Denied me access to their surveys which are way too long. Who are they to judge. Didn't like my political answers.

I love using MyPoints! I visit everyday and use the points for gift cards to use on my two favorite stores!

Its a great way to save up and make great purchases. I also redeem for gift cards. I enjoy My Points.

I do "mypoints" every day, advertise for referrals, and go through the site for purchases. But i can never get support!

Not satisfied with the points for completed surveys. Discouraging to even attempt a survey since I do not qualify for most.

I love the my points as it gives me the chance to earn points and then redeem for various gift cards.

They offer many deals and have good customer service. They promptly respond to any questions or concerns and are very reliable

I enjoy the interesting survey that are provided. As I can points it is a sure way for a free giftcard.

I like mypoints but it's hard earning points sometimes. I think it's a good way to spend your free time though.

Been a member for at least 12 years. At first it was great. Then slowly it got to where it was harder & harder to earn points, took up wayyyyyy too much time, they added too many new regulations, and basically made it too time consuming. I will say I've never had a problem getting my gift cards promptly. But the surveys were one of the few ways I could earn points, then that changed. I NEVER qualify for them anymore, and after spending over 40 minutes every time answering inane, stupid questions that have been asked over & over in nearly every survey, I'd suddenly not qualify. Sometimes I would get 5 points for it but that's hardly worth the time spent. The Ipsos interactive surveys are the worst, and I won't even do them because you don't even get the five points for trying.
Recently it seems swagbucks & mypoints have merged. No notice to the members that I know of. All I know is that since they revamped the website, offers that don't expire for 7 days come up as expired & I get nothing for clicking on them. I can't watch videos because of my crappy internet service so I don't get those points (which also seem hardly worth the time it takes), the website often won't open an offer because the browser will say the site or the connection is insecure, which is never a good thing. When I've needed to contact customer service I was lucky enough to get good service once. After that it was mostly canned responses or promises to do something and not following through on the issue. So, I recently cashed in my points, and am going to delete my account and look for a better program. Mypoints has become a huge waste of time, it takes four times longer to try & accumulate points, if your points aren't credited, too bad, because they won't do anything about it.

I don't recommend MyPoints unless you like being ignored, having your time wasted, waiting 18-24 months to accumulate enough points for a gift card with more than ten bucks on it, and going to a website that has become dysfunctional.

MyPoints is great, and you are able to receive gift cards as a reward for using it. There are lots of options to choose from for your gift card.

I like Mypoints, I can take surveys make purchases to add points for gift cards. Ive been a member for a long time and it is easy to use.

Love mypoints. I learn about new products, get to take surveys that are fun to complete, all the while earning; points. What's not to love?

Great way to earn gift cards with little effort. I get a couple cards a month just by watching videos and doing a few surveys.

Easy site to use. Nice way to kill time and earn rewards. Takes a while to earn points if you don't shop but still possible.

I been with mypoints a few years and even got a friend to sign up never been disappointed its a big help during the holidays

I use mypoints for amazon E cards, I can find anything on that website. So year round I keep doing the surveys. Easy to use!

I try to get to My points every day. I've earned quite a few gift cards. I've been doing it for more than a year.

This year is going to esp be a very hard one financially and my points is going to help so much with buying daily needs.

When I go on vacation or just go home for a weekend I take at least two gift cards with me to help with food.

Love this site. Super easy to get rewards. Never had any issues. I am able to earn rewards quickly and usually recieve them withing about two days.
