I love my dog's new bed! It is pearl white and sort of adds a bit of luxury to my bedroom! Since my dog mainly uses our bed, she hasn't discovered her new fluffy bed but she will, in time. If not, I'm going to snuggle up in it!
They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it's so deceiving. It's not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt's Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted.(ZOOM IN to see the chapstick). My dog had a hole in one of the supposed "quality" beds and the cotton that it's stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I've bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.
Well santa delivered my fluffy friend dog bed and I can tell you my little pooch loves it. Its gorgeous and soft and perfect. Poochie definitely recommends it.

I ordered the bed product January 23rd it is now February 13th with no delivery yet. I tracked the "shipment" and it's annoying they sent it from Los Angeles (mind you I live in California) to New York, to Chicago and now it's Indiana. I am afraid if it ever arrives what the dog bed will look like. I wish I had seen these reviews before hand. Their customer support has been contacted but they're now help. I placed my order and paid in full. Payment was taken from my credit card. I have NOT received my item and they have my money. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to contact them on the website! Only way to contact them is via email. I keep getting the response that my item is on its way with false tracking information that links to a blank page.

Don't ever. Purchase from this business.
It is one of the worst experiences buying online I have ever had.
1.At the end of the day due to misleading advertising... product is NOT as pictured! (cannot stress this enough!)
2. Took much longer than delivery time frames and even longer than the extended time frame they use.
3. Ignored requests to cancel until they finally responded saying it was too late to cancel as product was on the way and I could return it when I received it.
4. finally received it... it was rubbish. Definitely nothing like pictured or described.
5. Refused to pay for return postage to CHINA after they couldn't cancel it
In the end I got 24 dollars refund to keep it so paid 74 dollars for a piece of material with hardly any stuffing.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY STATE THEY DO A LOT FOR CHARITY BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT CARE ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO HELP THEM DO THIS... IF THEY EVEN DO THIS.

I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service. I'm expected to file a claim with the post office, wait for the response to be told it is actually missing and send a screenshot of it to them to get a replacement bed. I'm way too busy to deal with all the hassle and I am disappointed that I didn't use Amazon. This would have already been resolved by Amazon and not questioned and required to provide a report from the post office in order to receive what I paid for. The fact that they have this disclaimer at the bottom of the 5th email I received is ridiculous. *MrFluffyFriend cannot reimburse or reship orders that were mishandled by the post office or stolen from the property* DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!

I never write reviews, but I am so dissatisfied with the deception of this company. The reviews on the company website are amazing, the bed looks like something I would even sleep on, but when it finally arrived (after 3 weeks), it is NOT fluffy like the picture makes it seem, the color is an UGLY blueish grey and my dog is better off laying on the hard floor. When I went to look at the return policy, all they give you is an email to send your request to and Joyce, who seems to be the only one working for this company, sends an email back saying that I AM responsible for shipping costs to return it to CHINA when supposedly they have fulfillment centers here in the US! TOTAL TOTAL TOTAL SCAM! Do not waste your time or money buying this cheaply made bed! Joyce-if you read this, my fiance is very famous on social media and he will be letting everyone know about our experience and your fraudulent fake company.

This is a review about Mr. FluffyFriend customer service, not the product itself. To cut to the chase, BE VERY SURE BEFORE YOU BUY, THAT YOU WON'T BE RETURNING THIS PRODUCT. To quote their webstie "If you or your fluffy friend decide it's not the perfect fit, a full refund is assured!" RIght. But, you will be paying full return costs--which means sending it back to CHINA! Even though the return address on the actual package was in New Jersey. Though I don't think the reason for return is relevant here, the reason was because my pet had passed away, and I told the company this.
When I told them that the cost of return from the US to China was more than what I paid for the product (the return cost was over $80), they courteously but unhelpfully said, "yes, return can be expensive." They offered me a 25% refund (to keep the product), and I felt I had no choice to accept. I guess I'll donate the bed to a shelter.

As everyone here has said they send you a cheap poorly made product that is nothing like advertised. If you'd like to to return it good luck. They have so far refused in three emails to provide an address for their warehouse for return shipping. Best of luck to anyone getting your money back out of these criminals.

As you can see they have sent the standard reply asking me to contact customer service. I have been in contact with them at the provided email. Joyce, thier customer service representative has been less than helpful (the same name of the one good review on this site btw)
They have so far avoided any real answers and have refused to provide a shipping label or an address for the return. As it states in their returns policy you have 30 days to return it to the nearest warehouse. Your guess is as good as mine as to where that may be. The have no listings or instructions for getting that information.
Sadly I have to admit I have been scammed by a common practice scam. They provide a photo of a nice product that would be possibly worth the price then send you a poorly crafted product that looks a little like what they showed you. Since the get to provide a tracking number they get to provide proof of delivery. Good luck getting your money back after that.
