I use this site weekly to take surveys, watch videos and print coupons. The site is easy to use and I can redeem my points for gift cards that are mostly available right away.

It'd be nice if the points became worth more over time and number of redemptions. I like the range but sometimes it's a fight to deal with the hoops of the program and such.

MyPoints offers hundreds of online stores for shopping. Some are one of a kind. You gain points for dollars spent. It makes sense to use this site for shopping since you get cash back.

I have been a member for almost 10 years with mypoints and love it! It has helped me stretch my money and allow me to buy others Christmas and Birthday gifts with the gift cards I get.

I visit my points multiple times a day, I love it. I do about 10 other surveys and my points by for is the number one on my list, they continue to out perform others by far.

It is so easy to earn points. Been a member for a long time. I enjoy answering surveys & can shop online & earn points as well. I would recommend to anyone who looks at emails regularly.

I enjoy earning gift cards from MyPoints. And I also enjoy doing surveys, because there are some days when they have surveys about my favorite things.

I enjoy doing the surveys and reviewing the news articles a lot. And guess what... getting rewarded for doing so.

As negative as I can give them. I had accumulated 65,458 points to be redeemed yet and as of Dec, 2019 the account suddenly disappeared and I can not get a real human without paying 5.00 with credit card for any assistance. They locked me out first with none of my information available then after many automated attempts because that's all you get, I was able to get in but there are zero points now. How convenient for them. Years of purchases gone., so My advice is don't use them. You'll open your account one day and it will be all gone, with no assistance from anyone. I lost about 400.00 plus of accumulated points gone over night without an explanation, or help to figure it out. That's awful customer service when you get none. The problem is on their side not mine, but I have no way of getting it resolved. I refuse to post a credit card to get help. I don't trust them anymore. So maybe you shouldn't either. Use other sites and cash them in right away. Before they fold like I think this company is going to do. I had heard Swagbucks bought them but no one has been notified and my points were not transferred for sure. I was SCAMMED out of lots of gift card values. I'm very upset to say the least.

I have been a member of My Points since 2004, and I have gathered up a lot of points to cash in for some great rewards.

Then, several years ago, things started to get worse and worse. The Surveys page, which My Points tries very hard to tout, does not always (make that usually) work. One is supposed to earn 5 points (used to be 10) every time one gets kicked off a survey. I find myself starting, what is shown as a "5 minute survey" only to get kicked off within a few seconds. However, instead of awarding me 5 points, it puts me straight into another one, and another, and another. By the time I get my 5 points, I've completed 5 surveys, 90% towards completion and My Points has all of my information. I've also completed surveys and not earned any points! But try to contact them to dispute this, and you can't! I mean, it takes FOREVER, and if you didn't note the number of the Survey you completed, you're not getting any points.

Final straw for me was when I completed a Survey 4 weeks ago, and it showed that payment of the points would be delayed (60 days, it said). I have been watching the countdown of days for the past 4 weeks until all of a sudden I woke up on Saturday to see that my points were missing, and that there was NO notice of any points due to me. What's more, I'm going around in circles trying to find someone to contact about this, but cannot without the Survey number.

So. I'm done. I'm unsubscribing. After close to 20 years, I'll go find something else to do with my time.

I have been a member for over five years. The site seems to have gone downhill in the last year. I belong to several other survey groups. Point redemptions are very high compared to the other survey sites I belong to. For other survey sites a $25 reward costs 2,500 points on My Points a $25 reward costs 3,970 points. Watching videos is a waste of time as it sometimes takes 10-20 minutes to watch a video for a measly one or two points. It's disappointing when you spend 20-25 minutes or longer and at the end it says you do not qualify for this survey. I enjoy completing/taking your surveys. There is one change I would like to suggest. I would like to recommend a landing page when you first start a survey that has all of your personal information (name, address, age, employment, birthdate, earnings, marital status, etc.). If changes need to be made you can answer the following question: Is your information correct or do you need to make changes? (yes or no). If yes is answered then it would allow you to make the necessary changes. If no is answered it would then take you directly into your survey. This would benefit survey takers from having to answer these personal questions each time a new survey is started. I have answered some of the same surveys over 15 times and almost have them memorized as to what the next question(s) will be.

I have been locked out of my MyPoints account, I have accumulated over $100 in points and they blocked me from their FB page! They have made sure there is NO way I can contact them! No one answers my emails, calls to their customer service number go no where and they've blocked me from their FB page. They are UNTRUSTWORTHY!

I enjoy spending time on mypoints in so many ways. The surveys test your knowledge and keep it sharp. The different sights improve your experiences and expands yor ability

It is good to give opinions to the world so they know what people are thinking. Also it's fun to get points back to get gift cards. It's easy most of the time but there are some complicated surveys.

Takes little time and keeps you focused on questions excellent use of time... the variety of questions nd subject matter keep you wanting to come back for more of this online type experience

I like earning points when I shop and then using those points for playing my internet games to buy extra gems etc, I do not like the daily points list to earn and earn more weekly and monthly because of the survey rejections and DISCOVER step is always the same things.

I log into MyPoints everyday and always strive to meet my daily goals. I am retired so the points help me earn giftt cards for essentials and nonessentials.

I've been a member since 2009 and ejoy all its benefits anf fun it has to offer. The points never expire and great bonus system with a wide variety of things to do.

I make $25-50 dollars extra every month for the last 10 years! I only spend about an hour a day doing it, if I had more time I would make a lot more! Thank-you My Points for the extra cash! It also has been my gas money to go places or it has paid for my medicines, and I have bought clothes, food, etc... there is a lot of things I have used this for... so Thanks again! I LOVE THIS AND IT IS FUN AND YOU LEARN A LOT!

I like using my points the surveys are wide ranging. Very interesting to take. I am only a casual user but I enjoy being able to redeem my points for rewards. Thanks!

I belong to several survey sites. I have been doing surveys for 40 years (I used to mail them in). I earn more rewards from MyPoints than any of the other sites.

I love shopping Amazon, however at this time they stop giving points for using mypoints site. I am hoping that they return to allowing points to be use. This is a great program yo use.
