They delivered my package late at night and in the wrong place and it got stolen. Or they just didn't leave anything there because there was no packages! Just awful! And it's the second time that happens!
Seeing the delivery man throw my package at my door. I pick it up to find the box ripped open and the packing taken out. I guess he didn't care for my chargers. They were replaced into my box. I hope someone will look into this so no one is rippedoff
This was my first time with this delivery service. They are very incompetent. They delivered my package to the wrong address today. I had to walk around searching for my misplaced package in the rain. Their customer service is very slow as well. I would not recommend them to anyone!
They delivered my package to the wrong house twice. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but the driver took it to the wrong house and now they say they can't relocate it. They delivered it to my neighbors house who is known to steal things and haven stolen things from me in the past. They acted so nonchalant about it like it wasn't their problem. Horrible company. Don't ever buy anything from a place that uses ontrac they obviously hire drivers who have zero brain cells and don't know how to read addresses. If I could give them zero stars I would.
They delivered my package in another place, my address is perfectly specific, they put it in another building, and never game me an explanation, very disappointing because I was waiting for my productos more than one week ago.
If ontrac is delivering your package plan on not receiving it... walmart uses them so they can compete with amazon and their delivery percentage for me has been a big fat zero... when they ship it fedex or ups it arrives and when they ship with ontrac it does not.

Received my packages in Boise on Aug. 21st. 5 days ago and will not give me a delivery date. They will not let me pick up my packages either.
My package was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. I sent many message through the website asking for an update as the last update on their website was from Tuesday Nov 6th. I got an auto reply saying someone will get back to me in 48 hours. This is my first experience with this company but I WON'T NEVER order from the company that used them, again.
They signed my delivery package and never delivered my stuff. It he value of my package is 600$ +, they are a scam company and stole my stuff! I

I put time sensitive legal documents into the On Trac drop box for next day delivery. Not only were the documents not delivered, apparently On Trac doesn't even service that drop box. There was no indication on the drop box that it was out of service. I'd used it successfully in the past. When I called the staff was less than empathetic. They said they'd look into it and get back to me, probably not today.
They used to be good. I'll never use them again.
I still have no idea if I'll ever see those original documents again, and if so when.
It was the worst experience I ever had.
As I was reading reviews I saw that people complaining about the delay, my situation ended up to be much worse than a delay.
Ontrac delivery drivers left my package outside my appartment complex, just threw it on the road didn't even bother to enter the gates.
To say that I'm upset is to not say nothing.

I placed the order thru Amazonand really wish I could have seen the reviews for the shipping company before I placed my order. It has been over a week for my tv to travel 100 miles, and they even had the balls to say my office was closed when I was standing in the lobby and got the text message.
Wish I could say 0/5. Company sent my package from Texas less than 100 mi from my house to Los Angeles California and then said they could not deliver it to me in "my area" in Texas and then said they did not have my address (that was on the package). Horrible company and customer service.
Why do any companies work with this horribly sad excuse for a parcel service? Ordered from Temu Xmas gifts. Temu had to split order in 2 shipments due to regulatory stuff well the first half thst came by ups has been received for a week now and the half shipped with On trac is in the wind and like everyone else says they same canned responses from their cs reps and they take zero responsibility nor can they even venture to give you any kind of updates that are real. They need to be out of business.
I received an email stating my package was delivered... NOT! I kept looking for it and never saw a delivery. The next day my neighbor 10 houses down came to my door with my package... the addresses were worlds apart. The driver was just plain LAZY!. I'm thankful that my neighbor was honest enough to return my package to me. When I complained to Ontrac all I got was "... sorry for the inconvenience", short and not sweet or sorry... I wrote back they need to retrain their delivery people and IMPROVE their service. I also let the company I purchased from that they need to use a different service in the near future. Ontrac SUCKS! I will NOT purchase from a company that uses them.
I've ordered from Amazon for more than ten years now. On the unlikely chance that OnTrac ends up being the carrier, I have a 20/80 chance of receiving my item on time, if at all. I won't order from a popular beef company out of Omaha for the fact that they ship via On Trac and won't offer another choice. I've dealt with many delivery companies in my years and how On Trac is still in business is beyond me.
I don't usually write negative reviews, but I had to come on here to warn others. I ordered a package through Cider, it was supposed to come within a week. A week passes and I check the OnTrac site, it was sitting in their warehouse in NJ for 2 weeks almost. I wrote to them and got no response. I finally contacted Cider and they were helpful, let me know my package would be delayed. The next day my package all of sudden moved and was delivered. I have a suspicion if I had not reached out to Cider my package would have been sitting there for a very long time. I didn't intend to write a negative review even then. It wasn't until I got an email from OnTrac telling me my package had been delivered, I look out my window the package was thrown into the creek in my front yard. Clearly the delivery person just chucked it out onto my lawn. Luckily nothing was ruined. Still they are a horrible company.
They are the worst company ever. They lie and they just don't care. They should be shut down. All these high end companies can do better. They steal your stuff and say it's delivered and do nothing about it and they know it's happening and continue to allow it. Have your delivery people take pictures if it's actually being delivered. I have proof of nobody delivering anything at the time and place they say it was delivered and they still did nothing. That shows how much class they have. They CEO should be ashamed.
I'd say about 1/5 of my OnTrac packages make it to my front door. They seem nice enough when you call them, but they are no help. It blows my mind that a company doing such shoddy work is still in business. Where else can you do your job 1/5 of the time and still remain in business?
The only way to make a difference is to COMPLAIN to the companies we are buying from. They are the ones shipping though OnTrac, and unless we make it thier problem they will continue to do so! Call Walmart, Target, etc and complain to them! OnTrac isn't listening; they do not care. Let's make them care.
I KNOW the person delivering with this company either lost or took my package because even though it said it was delivered, it wasn't, and I can check my outdoor cameras to see if someone actually came that day or not. I get a notification every time someone approaches, including cars/vans driving by. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked with my neighbors to see if maybe they delivered to another house by mistake, which can happen sometimes. Nope. OnTrac claimed that they couldn't help me because too much time (18 days) had passed since they listed my item as being delivered. They basically absolved themselves of any wrongdoing. Apparently, they have done this kind of thing often based on what I read when I typed "OnTrac reviews" into a Google search. Companies want to use them because they are a cheaper option, but then customers get screwed over.

Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
