Worst business

This is THE worst last mile delivery business without taking responsibilities. Their drivers stealing packages and leaving you out of the item and money. I have 5 cameras at the front of my house and none of it captured any delivery but they claim that my package has been delivered, not able to provide the location where the driver left the package at my house. No picture, nothing. They will tell you: "Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered" and you can't do anything about that. This is a classic legal fraud and scamming business allowed by our great government.

Delivery by OnTrac was a disaster. The item was reported as delivered by OnTrac when in fact it was NOT! To make matters worse when told the package wasn't delivered they said it would be looked into. They said it had been. They have no proof such as a picture and an air of knowing that is infuriating. It has cost me $200. Lying company.

Drivers don't seem to actually attempt delivery. Drivers claim that packages are "undeliverable" when, in fact, there is no attempt made. I experienced one so-called "attempt" while I was, literally, sitting in my own driveway when I received the "undeliverable" text. There was no delivery truck at my house. I anticipate that the drivers don't try to deliver some packages but that OnTrac gets paid from merchants after about three tries whether or not delivery is made. My personal belief is that drivers do not even attempt to deliver packages, claim they did, and then leave the customer to deal with the fallout of trying to get their product. This outcome has occurred so many times with OnTrac that it's not even close to a one off... or a two off... or even a three off. Maybe a six off by now. Absolutely the worst delivery service with which l've ever dealt. Their customer service is useless as well. Mostly just bought with the standard protocol, but does not address a specific situation. But OnTrac is consistent! OnTrac will consistently fail to deliver your package. Each and every time.

Terrible Terrible Terrible, had my shipment 50 minutes from my house forover a week and a half. Kept saying delayed. Then turns around and says it's delivered but site shows it's still sitting the same place. No response from Off Trac either. I I see other reviews where people say they stole their items and I believe it. Why would any reputable company ship with an outfit like them? I will be checking in the future to make sure whomever I buy from doesn't ship with them or I'll give my business to someone else.

In the words of En Vogue. You're never gonna get it! So, I want to give a quick shout-out to OnTrac for always being consistent! If I can rely on LaserShip for one thing, that is "I WILL NOT GET MY PACKAGE." Thank you guys, because of your incompetence and unprofessionalism, in the last 6 months, my online shopping has dropped by a whopping 90%. I don't know what it is, but continue the terrible service, because of you, I am saving money. Stupidly, I recently placed an order from Mac Cosmetics, and stupidly, they use LaserShip (OnTrac) also. I watched these clowns on by camera, ring my intercom and walk away, yep, exactly what I said, they rang and left! I was at my intercom, in a matter of seconds, and that fast, he walked away. I hurriedly ran down the stairs, GONE, yep, GONE, and has not been back since! Why bother to show up in the first place if you're not going to allow me to let you in? My neighbor was outside. She said she was going to let him in, but he just rang and walked away. I just read somewhere that UPS is chucking hundreds of their trucks, which means we are left with the bottom of the barrel.
-Lasership ( OnTrac) ( The guck at the very bottom of the barrel) FedEx (they hold on to your package like it's sentimental, but at least you will eventually get it) USPS ( Sometimes you'll get you're package delivered, but usually you have to pick it up, but you'll get it, unless it's something expensive) Bottom line, If these are my options, and online retailers chose to take the cheap route, (the cheap always come out expensive) and continue using LaserShip, i will only continue my shopping with retailers that care about the consumers, and hire proffesionals, but until then, i will continue, stacking my coins. LASERSHIP, MY BANK ACCOUNT, THANK YOU! LOSERS!

Bad Business

This company LIES! They said they attempted delivery 4 times. I opted in to receive a text when they were near. Never received any response. Today (Sunday) they said it was delivered. It sure was, 2 miles away. If I had not recognized the building in the picture who the heck knows. They certainly don't give a damn about customer service.

I never got my package

I spent 200 dollars on a retail purchase and OnTrac was the delivery service. The package never came dispute being logged at delivered. The retailer will not remediate this nor will ontrac. This is a horrible service! Never buy anything that uses them!

Horrible service!

The worst delivery company ever! At first, my package was sent to the different city. Then it was rerouted and got lost. You cannot get in touch with anybody! Their phone number is not working and if you send email they never get back to you. I have no idea why the companys use them, they are not reliable!

Don't waste your money

Hope you don't want your items because I guarantee you won't get them. Had I known my most recent package would be delivered by them I wouldn't have even wasted my time and money on something I'd never get. Customer service is nonexistent and even when you put down the most in detailed delivery instructions your package will either get stolen or given to the wrong person. Worst, I repeat WORST delivery service ever to exist and shouldn't still be in operation.

If I could give zero stars it would be ideal!
I'm barred from working because of one item I'm expecting, which was supposed to take 2 days only. All was well with the tracking, early today it read my item would arrive by 7pm today, showed package at a facility about an hour away from me, but I guess their dam driver was too lazy to make it, as it now shows at a facility not even 10 MINUTES away from me and I've gotten a notice that says it's DELAYED UNTIL FRIGGIN SATURDAY! That's some bull right there! Does not surprise me from OnTrac, it's never EVER been a good experience and it's never been on time. Please change your name to OFFTRAC because it's the only name that describes accurately how you operate.

Scammers

Tracking says my package was left near the front door. Picture shows it was left on the ATM at the parking garage. The building has 24/7 reception and 24/7 mail room, but their courier didn't even want to enter the building. Customers service looking at this picture and tell me I'm blind and stupid and this is my front door, so there is nothing they can do. Yes, of course, my front door has a spot for credit cards, lol. Very bad company

Why does every single package that ships to our house with you company have issues? Not one single other company has any issues. UPS, Amazon,Fedex, walmart,Dhl and USPS can make it here fine without any issues. This is the 3rd Package that has been sent to us through yall and this is the 3rd package that has had issues! I have bever seen a company that messes up 100% of the time until now! How do yall even stay in buiness?

Lost package

If I could give this company a negative zero, I would. Worse delivery experience I've ever had! My package has been in transit since January 21st. Every time I check the delivery status it changes. As of today I still haven't received it! Called customer service and was told they have no control over my package!

Terrible Service

I ordered a package through a trusted clothing app. Once shipped delivery was supposed to be provided by OnTrac. My last update was a week ago, and then today they tell me my package is lost or stolen after days of asking for an update. My package was labeled delayed for days with no real updates. I have already waited almost two weeks for my order and now this? Then there's no real customer support to help with my issue and I must rely on the original sender. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional.

USPS, FedEx, UPS all ship to my address just fine, but OnTrac has lost the package 6 out of 6 times. Tracking is a joke and there isn't a human to talk to in order to fix things.

Nightmare!

I bought a product from Sam's and OnTrac supposed to be on charge of the delivery for whatever reason they never got my address. I have to go online and chat with a robot There are no live agents. I submit my delivery information and request to be delivered at the listing office. They are stupid. They claim that nobody was there to sign for the delivery. Why? Because they show up outside of business hours. Which listing office opens at 8 am. Shame also on Sam's for hiring this idiots.
