Ik had een vraagje en ben vriendelijk geholpen door een dame die nederlands sprak wat voor mij toch net even iets makkelijker ging.
Es wurde mir bei meinem DNA Problem sehr schnell und ohne weiteres geholfen. Danke. Ich bekomme ein neues Kit und kann dann weitermachen.
Er wordt duidelijke hulp geboden met veel geduld. Het enige dat verbetert kan worden is de wachttijd als je in de wacht staat.
Nachdem die DNA Proben unterwegs verloren gegangen sind, habe ich per mail Sonntags um eine Ersatz Lieferung gebeten und prompt kam auch eine Antwort, dass mir eines neues DNA Kit zugesendet wird.
Vriendelijk telefoniste mij super geholpen. En alles goed geregeld.ik ben blij dat als je abonnement is gestopt toch nog je basis houdt

Wir haben DIE SELBE Speichel - Probe an 2 verschiedene Gen-Institute geschickt:
(an My Heritage, und an IGENEA, aber es waren die komplett selben Proben der selben Personen);
Und wie kann es jetzt sein dass die Resultate der % Verteilung welche wir von My Heritage erhalten haben, komplett andere sind, als die Resultate welche wir von IGENEA erhalten haben?,

58% Balkan-Bewohner,
23,5% Balte,
18,5% Skandinavier,
B von IGENEA (von der selben Speichel-Probe):

Wie ist es möglich dass bei ein und der selben Speichelprobe so verschiedene Resultate herauskommen?,
Die Unterschiede in den Resultaten bei meinen Verwandten (Frau, Kinder) sind genauso gross,
Das würde somit heissen, wenn die selben Personen noch eine dritte Speichelprobe schicken würden,
Dann wäre die dritte Gen-Analyse wieder komplett anders als die ersten beiden gen-Analysen?;

Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". Click "View details". The details contain section "Cancel subscription". Maybe you can get advice by mail from MyHeritage support team (support@myheritage.com).
Answer: If you are looking to get as many connections to your tree that you can, use My Heritage. If you want flexibility in who is added to your tree, use Ancestry.
