I called and emailed for weeks on clarification of a certified letter they sent me, how to pay a deposit and general information. NO RESPONSE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS! BEWARE!

I filled out a application and paid the fee, Received a call stating that my application wasn't approved but they cannot give me details why not, They told me i have to reach the 3rd party company in which I did, The 3rd party company told me that they cannot give me details that the managing company would have to, They are a bunch of crooks that don't know what to say, I know it wasn't because of my salary because i make over 6 figures and the rent was 2500.MY honest opinion is that you would have to go the office and paid them off so they could approved you. When I told the rep that i was going to report to the BBB she got upset and asked why would I do that, At that time she specified that i was banned from putting a application with the company, I'm glad I didn't go with them because their is a bunch of reviews that are negative toward the company, If i could give them a minus star i would give them 5 - minus stars

On March 9th, I called Mainstreet Renewal (Geogia) my oven at the bottom there will be a fire and the fire will rise to the middle part of the oven. March 17th a technician left a "Sorry We Missed You" sign on my door. My family and I were in the house the whole time because my children are home schooled the time of his arrival was 9:55 am. The technician did not call me. So when I saw the message I called at 10:23am to tell them, I was home the whole time and even my dog did not bark no one heard him. I explained to the customer service agent the GAS stove will will have a huge blaze in the bottom and middle part of the oven. I am scared to use the top part of the oven thinking the oven will blow up! The agent said he would put the work order as "urgent" and was calling scheduling. I look on my work order history and saw they put in the system my work order was completed, if I was not home how can it be completed? No one has called or set an appointment, they have not requested for the gas company to come by and see if there is any gas leaks. NOTHING! I pay rent on time every month and I have not been here a year yet! This is ridiculous...

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! The company used new condition photos to advertise the home, we moved from out of state site unseen, BIG MISTAKE! They are a total slum lord style management company who send hacks to do repairs WHEN they actually get around to making any repairs. They overcharge for what this place is and charge services they say they provide and DONT, we haven't been able to use the pool but about half the time we've been here due to lack of maintenance or poor maintenance even with us making multiple requests and informing them. Conditions of the home were WAY less than sanity when we arrived for move in and just overall detrioration. Home is not to code and poses various hazardous liabilities that they know about and continue to ignore. We are stuck in this lease, if there was the option for a negative star review I'd do it! Customer service representatives can't help, resident portal doesn't work, Maintenance request platform is a joke, they don't do anything about them and you can't have more than one issue per topic at a time

WORST RENTAL COMPANY DO NOT EVER RENT. Sewage and mold issues from the day we moved in. "Property manager" Michael king has not responded to any messages and this house is leaking sewage out of every single drain/toilet. "Maintenance" doesn't know what they're doing and whenever you make appts, the workers never show up in the window of time the appt was made. The customer service center is run by people who have no idea who their manager is or the contact. Multiple requests for a supervisor or manager to reach out have been ignored. We have no other numbers to contact to help with the sewage issues. Snake and rooter have come out on three occasions to "fix" things and still we have food waste and sewage coming out after 5 maintenance requests and appointments with technicians coming out. We moved in, in late JANUARY. IT IS MARCH. We have never been contacted by their "team of customer representatives" about any of our requests for a new property manager or any of our complaints of workers coming by when there was no appointment made or not fixing the original problem. I'm fed UP with this company and how they allowed us to move into this UNSAFE home. TERRIBLE, AWFUL, COMPLETELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER RENTED FROM. And we pay close to two thousand dollars for THIS? We will be continuing with reaching out to a lawyer to see if there's anything that can be done to get out of this lease. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM. This was your warning.

I am a current resident and I've been residing in one of their properties for 8 months now. I placed a work order three weeks ago about my air conditioner not working. A company they do business with, Complete Heating and Cooling, came out to assess the air conditioner. The air conditioner still did not work and the company said they would be back to finish the repair. This was three weeks ago. Since then, they have set up two appointments with me that held a window of 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm which I called off work both times and they didn't show up nor did they call to let me know they weren't coming. I called Main Street Renewal to complain again and they just referred me back to Complete Heating and Cooling. Complete scheduled another appointment for Monday June 18th of which they didn't show up again nor did they call. I called MSR this morning to inform them and they said that Complete updated their notes saying that they spoke with me and that I said I wasn't home and wanted to reschedule to today the 19th which is a lie. I've never dealt with such disregard for professionalism. I live in Georgia and its been over 90 degrees which makes staying in my home unbearable. It's been causing complications with my asthma and allergies and MSR refuses to address this issue and get this repair done.
I applied and paid fee - late at night after hours BY morning I was denied but they wont give me a reason.

Since march 10th this ocmpany has my deposit and prorated rent for the month of March, contract started march 15th. Today is the 25th of march and still havent received the keys or password to get into the property. I have called their office 4 times just today and all i get is a bunch of appologies for their lack of resolving my problem and nothing else, i have emailed Lysa the person handling my contract and no response back. Their supervisor is MIA i've been on the phone for more than 20 min on the 4th call and no manager that can get my call. All the Spanish speaking reps that answer the phone just laugh on the call and tell you to wait. This company is unprofessional and incompetent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

WE APPLIED FOR A HOME AND PAID APPLICATION FEES. ON THE SITE IT SAYS THAT IT TAKES 3-5 FOR THE PROCESS IN THE MEAN TIME ALMOST 2 WEEKS WENT BY. HIS APP. WAS DENIED I CALLED TO SEE WHY. AND TO BE TOLD THAT SOMEONE ELESE HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR THE HOME. BUT I WAS STILL ABLE TO TOUR THE HOME WITH NO PROBLEM. THE HOME WAS AVAILABLE ON JUNE 9 AND TODAY ON JULY 26 IT IS OFF THE MARKET. MORE THAN ONE FAMILY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO APPLY FOR A HOME IF SOMEONE ELESE HAVE. WHEN A HOME SAY JUST LIST I GIVE THEM A CALL FOR THEM TO SAY OH SOMEONE ELESE HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR THE HOME. HOW IF IT WAS JUST LISTED I COULD NOT DO NOTHING BUT LAUGH IT OFF LIKE REALLY EVERY HOUSE I ASKED THE LADY ABOUT SOMEONE HAS ALREADY BEEN APPROVED. I WILL NOT BE LOOKING BACK ON THIS SITE FOR ANOTHER HOME AT ALL. I HAVE NEVER HAD THE HARDEST TIME WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS ONE HOPEFULLY THEY WILL HIRE THE RIGHT PEOPLE THAT WANTS TO WORK AND ANSWER THE PHONES AND EMAILS.

Answer: Don't bother... waste of money for an overpriced house. Their customer service is terrible. They give you the run around and the techs they send out are not certified. Look like people the just find off the street and hire for a repair to do. My husband and I are currently looking for an attorney to get out of this lease. We've only been renting from them for 4 months and have had SOOO many problems with this house. Look else where.
