The website said the bed I picked was good for a 55 pound dog, but it didn't say if that was the max or minimum weight. My dog was fifty, so I went for it. It's the maximum weight for sure. It came vacuum sealed to such an extent I couldn't believe that it was what I ordered, but after removing it, it began to plump up. It took almost a day of use and manual encouragement for it to fluff up to its intended size. I still wasn't sure if my dog would fit in it, but he does, and he lies in it a lot. It's very tidy and extremely light weight, so we don't need to worry about dragging a heavy dog bed around. We could totally take this on trips. It could also fit in my washing machine if I wanted, but I don't know if it's washing machine approved; no care instructions were included, but maybe that's on the website. My only gripe was that it took weeks to ship, but we have it now and have no complaints.
Placed my order October 2, still haven't received anything but shipping excuses.
Horrible people! They blame their shipping company but take zero responsibility.

I have nothing good to say about what is inaccurately described as a dog bed. It was flat without an stuffing...it was ridiculous to call this a dog bed, it was just a damn frisbee. Customer service and their refund policy, one big joke. You had to return it to China for a refund. The cost to do that was more than the bed. How this rip off company is still in business boggles my mind. DO NOT PURCHASE AS YOU WILL REGRET IT. Just a heads up so you don't get ripped off!

I was struck by the condition of the packaging upon arrival. It was my first
Red flag. The dog bed was wrapped in a torn plastic covering and taped up to look like a bag of garbage. There was nothing between the bed and the plastic so opening was a challenge in order to not damage the material. Upon opening it there wasn't a product insert, any washing instructions or material content. There wasn't even a tag attached. It looked like I received someone's return.
There was little stuffing and what was there was balled up in a bunch on one side and impossible to even out. I ordered a XXL and l received what looked like a M/L. I emailed the company and was offered 15% off or to return the product at my cost back to China with the original packaging in tact. The return would have been a small fortune and may not have been accepted because I had not received original packaging to begin with. The quality, pictures nor the description on the website reflect what I received. Fraudulent product for $113.00.
This company is a scam, its very hard to get an exchange or refund.they will offer you discount in order so you can keep your item,everything comes from china.i have to ship my item to china but whatever it will cost me i will still send my item back to them

When we bought an anxiety relieving dog bed, I was very sceptical, but within 24 hours of receiving it, our 8 year old pooch had stopped pacing. This started 2 years ago on bonfire night, and has continued ever since. He would pace around continuously carrying his favourite toy, but since getting this anxiety bed it has completely stopped.

Sizing guide on site is inaccurate, perhaps intentional, so that when you ask for a refund, they only give you the runaround along with an offer to buy a SECOND bed at a discount! After second request, they offered a refund of 15% (not 100%) There is no US site to return to, you have 30 days to return to their CHINA address- and the meter is ticking as they stall in returning your emails, with vague answers, no phone number or return address offered. Picture is my 5.5 pound dog in recommended XS bed. DO NOT WASTE TIME & MONEY!

I ordered an extra large bed it's supposed to be big enough for a doberman and it is not and I told them they offer me 10% off which is ridiculous! Look at the picture advertised even for a medium sized dog shows the bed should be a lot larger.

I only have positive comments to make about the company and the item I bought. I was kept up to date with the shipment details and it was delivered on time. The bed is vacuum packed and fluffed up after 15 minutes. My dog is old and spends a lot of time in her new bed and I have ordered one for my cat.

Usually with any type of new dog bed we had to encourage Gem to get on it with treats etc, when this arrived we set it on the floor and to our amazement she got on it straight away without enticement, and she looks so comfy on it so you can imagine how pleased we are service, product and price excellent 5 star thank you

I ordered an extra large bed. Took forever before they even shipped it. Half way to my house I got notified by USPS that they confiscated it due to counterfeit postage. So I cannot give a review on the bed.I contacted the company and was given the option to try and get another or refund. I took the refund. I had to give it one star or else this review would not post. Otherwise no star.

My dogs had no interest in the bed and so I called under the guarantee, and was told I would need to pay to ship the bed back to China. I'm guessing they don't get many returns. Really disappointed.

First of all, I will never buy from this company again. Size large is a small. I have 3 Rotties and one is a medium size the other two large. These pillows do not fit my dogs. Luckily the XXL fit for one. I will give the other two to a friend as a gift. Never never again. I should have looked at the ratings first... next time I will buy at a prt store or Costco

There is no plush. I'm so disappointed. The 1 star is for the lovely person at customer service who found my missing package - it took about 3 weeks to arrive. But, the product is not as advertised and is EXTREMELY expensive for what it is. The internal part is just cover, no real stuffing/filling. I got the xxl. It's small.

I ordered two of their largest dog anxiety beds. They're horrible. I took one out of the box and it is horrible. The only want to refund me 15% and it's supposed to be a full refund within 30 days. I only received this 3 days ago.
They say they are available 24/7 and they are not you. Email them and you get a response 2 or 3 days later.
I PAID a little over $100 for them.
Please if you care about your animal, do not buy from these people.
