Napa Auto Parts, Hwy. 49, Richland, MS: The website says they open at 6:30 AM, they open at 7:00 AM.
I made two orders and had received order complete emails "ready to pick up". A day later I go to store at 6:30 AM (but they open at 7:00 AM, see above).
I come back same day around noon, waiting in line as though I had not previously ordered and paid for, after 10 minutes I interrupt and ask if they had a "pick up" window for online orders. I was told "we're busy you just need to give us time, we'll get to you eventually".
The guys behind counter and the Boss talk and say how much they hate online orders and how they are always messed up. I mention they should remove the option from web $#*!e and also correct store hours.
They just shrugged that off and continued to complain.
They finally brought the ordered items to the counter but could not figure if I had paid online or not (I had paid online) and could not print a ticket. I look at the Boss and say I have paid and I don't need a ticket, can I just take the items and leave, he agreed and I left after 30 minutes in store time for an online order.

Zero stars

Sent two axles both destroyed in shipping process from poor packaging. No measures taken to protect splines or threads. Never had an issue from a company like this. It's like they searched for the lousiest used box available and threw, yes threw it in there. Second one arrived with end sticking out, UPS didn't even try to help with that one. So here I am 18 days out since original purchase and car is still on Jack stands, thanks NAPA! I got a refund for this one and bought one at dealership in person. The other one was shipped to me with no issues, go figure.

Oh no! Your car has broken down and you need a part shipped out to you ASAP. Without this part, you won't be able to get your grandma to her doctor appointments and she'll die! Well guess what, she's as good as dead. I ordered tire cleaner, not some specialty part or something so rare that only Indiana Jones can find it, tire cleaner. Been more than 2 weeks now, when my order was supposedly estimated to be delivered on May 3rd. May 13th and I'll I've got is a bad taste in my mouth, probably worst than what I would taste if I drank the tire cleaner. I can assure you, this is NOT the company you want to buy anything from. No communication with delays, you need to reach out to them to say "Hey, you didn't ship my stuff yet." Then, like they did me, they will respond to your message in a timely fashion and say "oh yeah, we are shipping that out now." Then 5 days later you still don't have proof of shipping and their site says nothing has shipped. Don't waste your time here. Don't give them your money. Stay away. Save Grandma and go literally anywhere else.

Then argued by texting for another 15 minutes, claim 4.9 star review i give you a 10 argue mental issues, a 1 for customer service have a good day so much for brick and mortor went to ebay no argument

Total mockery

Good afternoon, I placed an order for 2 products and they never arrived and ups sends me a notification saying that it was delivered yesterday at 10:12 am at the front door but it was not like that I checked immediately and it never happened I checked the cameras and nobody passed over there; I tried to make the claim with ups and they told me that I should make the claim to you NAPA, I sent them an email yesterday and they told me to call a phone number that does not work *******272 is offline, I feel frustrated because I need the urgent tool and my purchase was lost and nobody gives me any answer, it seems to me a total mockery

STAY AWAY!

Part did not fit and it took a month to get return instructions. Have now waited 3 weeks and not received refund. On the funny side, They asked for a review which I gave them. I received a note back informing me that my review did not meet their guide lines. IE: They won't publish bad reviews. LOL

What Other Site Can't Get Pricing Right?

The Good: Other parts stores mostly seem to have the exact same parts; NAPA often has stuff they don't.

The Bad: Online order pricing. My recent order showed three different prices, depending on whether your believed the email from PayPal, the email from NAPA, or what PayPal showed when the dust had settled. All other businesses get this right, so I don't want to hear the excuses. Also, they often fail to send a "Your NAPA Order is Ready" email, no matter how long you wait. It's happened to me multiple times, so it's a real issue that needs to be fixed.

The Ugly: Sometimes the site is wrong about which parts will and won't fit your car. Attached photos show a tail-light socket they said wouldn't fit fitting perfectly, and they weren't offering any other option.

In the Perrine store that I visited today there is a gentleman Gio Martinez that has exceptional customer service he is very kind, helpful has a smile on his face and goes above and beyond and exceeds by expectations. Gio is awesome!

The only reason I ordered these items from NAPA was because they were in stock and their site said free delivery next day for orders of $35. Three days later I still have not received my order. Will not be ordering from them again!

Purchased an inline 12-volt fuel pump from the NAPA in Stigler, Oklahoma. Fuel pump lasted less than 1 hour run time. This was a $50 fuel pump. Had my receipt and was told by the manager that NAPA wouldn't replace or refund cost of pump. Purchased pump 12/20/21 asked for return or replacement on 3/8/22.

Bait And Switch

Ordered wiper blades on line would not let me pay online during check out they were shipped to store. When i went to pick them up was charged more than my online price shown. I was told oh we can not honor on line price. All the parts they have are priced high and made in China, never again will I got to this outfit bait and switch prices. I contacted NAPA thru chat was told to call 1 800 number called it they told me they were going to call the store and call back they never called back I hope to see them go out of business soon

Why is Napa still in business. The sell nothing but crap part. 95% of the parts I get are defective. I do believe this is fraud. I'll have my lawyer look into it. Don't buy from crapa. You are wasting time. The part you get probly will be defective I'd go elsewhere and avoid the hassle and time wasting

Bait and Switch

I ordered some booster cable clamps online to pick up at the Norfolk, NE store the price I was given was for $10.69. When I went to pick up they wanted to charge me $13.36 when I tried to show them the email showing the correct price counter person gave me some ridiculous explanation that the price quoted is for participating stores. Real smart they would rather quibble over a couple of bucks instead of making a sale. If I were you I would not waste your time doing business with these geniuses.

Earle, Arkansas Napa auto parts store really disgusted me with signs they had displayed on their display screen outside the store. I turned away and didn't give them my business. Politician affiliation of ANY party should not be displayed on businesses.

Apathetic Customer Service

My wife was recently injured and is seeing multiple doctors and physical therapists, and cannot drive. When my car broke down (which is our only means of transportation), I needed to get it operational ASAP, so I went online and found the part I needed on Napa's website (the first site listed). Their site gave me the option of "arrives tomorrow" (which I chose), however, I got a confirmation email that says "arrives in 5 days". I called to resolve this, and the customer service rep repeatedly told me that (1) he could not cancel the order and (2) if I need it sooner, get it somewhere else. He offered no other solution and kept saying there's nothing else he could do. I then placed an order through Auto Zone (who will deliver the part to my house tomorrow). I cringe at the thought of trying to return the Napa part next week. Will never do business with them again!
