Would give zero of could. Item not as described, way overpriced bought better quality 75% cheaper at aldi. Would have been more money better spent not purchasing from. Site and giving the $49 shipping cost to charity

Do not order total scam, no customer service. I was told my order shipped, it never arrived, I was then told it was delivered, never received it... then told to go chase the post office, they had no answer. This is a total scam I do not believe they ever shipped anything.

Don't waste your money

Does not envelop dog as advertised. Minimal stuffing so only cloth between dog and floor. Did like the soft fabric though

Epic Scammers

The site, along with their "shipping parter, Habit Parcel... " are essentially scams. Both score F with BBB. They don't respond to BBB requests for information. We believe both are owned by the same people. And need to be stopped. "*" is useless, but she's in the Netherlands just doing her thing in responding to emails for the Chinese Scam Syndicate.
Trustpilot does like truth either, so BBB link allowed. Go to the BBB and check out both organizations: MrFluffyPet and Habit Parcel eBusiness.

Fraud, scam and liers

Sent a note immediately after determining it would take a month to get the product. 2 days later I get a note that the order "is in process" and can't be refunded. They have no telephone number. DO NOT BUY! Their responses here are comical and do nothing to fix the issues.

This company is a scam!

They do not send the product and then tell you it takes 30 days to ship. They say they are in California and I live in Seattle. Nothing takes 30 days to ship from CA. When I inquired multiple times I was just strung along. I finally just disputed the charge and had my charge reversed on my credit card. Then all of a sudden I got my dog bed fast. INTERESTING. Don't buy form this fraudulent company! They have the worse customer service. If I could give this review a 0, that still would be too good.

TOTAL GARBAGE

Bed took forever to come. When it arrives it was so understaffed it's a joke! I contacted them and all they said was let it fluff out. Well 3 days later it was still $#*!! Worst ever,!

They wanted me to ship back to CHINA. I re-wrapped that was difficult, and when I got to USPS it cost more than the bed I had already paid for.

After just a few days of very little use, one of the beds already has a "bald" spot. We ordered 2 beds (+ a little one for my daughter's cat) and followed their website size suggestions, but they are too small. Our little Chihuahuas are afraid of laying in the beds, because they are too wobbly. The order was placed Dec/18/24 and was delivered Jan/11/25. We let them sit for 3 days, as instructed. Since today is the 19, I can't return them! Their answers when contact always sound like this (check their comments to the one-star reviews): "We've been receiving a lot of emails, etc." Buyer beware!

The bed was wadded up in a plastic mailer, with tape all around. The bed itself is very flimsy. Quality is sub par at best. I'd say it it's worth about $15 if I were to buy it again. For 3x that, it doesn't leave a good feeling about the investment. The dog is ok with the bed. It will be functional for a year or so. False advertising. Furthermore, it took 6+ weeks for delivery. There was no declaration in the ordering process that it would be shipping from China and subject to lengthy delays. Overall, awful experience. Save yourself the headache pass up on the over selling hype in the ads.

Don't Do It!

Wanted something nice for my furry friend. Order long before Christmas. Nothing showed up. Checked tracking number. Was still awaiting pickup by USPS. Messaged Mrfluffyfriend to cancel order. They lied and said it was already in route and refused to cancel. After several more attempts, I contacted USPS and order to not deliver even if it shipped. I also ordered a fraud investigation with both my Bank and USPS. This is my fault for trusting someone who claims they care about furry friends. Don't be fooled by this shameful company. They liers and scammers.

You have to give it a star to post, so I gave it one star. Otherwise, I'd give zero.

According to tracking, my bed has been sitting in some Los Angeles warehouse for almost a month. I wrote them an email and got a form letter response that was not responsive to my question.

This morning, I decided to go to PayPal and ask for refund but, alas, I had remembered incorrectly that I used PayPal. I had used my bank with no recourse. That's when I decided to Google if MrFluffyFriend is a legitimate business, which is how I found this site. Very informative site that I will use in the future before I buy from a company that I've never heard of before.

Also this morning after I realized I had no PayPal protection, I went to tracking update and much to my surprise, it looks like my bed is finally out of Los Angeles and in the post office's hands.

However, due to the reviews here, I am no longer excited about my old dog's new fluffy bed, The posters who did receive them say the beds are cheap, less fluffy and smaller than expected. I ordered an XXL and I know I am going to be gravely disappointed.

I hope people read about this site before they shop at MrFluffy. It's not fair they get to operate freely in the United States and tempt people with their lying pop-up ads all over the place.

If any good came out of this it's that I discovered this very helpful site.

Buyer Beware! I placed order number ******* on December 15,2024. It is now January 7,2025, and my order has been sitting at their shipping facility in Illinois since December 20,2024, which is what the tracking number reflects as the date the shipping label was created and awaiting pickup by their contracted shipper.
I have contacted them several times via email because they do not have a telephone number or a chat capability. Also, they have no listed principal place of business in the United States.
MrFluffyFriend Customer Service has twice responded to my emails each apologizing for the delay and indicating that the product would be shipped, but they did not provide an expected shipping or delivery date. Today, 7 January 2025, the Customer Service representative emailed me a new tracking number, but I suspect that changing the tracking number is simply a delay tactic so that it doesn't appear that the item has been waiting from 20 December 2024 for pickup at their shipping facility.
This delay is unacceptable and I have informed the company that I wanted to cancel my order and a complete refund inasmuch as the package is considerably delayed and has not even left their facility. The company has not responded to my emails indicating that I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund, and I suspect that they will continue to ignore my request. As such, I have initiated a dispute/claim for reimbursement with PayPal.
If you purchase from this company then you do so at your own risk. Being forewarned is forearmed.

A full month after placing and paying for a dog bed the USPO still didn't have my order. I sent my third email asking for someone to check on the order and for the third time I was told to he matter was out of their hands. I asked for my order to be cancelled and my credit card charge reversed and was told "too bad can't be done, our distributor has the order". The company lies and my advice is to avoid doing any business with this inept organization.

This company promises a timeline they can't deliver. They print labels but do not send the product to USPS. And when the product arrives it sucks! I bought a XXL bed for my lab and German Shepherd...this bed barely fits a medium size dog. The label says 100 cms, its 80 at best. I also bought a blanket...it is more like a pillow cover, very cheap quality priced at $36.in total I paid $189...I could have gotten much nicer products at PetSmart for half the price!

Placed order on 12/5 and now, a month later and about 10 emails to MrFluffy, no response or product. Only exception was a response to my very first email, apologizing for delay, due to the holiday season, please be patient, should be a couple more days. Beware of this company, as if this is not a scam, it's at the very least very poor customer service.

TOTAL SCAM

I ordered in November. It hasnot showed amd they claim they sent it and since it left their shop, they arent liable for their shipper (yet USPS says they are still awaiting the item and this has been the situation). Avoid this scam at all costs! They refused to refund or send another.
