This bed took a very long time to arrive, but to be fair, my dog did like it. Unfortunately though, it was far too small for her. I ordered a bed that was supposed to be suitable for a Beagle. My dog is about the size of half a Beagle, but I wanted her to be able to stretch out in it comfortably. It was pretty expensive to me as I am on a pension, but when I complained about it being too small I was advised to 'give' it to someone else and buy another one. I can't afford to do this, so it has been a total waste of money. If you're considering purchasing this bed, order one that is much bigger than you think you will need for your dog, and be prepared to wait for several months to receive it. Very disappointing and an expensive lesson in Chinese sizing.
My 75 lb Standard Poodle LOVES the bed. Typically he's up and down in and outside but now is content to lounge in the bed. I got an xl. I don't understand why all the poor reviews. Anyway Teddy is a happy boy. Thank you!

Please do not buy anything from this company! The beds are totally inferior, not fit for purpose and a complete waste of money. Returns have to be sent at your cost to China with no guarantee of a refund. They charge three times the price for the same beds available at other retailers. Please do not buy from this company!

I bought a Mr Fluffy Friends bed on recommendation of a friend. Delivery was slightly longer than expected (due to demand, I suspect) bit the wait was worth it. My 'clingy' Black Labrador now prefers her fluffy bed to time on the sofa with me - a real compliment to her new bed! Love it!

I have had the misfortune to purchase BEFORE reading the reviews I sought a refund 5 days later only to be told (surprise surprise) the bed had been dispatched. Several emails later I realise what a lost cause it is trying to write to their non existent customer service. After telling them I would not accept the item IF and when it was finally Delivered the reply started off " I know you are eager to receive your dog bed"
Result I have lost 62.95 Euro. I fully endorse those who have warned " Do not buy." I have to say they are true to form, read their reply below. This is the standard BS they use to try and convince they care about the customer and their complaints when in fact the oppisate is true!
Sites like this which give genuine customer experiences are to be praised as they at least provide truthful reviews.

I ordered the anxiety calming donut bed which arrived tightly packaged but soon puffed up with a shake and plump up. I also ordered the car restraint seat belt, the shortest in length but still allows my little boy to wander around on the back seat, love it. Feels very strong and durable. I also purchased the adjustable feeding table. My dog loves it, wasn't sure for the first couple days but now he won't eat out of his old dishes. Ordered 1 XXL for $83 and immediately got an offer for a second one at great discount, which I purchased. Didn't hear after about 5 days and ended up in a series of 3-5 emails with replies from their support and then got USPS tracking number.
Just after their confirmation and tracking number I got a fraud call from my credit card company. I think they submitted the credit card under the name of another company, like AIC Auto Club.
We shall see if it arrives. I should have done more online shopping comparison, there are other seller out there with similar products and prices. I would absolutelyavoid this seller in the future.

We bought an orthopaedic pillow for one of our Cocker Spaniels.
The website experience was fine. Price not bad. Delivery not bad. Overall we're happy, however having followed the guidance for the weight to item size, we would suggest this guide to be inaccurate. Our Cocker Spaniel is quite small yet still the item seems too small for her.
To make use of it we replaced an existing small bed cushion with it. It fits well in that.
It seems to be good for her from a comfort point of view. She sleeps pretty much all night on it, in the bed,
Whereas before she was getting up and moving around on the old bed base cushion.
Would I recommend it? Yes for the comfort, but buy bigger than the guide suggests.

We have always used inside dog beds, so our beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback does not sleep on the rug, carpets or furniture. She normally eats the beds after a few days. Outstanding comfort has kept her from doing any damage other than to turn it over once. She sleeps so well in this bed, that when we go to the bedroom at night, she does NOT follow us for at least a few hours. Really, really pleased with this dog bed. Do you make them in wife sizes?

First let me say I will be purchasing another. I bought this for my dogs to lay together. They are not sharing. They race to the bed in the cage and whoever gets there first gets dibs. This bed was nothing like what they claimed. Its just a fringe bed with really NO stuffing at all. It's flat and my dog really don't like it. He is 83lbs it's way to small and flat. Total rip off. Ordered a large (35") dark grey dog bed. Upon order confirmation, was notified of "shipping delays". As such, I reached out to cancel. They then advised that the product had already shipped but they provided no tracking info. When challenged, they provided a tracking number. Bed arrived a few days later... I ordered dark grey...they delivered BLUE. I ordered and paid for a large (35") bed...they delivered small (<24") bed. The bed has little padding and is no where near thwe quality that they claim.
