Bank will decide if they actually charge it back or eat the loss themselves. As far as the dog bed it's of no use and I will donate it to our local animal shelter.
Unhappy purchasers should call their Bank for a refund and maybe MrFluffy no friend will get the message unhappy customers will fight back.

Pay Pal asked for a full refund and MrFluffyFriend declined. My experience is your not really protected even using Pay Pal.

This company is a total scam! The beds are nothing like the beds in their add not even half as thick and their service department is pretty much non existent! They offer a 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked which is a joke because they refuse to respond to your request they pretty much ignore any correspondence at all! Take my advice and buy a $20.00 bed from Wal-Mart it'll be 10 times better than these and you won't have to wait forever to get it. This company has no conscious or morals whatsoever! This is the worst purchase I ever made all they're doing is going out do you love for your dog to get at your money it's just paper thin floor on it, Chinese junk. They probably bought Train carts of these things for pennies. Anyway they sent me the wrong bed and and at first refused to deal with me. He said i could send it back for 30 some odd dollars, my cost and they would see if they would maybe give me a refund. I don't trust them at all so I guess I'm stuck with the bed that a cat would barely fit on, meanwhile I have a Rottweiler. Do not buy anything from this company the quality and workmanship is garbage!

My dog loves the blanket, she likes to be against the raised edge. It has a waterproof backing which is also really useful as she licks herself. This was a good buy for her and me.

I posted my story on a Facebook group of pet owners ana realized there's many, many people from around the world who has exactly the same experience with the company.
